• Esperanza (8/5): - Very good location from the airport, 5min by car and 20 walking. Better not to go from airport to the hotel walking as very steep roads, but the other way is fine. Very nice views from the rooms that are upstairs. Clean and comfy room Polite staff but not very chatty. Close to the airport so the noise of planes is really loud.

• Birgit (9/5): Best value for location & cleanliness; simple and sweet. - Our unit with kitchen and 2 bedrooms was spotless. Looks like we were given a set of new dishes as well as new bed sheets. The location was great. Could be within easy walking distance of the airport if carrying only light luggage. Within easy walking distance of Magazine Beach where we found the Aquarium Cafe, probably the best meal we had while visiting the island. Enjoyed the breeze from the top of Calliste Hill as well as watching, from my porch, local life at the gathering junction of Calliste Street and Coffee Street. Lots of local van taxis going either way, if needed to get anywhere quickly. Although the back of the Inn has the big views; we ended up with a street view unit, which was OK (plus lively) for 2 days. There is no longer a restaurant next door, although there are 2 small simple bars, one next door, the other across the street. Big off street parking lot if you have a car. Responsive and friendly staff. For maintenance, I would probably freshly paint with water proof paint, the lower portions of the bathroom walls of the unit we were given; the walls just looked a bit water stained from shower use. The water cisterns make a loud noise when water taps are used, although it didn't last long plus our unit was located at the opposite end of the building from the cisterns. I just noticed the grinding noise and wondered if something in the water system was about to fail; the water pipes coming out of the cistern sounded unhappy.

• Charles (10/5): Charles, very happy traveller from England - Unfussy room, cool balcony with fresh breeze, friendly staff, and in particular this is the centre of the village of Calliste where unaffected local people gather and will welcome unassuming visitors. Walking distance to airport, the most beautiful beach - if you can find it - and local bus no. 1 into town. I've read reviews of nearby hotels costing twice as much which seem to have various failings - not here. Sorry to leave. Nothing

• Hilary (8/5): We only stayed one night after a long flight from London and we chose the Relex Inn as it was so close to the airport an - The Relax Inn is very handy if you are leaving or arriving g from the airport. We found the ladies in charge there extremely helpful. It’s on a hill so walking up from town might be hard work!

• James (10/5): - Clean room, very beautiful view, walking distance to the airport about ten minutes walk. You can see the runway from the balcony.close to public transportation also. I really enjoyed the hotel . Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.
• Angelika (10/5): - Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem sauberen und gemütlichen Unterkunft🙂 es ist ein kleiner 20 Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Flughafen( für alle mit handgepäckreisende😉) von meinem Balkon konnte ich Flugzeuge bei Stadt und Landung beobachten( keine Angst es gibt kein Fluglärm) im Zimmer gab es Kühlschrank Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck😊 es hat mir sehr gefallen und ich kann jedem diese gemütliche Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.🤗 Es gab nichts zu beanstanden🙂
• angelika (10/5): - Eine blitzsaubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Personal, ein Katzensprung von Flughafen entfernt, Busse halten direkt vor dem Hotel und man kommt sehr schnell ins Zentrum für kleines Geld🙂 Trotz meiner späten Anreise außerhalb von Check-In Seiten weil ich sehr nett empfangen und in meinem Zimmer war bereits die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet was ich sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Am Ende meine grenade reise werde ich in diesem Hotel noch mal übernachten und freue mich bereits für den Aufenthalt

• Edward (7/5): Near airport, quiet until you turn AC on - Nice clean room with plenty of space. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Away from all street and city noise and close to the airport. AC unit way too loud - banging such that we had to turn it off (which then made it quiet enough to hear the roosters). Location not close to restaurants. When booked, said they would take 50% deposit; when we arrived, they said they did not take it and for us to pay fully and that they sometimes do the 50%, sometimes not.

• Karen (7/5): The hotel was close to the airport when we arrived in late. The hotelier was lovely. - We did not have breakfast so can’t comment. There was tea/coffee facilities but we arrived late and there was no milk. Needed to buy it from the shop across the street. The hotelier was very friendly and helped us to obtain a cab. She also kept the check in open for us when we arrived after 10pm which was very helpful. Would have been nice to have a cuppa after a long journey. The shower did not need the cold water tap on at all so water was warm not nice and hot.

While there, a problem with the WiFi was fixed straight away. I stayed here last year for 2 nights and found the facilities adequate so came back. It was a bit better than this time as it's looking a bit tired and in need of some updating now.

We showered in cold water for the entire stay. The wifi signal wasn't strong throughout the entire apartment. At certain points there was no internet signal.

• Danielle (10/5): Ideal place to stay in St. George's - I had a comfortable stay at The Relax Inn and would definitely recommend the place to other travellers. The host is welcoming, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the location is also very close to the airport; in addition buses to downtown and Bus Terminal stop right outside the Inn at a regular interval.
• Contact (1/5): Unfortunately the Rexlax in was not relaxing for me. - I liked that it was close to the airport. The staff on site were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was okay. The neighbor across the street with his shop, and his friends were friendly, helpful, and generous. They helped me out when I couldn't get in the room. They also gave me a bowl of fish soup which was absolutely amazing. If ever you do go to this hotel, check out the shop across the street for food. When I arrived they couldn't find the key to the room. I waited until I left to get my rental car, came back and they had found it. Later that night, I got back at 12:30 am and the key would not work for the door, even though it had earlier. Took me an hour before I could get in and I was very tired. I had to ask some guys that were hanging out across from the hotel for help. There were 3 of them. One tried the key repeatedly, one got on the phone with the hotel owner, and the other went around looking for an on-site staff, which we couldn't find. The owner on the phone was not patient, and was a bit rude at times with his responses. I guess he was more frustrated than I was. Finally a staff person showed up, fiddled with the key for a few minutes and the door was opened. When I got inside with my stuff and turned on the lights, I was shocked to discover that the room was mosquito infested. My flight was at 6 am that morning. Despite leaving the lights on and blasting the AC I ended up staying up all night killing mosquitoes because I didn't want to be bitten. It's not a bad place, if you're prepared. Had I known, I would have had mosquito repellent, or spray, or a net. Then I would have at least gotten some sleep. Hopefully, they fix the door problem.

Appreciated the food for dinner, drinks at the bar next door, and even a very early breakfast next door. What a welcome to Grenada!

We arrived at 3 am and the staff met us there to let us in which was extremely accommodating. They also have a parking lot if you have a car. We did not explore the area around the hotel. If you’re arriving by plane, take a taxi- don’t walk as there are no sidewalks on the narrow streets.
• Aidica00 (3/5): Not worth money - Clean It's 20min walk from the airport, up the hill Pillows are the thickest pillows you I have ever seen Hang out area in front of rooms with loud and drunk people till 2-3 am AC works for few minutes and stops. Turn on and off and works again. Long night!
