Heiko (9/5): Sehr schönes Studio - Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, ebenso die Aussicht. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Check in funktionierte problemlos. Die Flut an Mails, vor allem wenn man schon einen Tag zuvor am Morgen die Abreise Mail bekommt. „Vielen Dank für ihren Aufenthalt.“ Die Reinigungskräfte sind lautstark um 7 Uhr im Haus unterwegs. Türen knallen, Laute Gespräche. Wir hätten gerne ausgeschlafen.

sarah (10/5): Great location, clean and family friendly - The apartment was really clean and new. It was well serviced with plentiful kitchen equipment. The lift was great as we were on the 3rd floor. The ski room was spacious with heated boot holders. The sofa bed was made up for us on arrival. The location is ideal if you are skiing on either Giggihoch or Gaischloch both are within walking distance (with skis and ski boots) or only one bus stop away. It was an extremely comfortable and great experience. Nothing, it was great.

Paul (8/5): Good central ski stay - Good, central location, a street or two back from the main road. 5 mins walk from main ski lift and base station facilities Good communication ahead of arrival. Clean, modern apartment Check-in is in a different building, 5 mins walk from the apartment. Only needed for check-in, not check-out, but added a bit of inconvenience with luggage etc Missing a few basics such as iron, ironing board and toaster. Reception able to provide an iron, but an ironing board wasn’t provided. Sofa in the living space is very obviously a sofa-bed, so less comfortable for an evening in. The living area was a good size, but really felt like a sleeping space than a lounge area.
Nico (6/5): Netjes en schoon maar totaal onlogisch ingericht, slordige afwerking geen tweede keer - Het was een schoon en vrij nieuw appartement met nette voorzieningen Totaal onpraktisch ingericht: toilet zat tegen de douchewand aan moet er scheef opzitten, geen douchedeur dus alles kletsnat. Deurtjes keuken gaan aan de verkeerde kant open. Losse kraan, wiebelende tafel. Deuren van de andere appartementen in het complex gaan met een snoeiharde klap dicht.

Christian (9/5): Super für eine Woche Skiurlaub - Die Unterkunft machte einen relativ neuwertigen Eindruck. Das Bad war toll. Unser Auto stand gut geschützt unter dem Überstand des Hauses. Der Check-in verlief problemlos war allerdings ca. 5 min entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Die Lage...besser geht es fast nicht. Es gab leider keinen großen Esstisch und keine Couch. Dafür 5 Stühle mit denen man nicht an dem kleinen Tisch sitzen konnte. Gemütlich Fernseh schauen am Abend war nicht möglich. Im Schlafzimmer muss mal ein Fernseher an der Wand gehangen haben, der aber nicht mehr da war. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten (z.b. ein Regal wäre gut) im Skikeller.

Ralf (7/5): Gute Lage, durchschnittliche Ausstattung - Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein, es gibt z.B. keinen Toaster, keine Nespresso-Maschine, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten/Schränke, nichtmal einen Schrank für das Geschirr. Das Management könnte auch besser sein. Bei uns ist Nachts um 2 ohne Grund der Feueralarm im Haus losgegangen. Der Alarm lief die ganze Nacht durch. Das stellt niemand ab.

Leider ist die Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr "lieblos". Es gibt keine Garderobe, im Zimmer keine Ablagen, der Fernseher ist viel zu klein und komisch positioniert, das Sofa und der Tisch dazu viel zu klein.

Julia (1/5): Nie polecam - Niestety nasz pobyt został całkowicie zepsuty przez bardzo poważny incydent oraz niewłaściwą reakcję obsługi. Podczas normalnego korzystania z prysznica szyba kabiny nagle eksplodowała i roztrzaskała się na setki kawałków, powodując u mnie obrażenia. Natychmiast zgłosiłyśmy to obsłudze i wysłałyśmy zdjęcia – zarówno szkła, jak i ran. Obiekt zapewnił nas, że pokój zostanie od razu posprzątany, ponieważ szkło było dosłownie wszędzie. Po powrocie okazało się jednak, że pokój wcale nie został uprzątnięty, a drzwi były zostawione otwarte, mimo że nasze rzeczy znajdowały się w środku. Było to skrajnie nieodpowiedzialne. Kiedy ponownie poprosiłyśmy o pomoc, pracownik odkurzył wyłącznie łazienkę, pozostawiając odłamki szkła w pozostałej części pokoju. Cała sytuacja była bardzo stresująca i niebezpieczna. Kabina prysznicowa nie powinna się rozpaść podczas normalnego użytkowania, a reakcja obsługi była niewystarczająca i nieprofesjonalna. Czułyśmy się zignorowane, a nasze bezpieczeństwo nie zostało potraktowane poważnie. Nie polecam tego obiektu, szczególnie ze względu na brak odpowiedniej reakcji na poważny incydent i lekceważenie podstawowych standardów bezpieczeństwa.

Fietz (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage und sehr netter, aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Herr beim Check- in, welches reibungslos verlief auch bei Rückfragen, kompetent. Das Holz macht den Wohnraum gemütlich. Habe die vielen Steckdosen geschätzt, grosser Balkon Eine Anleitung für den Backofen und den Kochherd fehlte. Der neue grosse Abfallkübel nimmt Platz und steht an einem ungünstigen Ort. Die Schranktüren in der Küche gehen meiner Ansicht nach, auf die falsche Seite auf. Die Besteckschublade lässt sich nicht öffnen, wenn der Stuhl vorne steht, alles sehr eng. Lässt man im Badezimmer, das Frotteetuch vor der Dusche, kann man die Haupttüre nicht öffnen. Beim Duschen rinnt das Wasser auf der Seite raus, da fehlt eine Schiebetüre. Hätte mir gerne noch eine Beleuchtung über dem Kochfeld gewünscht, ebenso eine Raffel.

Saskia (8/5): Schöne Wohnung aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht ganz zu den umliegenden Spa Unterkünften - Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden. Im Dachgeschoss die Dusche hat eine fehlende Türe, nach dem duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Außerdem gibt es nicht genug Parkplätze - nicht für jede Wohneinheit ist einer direkt an der Unterkunft verfügbar. Keine Seife am Handwaschbecken und für 2 Personen nur 2 kleine Tüten Duschgel.

Wooden board along bottom of kitchen units under dishwasher not secure, falls out when opening dishwasher.

Perfect location in the centre of Solden, halfway between the two main gondolas and just a few hundred meters away from the bottom of the piste The top floor apartments are in the attic with small windows and slanted wooden beams we kept banging our heads against. There is a single cupboard with six coat hangers in the whole flat, no hooks or cupboard space in the bathroom to hang towels, and no drying racks or hooks for clothes
