- Gorete (9/5): Nicely designed apartment and well situated. Very comfortable. - N/A The electric plug adaptors were very problematic and non functioning. It is an easy problem to fix. Get quality adaptors. The apartment should have better fans or Aircon. Parking is very challenging to find in the area.
- Jade (6/5): Our stay at the property was sufficient for our needs but the parking was really a problem for us - The location was close to the main strip in Sea Point and was a close walking distance to the promenade which was great. The unit was clean and modern We were first told that we could check in at 3pm which was then changed to 7pm. They did agree to assist to find someone to help us check in at 3pm but once we got to the property we had to wait a really long time for someone to come and hand over the keys which was not ideal with a baby in the car who needed to be fed. There was no on-site parking which was a nightmare for us having to cart around a pram and a baby and sometimes having to park far away on the road when there was no parking close by. The unit also faces the parking lot so you cannot keep the blinds open because of privacy which makes the property feel quite dark and closed off. The bathroom door is also a sliding door which didn't close fully so it was not very private

- Thandeka (10/5): Great stay - Great location. The place was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Host was in comms before arrival, when checking in and close to check out. Felt safe in the complex Everything was as expected

- Martin (7/5): - A spacious apartment with excellent location. In the summer the apartment will be cool, but in the winter it felt a bit damp and dark. Note that beds are 190 cm, so can be a bit short for tall people.
- carbon endurance (5/5): Challenging stay - Good spacious apartment with modern interior. Close to seapoint restaurants/ coffee shops The units main bedroom is 2meters away from to the access entrance to the apartment block and faces/level with the small car park.
Unfortunately during our second last day, major construction was taking place in the unit above making it unbearable to stay( noting there were another 3 units also been renovated in the apartment block). The property agent arranged for our last night to be moved to another property. We are still waiting for the property managers to advise how they will compensate for the lost day of not been able to use the first apartment due to building noice.
