• Celia (10/5): Perfect for family with primary ages kids and toddlers. Warm and close to Ruapehu. - It felt like being at home - comfort and warmth - went to the local supermarket put on the slow cooker overnight for a hot breakfast. The games and the little train was so cool. I may have left a couple of items there - no ones fault but my own :) had a sleep in cos it was so cosy wanted to show respect by taking all the rubbish. Also some previous guests had ripped out some pages of the guest book - rude.
• Helen (10/5): Fabulous stay....loved the train. - Loved the house, comfy, casual and had everything we needed. We also loved the train..it was amazing, we had great fun.
• Marilyn (9/5): Superb - Ideal location, quiet but easy access to everything. Beds were comfortable, kitchen though small was very well equipped. The verandah was a great sunny spot for an afternoon drink and dinner. Close to railway lineso very light sleepers would do well to come prepared with ear plugs!!!

• Samantha (8/5): Cozy Cottage Stay - Loved being in an original railway cottage a very close proximity to Turoa. The ride on train was a fantastic addition for my toddler and enjoyed by all. The photographs of the kitchen/dining/lounge area make the space appear larger than it is. It is a cozy living/dining area but managed okay with 7 adults and a toddler.
