• Tomasz (8/5): Jak to Rzymie, multum atrakcji i mało czasu - Przestrzeń i położenie, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem Małe problemy z łazienką ale zostały opanowane, przydałoby się uzupełnić garnki bo jeden jest gigantyczny a drugi malutki
• Łukasz (8/5): Udany pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji, choć check-in i dodatkowe opłaty mogłyby być lepiej zorganizowane. - Obiekt ma bardzo korzystną lokalizację – blisko głównych atrakcji, metra, przystanków i dobrze skomunikowany. Apartament jest przestronny i wystarczająco czysty, choć widać już ślady zużycia i upływu czasu – nie jest to standard „na błysk”. Wyposażenie kuchni było wystarczające do przygotowania prostych posiłków. Na plus ręczniki oraz podstawowe kosmetyki dostępne dla gości. Sprzątanie mogłoby być dokładniejsze – w zamrażalce znajdowała się stłuczona butelka. Kontakt z właścicielem był utrudniony – informacje dotyczące zameldowania otrzymaliśmy dopiero w dniu przylotu. Proces check-in był bezkontaktowy, ale wymagał przesłania zdjęcia dowodu osobistego przez WhatsApp, co wzbudziło pewne obawy o bezpieczeństwo danych. Dodatkowo, pojawiły się nieoczekiwane koszty – tzw. city tax (6 euro za osobę za noc), co jest normą w rzymie, ale nie zauważyłem tego przy rezerwacji obiektu, co mnie zaskoczyło. Łóżka niestety okazały się mało wygodne.
• Tihomir (4/5): Renoviert, neue Möbel ,Betten und Matratzen könnte es eine tolle Unterkunft werden so leider keine Weiterempfehlung. - Die Lage war gut. Die Unterkunft benötigt eine Renovierung. Eine Flügeltür hatte die Klinke gefehlt um seine Privatsphäre zu haben.Ein Bett war eine Couch,die eine ausziehbare Bettfunktion hatte,und als Doppelbett deklariert wurde. Dieses Bett und ein weiteres Bett waren die Matratzen in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und durchgelegen.Weiterhin haben die Betten auch gequietscht sobald man sich gedreht hat. Weiterhin war die Kommunikation per Mail am Anfang sehr mühselig wegen Zugang zur Wohnung.

• Javier (10/5): Agradable lugar, recomendadisimo - El apto es muy bonito, bastante amplio, ideal si viajas en familia, el anfitrio te da todas las indicaciones para el acceso, el barrio es muy tranquilo. La ubicación no es agradable porque no queda cerca el Metro pero si autobuses que te pueden llevar a conectar con él.

• Aleš (9/5): - Klíče předány bez problému, videomanuály jak se dostat dovnitř byly nápomocné :) Ubytování bylo pěkné. Asi bych při další návštěvě využil znovu. Komunikace přes Booking i Whatsapp bez problémů. Rozumně vybavený byt, nic nám nechybělo. Nepočítal jsem (ale asi moje chyba) s 90 € za turistický poplatek Bohužel nejsou nachystány všechny postele (tedy 4 mají rozestlány 2 dvoulůžka, když se chcete rozdělit musíte si připlatit - u nás to bylo dalších 15 € (zaplatili jsme hotově, bylo by fajn, kdyby to bylo rovnou jako možnost se kterou bych byl seznámem při objednávce - Těch 15 € za 5 nocí je pro mě OK Při delším ubytování by mohlo být více toaletních potřeb.

