The pool area was almost unusable which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. There was also no railing at the balcony and the construction round the pool started early so you couldn’t sleep in.

The pool was lovely and warm and was super pretty at night with its lights. There is a pull up bar and a mini bench for a light gym workout. Rooms were clean and pretty and we found the glass bathroom wall to be a super funny quirk to the room !
- David (8/5): Good value for money - Great swimming pool and comfy bed. They have service to rent motorbike for 150k per day or bike for 50K. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. The WiFi didn’t work well and the signal changed depending on where you were sitting in the room. During our 3-day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. They offer laundry service for 40k per kg, but we didn’t like the result as the clothes didn’t smell very fresh, and we also saw cheaper options around town.

- Katharine (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - We had a great stay at Anh Huong homestay a few weeks ago! We booked a double private room which looked brand new, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes to the main 'strip' but on a very quiet road situated behind. We would definitely stay here again in a private room if we were back in Ninh Binh! The only downside was that they were doing some work on some new private rooms and flooring around the pool area so we didn't use it. Once all the work is done it would be a beautiful spot to relax around the pool!

- dalime (10/5): Gem in Tam Coc - Home Away from Home - This homestay is a gem. The family who owns/runs it is super welcoming, helpful, friendly, and warm. It feels like a home away from a home. The food menu is great - tasty food and at great prices. They offer bicycles and scooters for rent. They also help with giving tips and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tam Coc! There was a bit of construction during our stay, but we can't blame the family for that. The construction was across the canal from another neighbor's home, and they would start early in the morning.

- Loan (8/5): Joli homestay familial avec piscine - Bel homestay dans une rue calme de Tam Coc, situé à 5 minutes à pied du coeur vivant de la ville. Chambre correct. Eau chaude, climatiseur. Lit confortable. Piscine bienvenue entourée de petits bungalows en brique. Beau balcon avec vue sur les toits et la canopée. J’ai pris ma connexion en bus pour Huê via la réception, pour un prix avantageux par rapport aux voyagistes du centre-ville. La famille qui y vit est très serviable et souriante. Un bel endroit à découvrir pour un prix abordable.

Lokacija labai patogi - viešbutis įsikūręs ramioje gatvelėje, šiek tiek atokiau nuo triukšmingos pagrindinės gatvės, tačiau centras - ranka pasiekiamas. Viešbutis paprastas, bet labai jaukus, valdomas šeimos narių. Tai ypač jaučiasi, kadangi šeimininkai buvo ypač paslaugūs ir globojo mus lyg senai nematytus artimus draugus. Mano nuomone, būtent šeimininkai ir yra didžiausia šios vietos vertybė. Ypatingai noriu padėkoti Hin, kuri mumis labai rūpinosi, ir gelbėjo mums įvairiais su kelione susijusiais klausimais. Hin rado mums bilietus į autobusą, kai mums patiems nepavyko to padaryti, taip pat užsakė ir iš savo kortelės nupirko bilietus į lankytinus objektus, bei kartu su savo tėčiu motoroleriais nuvežė mus į naktinį autobusą. Pas šeimininkus nuomojomės ir motorolerius savo kelionėms po apylinkes. Labai rekomenduoju aplankyti šią vietą ir patirti Hin, bei jos šeimos svetingumą!

- Linda (10/5): sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und gute Zimmer - Mega freundliche Besitzerin, saubere Betten und Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommend. die Besitzerin hat uns alles sehr einfach ermöglicht. Unsere Wäsche wurde sehr schnell gewaschen und wir hatten wegen eines persönlichen, notfalls ein paar Änderungen in unserem Plan und die Frau war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch erst spät aus checken lassen und man kann seine Sachen dort liegen lassen. Es war alles sehr entspannt. Wir konnten auch schon deutlich früher einchecken. Neben dem Pool wird gerade ein Haus gebaut, weshalb der Pool etwas dreckig ist und man ihn nicht so gerne benutzen möchte

The staff were all lovely and helpful and the location was only a short distance from the main ‘strip’ but in a quiet neighbourhood. Complementary breakfast was good and well organised the night before. Laundry, moped hire and onward transfers available at a reasonable price.

- Jonathan (9/5): Ruhiger Aufenthalt, mit gutem Frühstück perfekt um Tagsüber die Gegend zu erkunden oder im Pool zu schwimmen. - Die Lage war zentral, aber ruhiger da es in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt auch einen guten Pool, Klimmzugstange und ein paar gewichte zum trainieren.

