- Stephen (7/5): - The location, big comfy bed, helpful staff The hot water can be tedious and only one towel per person is hard for 4 nights. The bath mat never dried after first shower. Curtains for shower would be helpful
- Christian (7/5): - Das personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-In funktioniert sehr leicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Lage ist optimal. das Bett ist sehr hart und man spürt leider jede Feder.

Street quietens down in the night time but busy in the day. Good sound proof windows. Staff were good communicators and helpful. Apartment is surprisingly large. Nice to watch the train! Delicious noodles downstairs in the evening. Slight damp/ventilation issue due to old town building and no where to properly hand towels. Our clothes felt a little damp after 3 nights stay.

- Leon (9/5): Super Unterkunft, würde nochmal buchen. Zugang schwierig zu finden. - Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, dass bei Rückfragen schnell antwortet und hilfsbereit ist. Es war eine wirklich saubere Unterkunft mit allem Nötigen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß kann man die Old Town ohne Probleme in 10-15 Minuten erreichen. Der Eingang hätte besser ausgeschildert sein können. Es ist recht unintuitiv, dass man quasi in einen Laden reinlaufen muss, da der Zugangsflur zur Unterkunft direkt angrenzend ist. Des Weiteren könnte man einen Duschvorhang installieren, da man beim Duschen das Wasser durch das ganze Bad spritzt. Den Straßenlärm hört man, aber damit muss man leben, wenn man so zentral bucht.

- Travis (10/5): Excellent - It’s in a great location. Easy walk to all the mayhem and chaos that is the Old Quarter. Room is spacious for a couple. Quiet at night once the stores all close and everyone heads to Beer street ….. The owner is fantastic and made sure our stay was perfect. Checked in with us regularly to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Nothing it was perfect.

You can borrow an iron too, there is water, free tea and coffee, a big TV, very cozy and nice. Also the staff were so so helpful and very kind, understanding, the room was spacious too. I highly recommend this place! The elevator is hard to find for some, would be better if you guys could stick a note on the door "the elevator is behind the door, use your key card to unlock this door". I met 2 couples, one was young the other is old, they were struggling to find the elevator and decided to use the stairs, which is very inconvenient with big suitcases

Het bed was hard, de slaapbank en stoel waren smerig. We hebben na 1 nacht onze spullen gepakt en hebben een ander hotel geboekt.

We booked it because we thought it was at the famous Hanoi train street but it’s a 40 minute walk from there. Bad advertising in the name.

This should be corrected so visitors - There was a lot of room in the apartment it had a mini fridge and coffee pot and the air-conditioning works extremely well. Free laundry was great. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had water and extra disposable toiletries. There were only two bath towels and no other kinds of towels. There was no iron. The chair in the living area was very dirty. The elevator was very small and a little dangerous due to metal steps on the first floor. The property is listed as being train street. We went to the property address and the apartment was not there. The property is actually in a totally different location where you can see the train tracks, but it was not anywhere near where people go to enjoy the train. We had to take a GRAB ride to get to the train. The owner messaged me to go to 62 Nguyen Thiep, Dong Xuan, Ha Noi. The check in was by WhatsApp and very confusing. We tried to go out later and found ourselves locked in due to a rolling door being closed. We had to spend time contacting the manager on WhatsApp to find out how to get out and lock up again.

Not exactly on train street, it’s very close to don xuan market but far from the happening areas of old market. Also, no bottled water provided.

I booked this room in a rush, but it was good value and the stuff were amazing. It was difficult to find in the beginning because they have two different location and I was drafted in the first location and then I contact them through the app and they informed me they different location and I booked the car and it was a little bit difficult to find because it’s a very busy street, but it was quite at night and I was able to sleep

Getting to the property from outside during day is difficult especially if you have large suit cases as there are shops on both sides of the narrow entrance with glass bottles displayed so you have to be careful. Stairs creaks alot.

- Weronika (6/5): Misleading address but a comfortable stay - Big comfortable bed Spa voucher to get 10% off any treatment You need to open an anti theft shutter to access the property after 7pm. If you’re on first floor like us, you can hear it open when the shop keeper arrives in the morning. The access is via a stall & the whole street/surrounding area is full of them. We would have preferred a location where there’s more cafes and shops instead and we thought that’s what we booked but the address on booking.com was incorrect so we got dropped off at the wrong address. It was only a 10min walk but definitely not the area we hoped to be in. Also, we didn’t get the room we booked.

I recommend them wholeheartedly 🙏 They an help in purchasing the night train tickets and domestic flights ✈️ tickets as well for better price than you would do it from abroad. You can pay Western Union prior your travel. They are reliable and efficient.

The apartment interior is very nice and stylish. Good quality furniture. A little bit complicated to get in and out at night but it is the matter of experience with codes..

- Ummi (10/5): Between the hustle and bustle yet cozy place to stay - I like the place very much. It is exactly as what you see in the picture. Very clean and organised. The space very cozy and suitable for families. It just a walking distance with the old quarter. The host is really helpful, informative and fast action. Not much, but the it would be great if there is an extra dustbin. We much rely on the dustbin in the bathroom. As this property run by 90% communication through whatsaap, i think a proper signage outside can help the traveller to find the place because this property is between the shop lot, kind of hard to find the exact entrance.
