• Sindy (7/5): Overall good home but just needs to be cleaned and maintained. - Property was a great size for our family of 5 and great location for the wedding we attended. Property could’ve been cleaner and some aspects not to standard such as previous shampoo and soap left in main bathroom, toothpaste splatters on mirror and hair on bathroom floors. Didn’t look or feel vacuumed. Some furniture seemed unstable (dining chairs)
• Kia (4/5): Safety and cleanliness issues in the house. - Beds were very comfortable The property was not cleaned. The living and kitchen areas were covered in grease which made the floor very unsafe to walk on and the horizontal and vertical surfaces smeared with a film of grease link substance. We had to mop the floor 4 times to get it to a level to safely walk in it without slipping. The large floor rugs are attractive but not on. In slip mats so move under your feet - another safety risk. The yard was unmaintained and had random furniture laying around. Plants in the floral display were dead. The dining room chairs were stained and mouldy. Some lounge chairs were missing cushions. • Grahame (7/5): Overall enjoyed the stay but disappointed in the external presentation. - Air conditioner made the stay comfortable. Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. Good linen. The yard was very unkept. Overflowing garbage bin on the footpath. House seemed not well maintained on the outside and inside (eg towel rail broken in bathroom - 1/8th of a roll of toilet paper, most plants inside were dying or dead, exhaust fan in kitchen not working). The property was located on a fairly busy corner and across the road from a motel/pub.
• Devine (2/5): Terrible. - Nothing. Would not book this property in the future. We were very disappointed with this accommodation. Location was very noisy. Location was right on a roundabout on a busy bus route.Property was badly needing upgraded, especially the windows and exterior. The garden areas especially the front of the property were very poorly maintained. Rubbish bin was overflowing with previous occupants rubbish. We also brought our bikes with us but could not get access to the garage to store them. For the cost of this property it was not worth what we paid.

• Kimberley (10/5): Exceptional - It felt like being at home. Was able to chill out on the couch and watch a movie with my children. All the basic items were provided, so I was able to do a load of washing. Plenty of space for our family and the lounge was very comfortable.
• Pamela (8/5): we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again - location was good close to everything nice hotel across the road with great well priced meals, small shopping centre 5 min walk away easy straight thru access to town and highway our host was very thoughtful and put the a/c on throughout the house,a blessing given we had travelled in such extreme heat,to arrive to a cool and comfortable home we had everything we needed in the house would stay again if visiting geraldton the garden out back was a little dissapointing, but given the extreme heat couldnt have been out there anyway would be nice to have an outdoor seating area for the cooler months

Great location near the beach and the local shops. Really enjoyed our time here. Shower leaked a bit but just needed to use an extra bath mat.

• Taylah (10/5): Beautiful little home, decorated perfectly! - Beautiful and clean bed are so comfortable House seemed very unfinished front of draw fell off before we even got there, Cupboard doors weren’t on and fell on my 3 year old. Couch being white is super stressful with kids, not very kid friendly
