• Angelo (5/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt i.O. - Die Lage ist gut. Ca. 10min Fussweg bis U und Strassenbahn Station. Es gibt keine Ablage oder Hängefläche z.B. für Handtuch und Toilettenartikel. Der Abfluss der Dusche war schlecht. Das Wasser ging nicht runter und es überlief in den Gang.

• Imre (1/5): Very cold room and no heating in the bathroom. - A TV elég nagy volt a szórakozáshoz. A szoba elfogadható méretű volt. A közelben található volt étterem és bolt is. The TV was big enough for watching and chilling. The room was big enough for a night. There was restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A fürdőszobában NINCS FŰTÉS!!!!! Januárban, amikor odakint mínuszok vannak, ez elfogadhatatlan! Amikor elfoglaltuk a szállást este hatkor, NYITVA VOLT AZ ABLAK, A SZOBA TELJESEN KI VOLT HŰLVE!!!!! Még szerencse, hogy elolvastam a korábbi értékeléseket pár nappal előtte és vittem magammal egy kis hordozható hősugárzót, de így is lebetegedett a nejem. Amikor lefoglaltam a szállást, akkor még nem tudtam, hogy nincs bent fűtés a fürdőben. A szoba koszos volt, a falakra már rég ráférne a festés, az ágyban szőr és hajszálak voltak. A fürdőszobában nincs kilépőnek semmi letéve, kéztörlő törölköző szintén nincs. Zuhanyozni nem tudtunk a jégveremben, a kis hősugárzóm 4 óra alatt sem tudta annyira felmelegíteni a fürdőszobát, hogy lehessen benne zuhanyozni. Senkinek sem ajánlom a helyet, hacsak nem szeret 14-15 fokban aludni. The bathroom has NO HEATING!!!!! In January, when it's literally freezing cold outside, it's unbearable! When we arrived at the accomodation at 6pm, the WINDOWS WERE OPEN, AND THE ROOM WAS LITERALLY COLD!!!! It was just luck from me that I brought a small heater with me because I've read the ratings beforehand, but my wife still got sick. When I booked the accomodation, there was no ratings on the heating. The room itself was dirty, the walls need some paintwork, and we found hairs (small and big) in the bed, on the linen. In the bathroom, there is no towel to put down when you get out from the shower, and no hand-towel either. We couldn't take a shower because my small heater couldn't make enough warmth in 4 hours, it was so cold beforehand, that your breath was visible. I'm not recommending the place unless you like to sleep in 14-15 °C.

Ao chegar no prédio, não tem luz nenhuma na hall de entrada, você precisa ligar o flash do celular para conseguir achar o quarto, porta da frente pixada, paredes quebradas...Quarto péssimo, paredes sujas e mau cuidadas, luzes piscando, fios de cabelo espalhados pelo quarto (travesseiro, pia do banheiro, chuveiro). Sem aquecimento no banheiro, extremamente frio. Péssima experiência!

• Brenda (1/5): Freezing cold and filthy - Location, self check in One of the worst stays I’ve had. It was -4°C outside, and the room was freezing. When we arrived, the window was left open, and even after closing it, there was cold wind coming through because it wasn’t properly sealed. The radiator was extremely weak and useless, and the bathroom was even colder. Cleanliness was very poor: a smashed spider on the wall, cobwebs on the ceiling, and dirty floors. There was also construction work at the entrance, with workers entering the apartment and leaving the kitchen floor filthy with white footprints. I complained via whatsapp and was asked for photos instead of a real solution. They offered another room but required me to go to another building to collect the keys, which was unreasonable in that cold and given the fact that was already past midnight. The bed had only one very thin blanket, and even after requesting more, we received just one thin single blanket for two people. I had to sleep wearing multiple layers, gloves, and heating pads. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

Sajnos már a lépcsőház lehangoló látványt nyújtott, és utána jött (legalábbis számunkra) az első megpróbáltatás, alig tudtuk kinyitni a számkódos kulcs szekrényt. Már kezdtünk beletörődni, hogy másik szállást kell keresni. Csak WhatsApp- on volt kontakt valakivel- írásban. Akkor mégis kinyílt a doboz. A szobába érve jött a következő meglepetés. 0 fok körüli kinti hőmérséklet mellett nyitva volt az ablak- ki tudja mióta. A SZOBÁBAN SEM VOLT SOKKAL MELEGEBB. A radiátor is alacsony intenzitásra volt állítva. Egész este nem tudott felmelegedni a szoba.

• Mario (3/5): Lage Top aber die Unterkunft werden wir leider nicht mehr buchen! - Die Lage ist TOP Leider konnte das Zimmer insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Es war stark abgenutzt und machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Die Möbel waren beschädigt und teilweise schmutzig. In der Dusche herrschte ein unangenehmer stinkender Geruch, zudem war Schimmel an den Wänden sichtbar. Am Fenster zog es eiskalt herein, was den Aufenthalt sehr ungemütlich machte. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich teilweise Haare im Bett befanden, was auf mangelnde Reinigung schließen lässt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber und entsprach nicht den Erwartungen.

When I arrived, 3–4 hours after the check-in time had already started - the room was still not ready. Despite having a confirmed reservation and arriving well after the official check-in time, the room was not prepared, and I was unable to check in. This caused an unexpected delay in my trip and left a very poor impression. I expected at least a basic level of professionalism, which was not met.

