• Carolyn (10/5): A great way to enjoy a comfortable stay in Como without spending a fortune. - Location excellent - easy access to everything in Como and the ferries, train and bus. Lovely to have a balcony. Dog park opposite was pretty noisy when all the dogs started barking 😂 but only for short time.

• H (10/5): Heerlijke dagen gehad in Como, mede dankzij dit comfortabele appartement. - Top locatie, heerlijk! modern, ruim en schoon appartement, mét airco. Je loopt zo het centrum van Como in. Goede en makkelijke communicatie met de verhuurder. Ontbijt adres beneden fijn en makkelijk.
• Raminta (10/5): 10 balų 😍 - We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t expect the apartment to be so spacious. The host was very friendly, communicated excellently, and provided clear instructions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is also great, with convenient free parking. There’s a small café on the ground floor of the building, perfect for breakfast.

• Catalin (10/5): Great location when visiting Como! - We had a great time here! Check-in was super easy, and having private parking was a big plus. The apartment is really spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Best part? You just cross the street and you’re right in the heart of the town. Would definitely stay again!

• Raoof (10/5): Exceptional - It a very modern apartment, equipped with all what you need , espresso machine , oven , stove , microwave, and the the washing machine is of course a good addition , very well finishing, sunlight everywhere , very close to como center , everything is within walking space , the car parking is good and under the same building , access to apartment and car parking was with very clear instruction, the apartment is smelling nice (just a tiny detail but for me it’s very meaningful) , the Host is very friendly and ready to respond always , it’s more than what you need when you visit Como , highly recommended No thing

• Lilyan (10/5): Great unit in a great location . - Ultra modern and very complete facilities even including an in unit washing machine ( instructions on its use in English would have been helpful ) . Probably our fault but we found the entrance and parking instructions very confusing . Thanks to wonderful help from the barista in the attached cafe we ultimately parked and gained access to a great unit . We own two air bnb units in Rhode Island USA and took notes on how we could make even more improvements such as were present here . Very complete and well done . City is great and location within walking distance of everything we wanted to use .

• Greta (9/5): Great base to explore Como - Very spacious and bright apartment, super clean. Excellent quality of linens and towels. Luggage storage listed as one of the services offered on site it’s actually not available, but instead the host provides the details of an alternative commercial service.

The host provided easy communication. and thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay. Just an idea to provide milk in fridge for arrival. There was tea and coffee. But not enough. That too for arrival would greatly be appreciated.

• Neil (10/5): Great location to explore Como and the lake - Locations was perfect to get into Como, added bonus of the friendly cafe just by the apartment, and the free parking was very welcome! Spacious and airy, with large bathroom and lots of storage. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Road noise from below, even with all of the windows shut - as a regular traveller, I always travel with earplugs.
