• Blaise (8/5): Très bon logement à Scandicci - Accueil très chaleureux par l'hôte, qui est venue me chercher au terminus du tram. Spumante de bienvenue fort apprécié Très bon logement. Si on devait pinailler, on pourrait souligner une isolation phonique avec les appartements voisins pas parfaites.

Всего за 30 минут на трамвае доехали до центра города - вокзал Санта Мария Новелла. Скандиччи очень спокойное место. Квартира была очень удобной, уютной и чистой. Спасибо Катарине за гостеприимство. 🥰 Такого нет

• pascal (10/5): ottima struttura, vicino a Firenze, ma con la facilità di parcheggio e il silenzio della periferia - Partiamo dall'host: estremamente gentile e disponibile con attenzioni impreviste. L'alloggio è arredato e strutturato decentemente ed è molto gradevole e ben organizzato. Si aggiunge al quadro la facilità di parcheggio e il silenzio durante la notte non vedo margini di miglioramento, va bene così

• Silvia (9/5): Ottimo appartamento - La signora Caterina è stata disponibilissima, tenendoci le valigie già dal mattino del check-in, e ci ha lasciato nel frigo delle bottigliette d'acqua ed un piccolo spumante. Ci ha anche lasciato delle cialde per la macchinetta del caffé, delle bustine di tè e delle fette biscottate. La casa è ristrutturata da poco ed accogliente. Servirebbero dei ganci per appendere gli asciugamani della doccia dopo l'utilizzo. E in cucina servirebbero delle presine ed un tagliere.

• Anna (10/5): Уютная милая квартира - Симпатичная квартира, удобная кровать, чисто, тихий район. Очень приветливая хозяйка. Легко добраться. Ванная яркого оранжевого цвета. Зеркало. но это дело вкуса. Ну и пара крючков для полотенец в ванную не помешала бы. А так всё остальное- отлично 😀

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver un restaurant, tous fermés ou pizzas à emporter.Nous avons fini au restaurant indien à côté de l'appartement. Dommage pour notre dernier soir en Italie Télévision à fond dans l'appartement à côté le soir tard et à 6h30 le matin. Rapport qualité/prix moyen

• Gioele Pietro (8/5): Ottima soluzione - Letto matrimoniale abbastanza comodo, bagno pulito e largo, cucina pulita e molto carina. Ottimo frigorifero, molto comodo. Ottima pulizia dell'appartamento. Porta del bagno da sistemare, troppo rumorosa. Una presa della corrente accanto al letto non funzionante. Cuscini scomodi (a parer mio).
• Valentina (8/5): Agradable - Instalaciones completas y la dueña muy amable, nos dejo un Prosecco de bienvenida :) No hay muchos servicios cerca, los restaurantes cercanos siempre estaban cerrados y el supermercado queda a unas cinco o seis cuadras.

• Luna72 (10/5): A really nice staying. - A really nice experience. Very clean in a very quiet place it s near to all you can need. The owner is really kind, I appreciate all of my staying a lot.

• Mamurni (10/5): Quiet, well equipped apartment - Quiet, well equipped apartmen, nice neighbours, wi fi work perfectly. Host was extremely helpful and very friendly. Car was park two days at the front of the building (ree public parking). 10 to 15 minutes walk to Tram station. Highly recommended Nothing, everything was perfect.

The owners were amazing and lovely to deal with The bed was on a slight slant so we had to sleep with our heads at the feet so we didn’t feel like we were upside down haha

• Becca.m (10/5): Perfection! Clean, comfortable and safe with incredible customer service from host/s - We absolutely loved our stay here! We were kindly welcomed on check in (with English language too!). This rental is possibly one of the cleanest you'll ever stay in! The linen was soft and fresh and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling. The neighbourhood is very residential, in a nice, safe area. Tram stop is a 5 min walk away (then 20 min to historic city centre & attractions), very local supermarkets too. We couldn't suggest any faults, it's already perfect! Thanks so much for having us :)

Nicely decorated and modern. it’s far from the train station o the central area but it’s close to the bus station. Also there are many local buses and the tram in the area. Hostess proves with a few things for breakfast. There’s an elevator which is great. I couldn’t turn on the stove.