• Darkdriver (7/5): Diskretes Apartment für Urlaub oder andere Unternehmungen - Sehr diskretes Apartment mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche in einem eher unspektakulären Wohngebäude. Es war sauber und soweit ruhig, sobald das Fenster geschlossen war. Man muss schon genau die ganzen Links beachten, die man zugeschickt bekommt. Sonst weiß man nämlich nicht, wie man zum Schlüssel kommt. Erreichbar war telefonisch niemand, auf eine E-Mail wurde jedoch reagiert. Ein Geschirrhandtuch in der Gemeinschaftsküche wäre super, sowie ein zweites Handtuch pro Person im Zimmer.

Не було праски в номері. Писала дуже багато разів, але все ж таки на наступний день праску принесли. Не працює вентиляція у ванній кімнаті.

Не впевнений, обрали б ми цей варіант для більш довготривалого проживання, але короткочасного для це був чудовий варіант. За цей короткий час для мене не було мінусів.

• Sinan (1/5): NIE WIEDER! - Absolut nichts! Alles, es war ein Horror! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Fernseher hing schief, Jalousien waren Kaputt. Wir haben sofort am nächsten Tag in der früh auschecken müssen, da wir mit eine schreckliche Bettwanzenplage überrascht worden. Service war ebenso schrecklich. Haben ganzen Tag lang keine richtige Rückmeldung oder Hilfestellung bekommen. War alles einfach nur enttäuschend.

• Harry (10/5): Warm welcome, spotless apartment, and great amenities - I had a wonderful stay here with my daughter for a little staycation. The warm and friendly response from the host made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking so convenient, and the washing machine was a great plus for longer stays. Overall, a comfortable and well-prepared place that I would happily recommend to others. Nothing Special.
• Alba (1/5): Asqueroso - La ubicación fácil andando y con transporte público, aún que el barrio demasiado vacío por la noche, no da sensación de muy seguro. Nada más llegar, me di una ducha y se inundó toda la entrada de la habitación y el agua llegó hasta la misma habiación, me puse en contacto con la empresa por WhatsApp y les mandé un vídeo chapoteando en el agua. Por supuesto que no en la habitación ni en la zona común había ninguna fregona. Me mandaron a un chico de mantenimiento que llegó 1.30h después (algo normal siendo sábado por la tarde, pero les pedí que nos cambiarán de habitación por qué no queríamos estar La única tarde que íbamos a Viena, esperando en la habitación a qué vinieran a arreglar el problema de la ducha y no me contestaron a eso, también les pedí una fregona y tampoco me contestaron a eso). Tuvimos que retirar el agua con una toalla, y cuando vino el de mantenimiento, sacó una bola de pelos del sumidero y se fue. Dejándonos La habitación con lo que quedaba de agua en el suelo (nos dejó un palo duro a modo de mopa, adjunto foto, no sé cómo pretendían que quitáramos el agua con eso) nadie vino a limpiar nada ni nos cambiaron de habitación. La habitación era como dentro de un apartamento con varias habitaciones para otros huéspedes, bastante sucia la zona común de cocina (con otra bola de pelos en el fregadero). Y por si fuera poco, está mañana, me he levantado con mil picaduras de chinches en la espalda. Un asco de sitio y una vergüenza. Y todavía me mandan un mensaje hoy para que les puntúe con 5 estrellas, si claro! Lastima que no se puedan subir videos por aquí. Fotos de la inundación no tengo.
• Aleksandar (6/5): It would be decent if there wasn’t an incident with the door. - It’s clean, on a decent location. The front door to the building stopped working one evening so we were locked out on the street with another family who booked with the same landlord. When tried to call the landlord but the calls were blocked on his phone so we were limited to messaging. He provided some steps to try unlock the door which didn’t work. He asked for patience and assured us it will be fixed soon. No one came after two hours standing on the street and hundreds messages back and forth, the landlord just repeated the same that he will soon resolve the issue. To my understanding landlord is located in Slovakia, but not having a local 24/7 service that comes and fixes such issues is unacceptable. Luckily after few hours on the street some of the guests inside overheard us and peaked through the window to see what’s happening, so we asked them to come and let us in. If we were to wait on a landlord we would end up sleeping on the street.

• Evelyn (6/5): Pleasant - the room was fine the bed was comfortable there was no issue with that we ran out of toilet paper on the second day which is fine cuz we only stayed for 3 days but i feel like for the money i paid for the room maybe keeping an extra one around would be nice. the front door was under maintenance when we were there and it got locked after 8pm and only opened with a key which we did NOT know about and was not given a key and only found out on our second day cuz nobody informed us so we had to wait outside for 45-60 minutes both days till somebody from the building came outside and opened the door. the oven also wasnt working even though the light was on. the water in the shower was freezing cold and took at least 15 minutes to warm up. also the sink in the bathroom was so unnecessary tiny i basically flooded the whole room every time i went to wash my hands or my face.
• Zebalos (1/5): Not recomended - Nothing to say the room was filthy, pillows were dirty, also asthe blancket. Ho had stains all over it, on the siting toliete there was mold. But the worts part was, that we were hading back from the town about midnight and the main door stuck, in front of the buliding there were other people triyng to get in and standing there for half hour, when we reached the host we were told that the help is on on its way. But that never happend, so we didnt got in for 45 minutes. Luckely some of the people from the building were leaving so we got in
