• MARICEL (8/5): Excelente ubicación y vista al mar. - Lo mejor es la ubicación del apartamento, a pie de playa y en pleno centro. La vista de la playa desde el apartamento increíble! Hay cosas para mejorar... la calidad del WiFi, la comunicación, unas cortinas en el living, alguna alfombra de goma antideslizante en la ducha, sábanas bajeras con elástico y limpieza un poco más profunda.

• Carlos (3/5): Dueña ausente, camas para cambiar y bonitas vistas - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y tiene unas vistas muy bonitas del mar Las camas no están para pasar más de una noche. El colchón de la cama se hunde y en el sofá-cama te clavas una tablas. También hubo problemas de comunicación con la dueña. No recibimos instrucciones hasta las 14h del dia del checkin, después de 3 llamadas, 3 emails y 1 contacto con booking, ante la falta de respuesta. Viajábamos con niños y nuestra principal preocupación es que fuera una estafa. Finalmente no lo era, pero hay que mejorar mucho en este aspecto. El cliente no puede estar a ciegas. Una vez recibidas las instrucciones, el mensaje decía “contacta conmigo para lo que necesites”. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Le pregunté dónde podíamos aparcar el coche y a día de hoy no he recibido respuesta

• Iurii (1/5): Unacceptable communication – we were left without access or support - - The host never sent any check-in instructions. When we arrived in the city, there was a blackout, and we couldn’t reach her. Only at 2 AM, when the electricity returned, were we able to find an emergency place to stay for the night, completely on our own. The next morning, we made multiple attempts to call her, but her phone was still off. We had no choice but to extend our hotel stay to avoid being stranded. She finally answered around 11 AM and acted as if she had forgotten about our reservation. Even then, she still provided no instructions or assistance. This is completely irresponsible. A host expecting guests should ensure they can be reached and provide clear communication in advance. Refusing to issue a refund after leaving us with no way to check in is unacceptable. Booking.com was also unable to offer any support. I strongly advise against booking this property.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - The address is incorrectly listed which resulted in us being almost 1km away from the actual location, with baggage in tow. We were only given the correct building number after the check in time on contacting the host by phone, having received no clarifying information to that point. We walked almost 2km unnecessarily and wasted around 40 minutes as a result. On departure booking.com is still displaying the incorrect address which it plots in maps locally and in google, well away from the actual location - which is much better than that indicated.

• Peter (5/5): A very average accommodation and a poor communication - I liked the sea view and the location It was not super clean, the couch was stained and I the shower was not totally clean, the windows were dirty which was a pity as the view was beautiful, the wifi connection was slow, I had to call to gain access codes and I had to message to get wifi code, there was no information supplied at the accommodation, very poor service considering the cost
• Mary (9/5): Great apartment in a superb location. - Great apartment overlooking the main beach. Comfortable bed. All things you could need were available. Host was contactable to answer questions. Close to supermarket & bakery. Cigarette smoke from other apartments could be smelt often. No instruction manual on how to use appliances.
