Within walking distance to the mall and restaurants. I love that there were so many bathrooms. Also the airconditioning, Kimberley heat can get unbearable so that is nice to have. Overall, 10/10 just a few things to take note of. I cut my foot at the bottom of the staircase tile. It was not serious but could be a hazard to someone else. I am so sure I could see through the floor boards of our bedroom to the room of guests living below. I can't confirm because we did not have anyone below us at the time. Was just concerned for if there were guests below us.

• Tebogo (7/5): Racism - The owner has or management have racist tendencies as they heard noise and called 100 times to say it’s us guests making noises because white guests complained without verifying their facts. Racist tendencies

• Bernadette (3/5): Disappointed that such a nice place is spoiled by these pests. They should look at Pest control. - Spacious and well equipped - with a modern layout Giant 5cm flying Cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen sink on 2nd night. They were fast, and flew right at your face. We were surprised and unprepared to deal with it as there was no insect spray in the unit. I later found out that this is an issue the property and cleaning manager was aware of. It’s quite a surprise for unsuspecting guests though. Mosquitoes, flies, ants are common ‘pesky insects’ but aggressive giant 5cm cockroaches are a hard NO.

• Guest (7/5): Neat place - Very neat the place, nice shower. Neat place. Things feel clean. But there is no aircon in the kitchen area as shown on the picture. The bedding is only a thick feather blanket, nothing thinner for hot summer nights. One person in my party was alergic to feathers. So that was a problem. Otherwise, very comfortable.

• Monsur (10/5): Excellent - Location There was a noise like beep beep which is making noise every 2/3 minutes continuously. I couldn't sleep at all the whole night because of that beeping noise. I couldn't identify the beep source it can be the alarm system, fencing or any other electrical device but it's very disturbing.

• Thato (9/5): Satisfying stay at prime location 3. - The place was spacious, very clean, safe and comfortable. Water is no longer hot at around 20:00, I had no idea what the problem might have been because in the morning, during the day and between 18:00 and 19:00 it's still hot.

• Marie (8/5): More attention to comfort going forward will help improve stay for future guests. - It’s position and cleanliness The stairs were very steep and the risers at the top and bottom bit hazardous. Furnishings and equipment minimalist . No hanging space and No towel rail in one bathroom. Extra chair in bedroom would also be helpful..

• Kotze (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment with almost everything you will need. 3 bathrooms! Nicely equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms. Quality beds. Aircons out of order. Balcony doors very difficult to lock. 1 bedroom's windows difficult to open. No table/chair/luggage rack in 1 bedroom. No dustbins in either bath/bedrooms.

• Anja (8/5): Comfy, well-equipped and clean - I received a video explaining exactly how to get the keys, where to park, etc. We checked in well after 8 p.m., and the flexibility of not having to meet someone in person worked well. That said, we still received a WhatsApp to know who to contact should we need to. If I had to add something here, it would be that there was no place to sit and eat dinner or breakfast. A table and some chairs inside would have been lovely, but it's not a deal-breaker. Otherwise, nothing to declare :)