- Alexis (10/5): Great stay friendly family would stay again - Great little home stay the family were brilliant even when I arrived at 4.00 am in the morning they answered the phone straight away no issues. Dorm was good and toilets were nice and clean. Also booked my transport to Hoi An with them and they took me to the bus station and helped with my bags.

- John (8/5): Wonderful!!!! - The host was amazing! Very informative and kind. Explained everything really well and got us a great deal in getting picked up outside home stay and dropped to our hotel in Cat Bà island- this included the ferry! Thanks so much for having us!!! The room was a bit damp but I think this was the time of year (February).

- Anna (10/5): - Fantastyczna atmosfera, przemiła rodzina prowadząca obiekt. Pokój był czysty i przestronny, ma suszarkę do włosów, brakowało jedynie podstawowych środków higieny. Duży wybór śniadań, które są bardzo smaczne. Można wynająć na miejscu rower lub skuter. Pomagają również z transportem w różne części kraju. Lokalizacja jest świetna - jest bardzo cicho, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko głównej ulicy. Jedno z fajniejszych miejsc w jakich zatrzymaliśmy się w Wietnamie.

- Carolin (8/5): - Im großen und ganzen hat alles gut gepasst und wir waren zufrieden. Frühstück war lecker und Dusche war schön warm. Es waren aber so ein paar Kleinigkeiten, dass es nur 8 geworden sind. Die Steckdosen an einer Bettseite gingen nicht und es war dauerfeucht und nichts ist trocken geworden (da war das Wetter aber auch nicht hilfreich). Wir haben den Laundry service genutzt und mein Partner und ich hatten danach je eine Socke weniger und als wir sie drauf angesprochen haben, haben sie es als erstes abgestritten. Ein "wir schauen nochmal nach" hätten wir angebrachter gefunden.
- Dirk (8/5): - De gastvrijheid van de familie en gastvrouw Hien. Super lief en behulpzaam met alles. Mochten zelfs met de familie mee eten. Door meerdere typhonen eind 2025 was er veel schade en waren er veel herstelwerkzaamheden gaande, waardoor er helaas geen sprake was van een rustig verblijf. Echter als alle werkzaamheden klaar zijn zeker een uistekend en aan te bevelen homestay.

- Claudia (9/5): Cómodo y mucha amabilidad, recomendado!! - Muy barato y como esta a 5 min del centro andando no se oye ruido. La chica que nos atendió fue majísima incluso nos aconsejó sobre nuestro itinerario y nos gestionó el taxi para movernos entre los distintos sitios que queriamos visitar. El desayuno increible!! Ademas reservamos una habitación de 4 para 2 y nos dio la casualidad que no había nadie y estuvimos solas, genial. Estaba en obras y había un poco de ruido por la mañana, si no te levantas pronto quizas te podria molestar.

- Emma (10/5): Très bon séjour sous le soleil de Tam Coc! - Le personnel était très attentionnée et toujours disponible. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité du centre ville de Tam Coc ainsi que la chambre et le personnel.
- Nuria (4/5): Homestay para coger habitaciones privadas, piscina no disponible. - La atención del personal para ayudarme a ver las opciones de moto o bici y que tours coger. Las camas en el dorm eran viejas con las cortinas muy reguleras, no tenían nada para poner tus cosas, solo un enchufe viejo. El baño no está muy limpio y la ducha había que encender un botón y esperar 30mins, lo encendí una noche y me fui a cenar fuera cuando volví como 40 mins después lo habían apagado y tuve que volver a esperar 30mins que era lo que no queria. Lo peor es que están reconstruyendo un bungalow que se les.destrozó y la zona de la piscina estaba llena de cemento y obreros, lo que la hace inservible de momento, asique si vais por la piscina,igual no es la mejor de las opciones. La chica me dejó dejar la mochila hasta que llegase de la excursión, muy amable.

- Hoffmann (10/5): Très bon séjour - Joli cadre, piscine agréable, et famille d’hôte très sympathique et dévouée ! Petit déjeuner compris et dîner sur place très pratique le soir avec beaucoup de choix (dont végétarien). La localisation du logement est aussi très pratique pour naviguer ! Scooters et vélos disponibles à la location ! Petit point négatif pour le bruit des travaux le matin, mais rien de grave !
- Laurine (8/5): - Chambre très propre, spacieuse et agréable dans un bel environnement. Jolie piscine. Personnel adorable, d'une grande aide pour organiser nos journées et nous donner tous les tips. Nous recommandons à 100%. Nous avons même prolongé! Travaux en cours autour de la maison, assez bruillants dès tôt le matin (visite en octobre 2025). Ruelle jusqu'à la maison fort sombre le soir.