Mieszkanie samo w sobie jest duże Łóżka to tragedia. Niewygodne. Można by popracować nad wystrojem i może wygodniejsza i większa kanapa

• Dominic (8/5): lovely little apartment in walking distance from several restaurants (Big Friends Rome is great) - great little place, comfy and exactly what we needed. being from the US, getting the water temp for the shower to stay consistently warm was tricky and I'm not sure we ever fully understood it.
• Ivelina (5/5): Passable - The apartment was specious and clean The shower was not working properly, and there was no hot water. There was no air conditioning, only two fans. It was extremely difficult to access the apartment; the front door code wasn't working, so we had to wait for a random neighbor with a key to let us in (...not the host). Additionally, you need to use three keys to get into the apartment, which is inconvenient. The WiFi was poor. While there was a dishwasher, there were no dishwasher tablets, no toilet paper, and no trash bags provided. Communication with the host was poor, and I was repeatedly reminded to leave money for the city tax.

• Radek (4/5): Good appartment, but terrible host - The accommodation itself was good, located in a great area close to the city centre and underground station. It was spatious and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to the host (or administrators of the facility, I don't know), I cannot recommend this place. I paid in advance for a three-bedroom apartment and indicated that we would be three guests. Approximately two days before our arrival, the host "made up" a requirement that we had to pay an additional fee for the third bedroom. This information was not mentioned in the booking conditions. After I refused to pay this unjustified fee, the third bed was left without linens upon our arrival. Additionally, the host showed extreme reluctance to provide a tax receipt, and I had to spend a considerable amount of time convincing them that it was their obligation. Communication (all in written form, we haven't actually met anybody in person) with them was overall very poor and difficult, they were passively aggressive and arrogant.
• Teona (1/5): Bad - When we came to the property we found that there was no hot water in the shower and the water pressure was low. When we wrote to the property owner they said that the plumber would come but since we came to the city as tourists we were not at the house all the time we said to come over at a time when we would be at home. They did not show up. The towels were old and wifi did not work well. We had a check-out at 10:00 a.m. The maid came 10 minutes earlier and was angry when we said we needed a few more minutes to check out. We had a very bad experience.

• Muthaiya (1/5): Horrible - Nothing . The owner was paranoid and he gave 3 keys to the properties where 2 was not working . The entire time it felt like we were staying in a place that was broken in. He was not kind or polite or trusting. It was a horrible scary experience. As a guest we were the vulnerable. It’s a new country and you are inside 3 locked doors without 2 keys . So we didn’t know what to do with this situation. The shower was not working . The duvet and bed has no sheets . So guests were definitely reusing it. The owner was almost thinking we were his servant because we rented the place. When we asked what shower was not working he yelled said stop complaining and tell me when you are checking out . The key he gave got broken , it was fragile . And he blamed me for it. He said I had to pay for the association to fix the lock. Then we came to know that the association lock had problems even before we checked in . It was a nightmare to live in that place and PLEASE BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP. Bonus points for not having any heating and I suffered because I had older guests with me
• Kevin (7/5): Good - We liked being out of the centre but still close to amenities, apartment was large and comfortable After good comms and arrangements, had to wait for apartment to be cleaned. A toaster would have been great as well
• Belenguer (4/5): Re di Roma spacious and modern apartment but wouldn't come back. - Apartment very spacious and modern. Great bathroom with two sinks. Great to have a dishwasher (although no soap for it). The beds were very comfortable and big as well as the rooms. Max, the guy on WhatsApp contact was very helpful and understanding. We had an issue with the key and he quickly understood that it was all a misunderstanding and corrected the mistake made straight away. No pressure on the shower. No possibility of usage of shower and sink at the same time. Hot water takes an eternity to get hot. Pee and poo of cats everywhere in the building and common areas. The smell on the common areas was unbearable. Very thin walls - we could hear the neighbours phone calls and likewise. Location is not near San Giovanni tube station, is near Re di Roma. No kitchen towels and not enough toilet paper. Apartment keys were not easy to use (3 doors to get to the apartment) we could use a code at the entrance but that wasn't given to us. One key got broken during our stay and they nearly made us pay 100€ for it, thank god Max understood the issue and realised it wasn't our fault but another neighbour got their key stuck inside the door. He quickly fixed the issue and we thank him for that.
