• Ciprian (7/5): Bine dar se poate și mai bine prin mici ajustări! - Amplasarea convenabilă. Aerisirea deficitară din baie! Geamul nu s-a putut deschide. A trebuit să deschidem geamul din camera pentru aerisire și sus pe un colț de tavan s-a instalat mucegaiul!
• Iryna (8/5): - Location . The fact that they gave me the opportunity to pay in cash when my card suddenly had problems. As always, Spain breaks the bottom in the price=quality ratio. The price was too high for apartments that need repair, as well as the lack of a coffee maker and the constant stench in the building

• Bill McPhail (10/5): - Laundry, full kitchen, clean, in a residential neighbourhood (got a real sense of the culture). Close to the metro. I was allowed to check in in the morning instead of 3pm. Saved me spending the day with my luggage. Pleasant check in and out experience.

• giacomo (7/5): - Appartamento arredato in modo funzionale. La luce al mattino inonda la grande stanza, è apprezzabile il silenzio assoluto. Posizione e quartiere super. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici, le pentole e le stoviglie per darsi da fare ai fornelli! Manca una sedia per lavorare al tavolino. L'asciugacapelli era rotto e anche la finestra del bagno ma va detto che alla mia segnalazione si sono offerti subito di sistemare. Il terzo piano si raggiunge per una scaletta stretta e ripida.
• Thomas (5/5): Comodo per la metro - La posizione è ottima, quartiere molto tranquillo C’è una finestra rotta in bagno ed entra tutto il freddo se si viene nelle basse stagioni e mancano delle persiane per non far entrare la luce
• Andrés (9/5): - Me encantó lo bien ubicado que estaba el lugar, estaba cerca del metro, de supermercados, de un centro comercial y de parques. Además no era aislado aunque estuviera en una calle algo escondida Esperaba ciegamente que hubiera wifi o un televisor smart TV 😅
• Malvina (10/5): Отличное сочетание цены и качества - Несмотря на удаленность от туристического центра, расположение хорошее, добираться удобно. Тихая улица. Цены в кафе дешевле чем в центре. Рядом много магазинов. Понравилось оснащение апартаментов, было все необходимое. Большая ванная комната, в мини-мылом и шампунем, сушилка для белья, стиральная машина (но мы не пользовались), диван, удобная кровать, столики, много места для хранения. На кухне кастрюли и сковородки в хорошем состоянии, прочая посуда, есть холодильник. Подъем по узкой лестнице на 3 этаж, без лифта. За все это цена была адекватная. Регистрация заезда через их сайт, где надо оплатить туристический взнос, тогда придет код доступа в апартаменты. Было два вентилятора (когда мы были, то жары не было и мы не пользовались), но на них очень много пыли, и если бы захотели, то точно не включили их из-за этого. То же самое с абажуром на кухне - он тоже из сетки и на нем много пыли, плохо что это прямо над столом, где еда. И кран в ванной в раковине болтался, но работал нормально.

• paloma (5/5): Cutre todo - La ubicación Problemas al conectar dos electrodomésticos pequeños de la cocina. El secador del pelo no funcionaba. Faltaba limpieza en el cuarto de baño. Papel higiénico muy malo . Ningún detalle por parte del dueño . Cafetera de muy poca calidad. Etc

La proximité avec le métro était super c’est pas par rapport à l’établissement, c’est juste que certains voisins qui n’étaient pas dans l’immeuble, mais sur qui on avait un visuel depuis la fenêtre mettaient de la musique à 23h. on avait beau leur dire d’arrêter, ils s’en foutaient

• Wang (7/5): Good - lots of shops and eating places close by when othet people use water, there is noises from the heater on the other side of the wall
• Patricia (1/5): It was the worse place of all our accommodations and most expensive!!! - Barking dog late night, person hammering next door after midnight, faucet spraying out through nozzle, no ac, so we opened windows and screen not existent so we had flies. Doors slam from neighbors. Not as close to station as advertised. Etc.
