• Zul (8/5): Great Stay with some surprises - Location is superb convenience! When u got off the elevator boom, local markets, foods, thrift night market etc all around. So good for relaxing in city. The staff are pretty helpful and checkin process quite smooth. The room is spacious. I actually booked it for me and 2 of my friends and the room quite bigger than expected. Got basic kitchenette, decent toilet and comfy bed. Stay was comfortable. Deposit. Understandable its for their own safety but its too huge. Be ready rm150 for deposit while the room price almost just half of the deposit. Checkin and checkout time quite surprising. I was taken aback to see the checkin time started at 3.00pm and checkout on 11.00am! This I hope they would revise it as it doesn't make sense at all. Other than that, all good. Will definitely stay here again if they choose to revise their checkin checkout time. But for now, maybe ill try another host or place for convenient of my time.

Additionally, the hotel does not provide basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, or other toiletries. Wifi are also not functioning. The refrigerator is not functioning properly.

And actually we go there we want go to the swimming pool but then the swimming closed.after it's not like the Airbnb check out time more early then the Airbnb normally check out time 12.00pm suddenly the staff knock our door at 11.00pm ask to move out if not there will charge 50ringgit per hour

• Norziah (8/5): A Comfortable Stay with Stunning Views at The Shore K - I stayed at The Shore for 3 days and 2 nights. From the check-in and registration process, the staff were very helpful and friendly. My first impression when entering the lobby was that it felt very comfortable and beautifully designed. After registering, we went to our booked unit — my kids and husband loved it. The view was amazing, the room was spacious, and everything was clean. The location is also very strategic, close to many food spots in the city center of KK and right next to the Filipino Market. The only downside is the parking, as it is not free. I was expecting each unit to come with complimentary parking like other places my husband and I have stayed before. But overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

• Eng (1/5): 非常差勁👎再也不會入住這個飯店，推薦他們隔壁單位的飯店，是正式的飯店。 - 地理位置優越 1.剛入住時 插卡了完全不能通電 ，沒有冷氣在房間裡等了將近半個小時才解決。結果原因竟然是給錯門禁卡。這是第一個不滿意的地方。 2.接下來是網路問題，密碼一開始完全沒有提供，詢問櫃檯後才知道密碼是1-8、輸入密碼後網路依舊無法使用，說要等到第二天management處理。第二天大約11點才把router送來。 3. 房間熱水器熱水不夠熱，唯一的好至少水力不會太弱。 4.房間沒有提供燒水壺，需要和櫃檯討要才會提供。第一天晚上就送來，可是很骯髒 。灰塵還卡在水壺蓋上 沒有清潔過，茶壺內部疑似生鏽。 5.房間沒有提供任何衛生用品，只有提供沐浴乳。 6.枕頭上遺留血跡 ，看了實在感到噁心。 7.櫃檯人員還不錯，只是提供的服務非常有限。 沒有24小時服務櫃台
