• Luka (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Hub 150 in Zagreb. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — close to the city center, restaurants, cafés, and public transport, while still being quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere felt stylish and welcoming. One of the things we appreciated most was how clean and well-organized everything was. You can really tell attention is paid to the details. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hub 150 to anyone visiting Zagreb.

Domaćin susretljiv i uvijek spreman pomoći, komunikacija s njim jako jednostavna. Veliki plus besplatan parking u ulici. Sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj!

• Kolašinac (9/5): Pristojan apartman ali to je sve - Apartman je na lijepoj i mirnoj lokaciji, par tramvajskih stanica od centra grada. Tramvajska stanica je jako blizu sto je prakticno po danu ali se po noći jako čuje tramvaj. Apartman je lijepo opremljen ali mu možda nedostaje “final touch” da bi imao ono nešto, npr aparat za kafu ili neka druga sitnica koja bi me trajno kupila. Kreveti su udobni, jastuci također. Apartman broj 1 je na prizemlju ali ima velike i široke prozore. Zemaljsku TV nema, iskljucivo apps tipa Netflix etc.
• Khadka Bahadur (10/5): Best place to stay . It’s close to highway but windows are sound proof so you are not disturb by highway - Everything was well seat-up and managed. Love to visit again Every thing was perfect
• Ismar (1/5): Bad - Almost nothing The apartments are decent for a maximum of 4 people in each. Anything beyond that is unacceptable. The host was overly intense and annoying from the moment we arrived. At no point did we feel comfortable or free — it felt like the owner was constantly present with us. After we checked out, he caused a scene over a few stains on the walls in the upper apartment. Some were caused by our girls using tanning creams, but others were old stains from the bedding, as the beds are placed against the walls and the linens — especially the grey covers — leave marks on his white walls. He yelled at me and demanded money for repainting, which he did receive. This man clearly does not know how to work with guests via Booking.com. I would never return to a host like this again. On top of everything, the toilet bowl in the lower apartment was poorly installed and leaked sewage into the bathroom, so the entire lower apartment smelled bad and was flooded.

• Anna (10/5): Comfy stay in Zagreb, very well recommended - First of all: it's only 7 minutes walking from the central bus station and very easy to find. The doors of both the building & the apartment open with the same unique code, so you can never lose your key 😉 Good to know: after the #beep, immediately push the door open or it will be locked again. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very good, though this is personal, of course. Don't worry if you can't find the washing machine, it's in a separate room in the hallway. Also a tumble dryer is available, and even a drying rack is an option. Though the apartment is situated on a busy crossroad, with the windows closed, it's fairly soundproof! Also inside there's very little noise from the neighbours (apartment upstairs). There are several supermarkets on short walking distance. Nicolas is definitely one of the best hosts I've seen, and I've seen quite a lot... He's very responsive to every question, and even patiently solved my issue with the tv (there's Netflix to watch)! He does everything possible to make your stay great. For example, the deposit was returned to my bank account even before I got back home. Thanks Nicolas, if I am back in Zagreb, I will definitely try to stay here again. There's no such thing.

The location is really good as it is very close to the bus station and to tram stops which go into the centre of town. The apartment is clean and modern and spacious with air conditioning.
