• Sta Maria (8/5): We really had a great time…. Bonding together. - The house itself is well kempt. The kitchen is complete with utensils. Just need to upgrade the TVS into new models… The pool area when we arrived was full of leaves and the table and chairs were not cleaned well ( at the barbecue area)

• Mark (8/5): - The house was expansive and the location was good for our purpose. Price was a bit high considering there was Glass located in the pool. Tiles under bbq had fat spillage. Some blind repairs required and the house seemed a bit aged and tired looking and for the price l believe it should be perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure everything was okay while we were staying there.The house was clean and spacious which was great. Would definitely stay there again Nothing! just had trouble with the garage remote but other than that everything was fantastic.

• Leanne (9/5): Relaxing, quiet, tranquil, refreshing, the weekend was thoroughly enjoyable. - Lovely house, very comfortable. The kitchen was very equipped with a couple of extras in the cupboard eg: oil, paper towel & stubbie coolers. Every afternoon the kangaroos were across the round and the birds would come into the patio on dusk. There is no easy way of getting in the pool if you have trouble getting down. The tiles are super slippery around the pool & outdoor area making it even harder. There were a couple of mats to stand on but not enough.
• Frank (8/5): Lovely but - House was as advertised. Good size and facilities. Host was good, very responsive. Superficially clean but showing signs of general wear and tear (of the property but also things like crockery and glassware). Also, the basins in ensuite drains were blocked, cushions on outdoor table chairs dirty, and the pool was cloudy for the whole 10 day stay, even after being serviced.
• Lyndell (9/5): A wonderful home for a family vacation - Spacious house to cater for our 12 family members for lunch. Swimming pool. Peaceful community. Short walk to the beach. A large oven to cook Christmas lunch. Large Walk in pantry for storage of way too much food we brought with haha. Extra living areas for the kids to seperate from the adults. Lots of areas inside for the kids to play hide n seek 😊 The outdoor patio and pool fence was very dirty. No toilet paper was supplied.
• Courtney (9/5): Overall a great stay and I would stay there again. - The property has plenty of spaces, and spaces, for a large group. It also has an excellent kitchen for cooking large meals. The pool was great and a short walk to the beach. A short drive to the Mount Coollum summit track, SLSC and shops. We had a few issues trying to get the downstairs cool without making the upstairs freezing. There’s also no instructions regarding which bedroom is which for the zoned air conditioning. The fridge had a funky smell, though it improved slightly over the course of our stay. The timed code for the front door is both very convenient but also feels unduly rigid and stressful to only work at the exact moment of checkin to checkout, unless additional fees are paid. That being said, they were accommodating when contacted.
• Kriddyo (9/5): Beautiful relaxed coastal house with heaps of room! - Beautiful house! Very clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of friends - plenty of places to hang out. We enjoyed the pool & the walk to the beach was so close. Such a great spot. I really can't think of anything that I didn't like!
• Lagi (10/5): Greatful for the memories made. - Loved every aspect of the property. It was a perfect size for our family mini break away from home. We enjoyed the pool and the facilities the home offered. Swam and had a bbq despite winter not yet officially over. Location was great and it was our first time in the Sunshine Coast and we had a great time. Can’t fault it

Beautiful estate, quiet and close to the beach - The property management was so detailed in their instructions/communications that it was such a breeze. The property was perfect with plenty of room for the whole family. So well appointed and maintained.

• Michael (10/5): Wonderful and very much hope to be back very soon. - This house has a perfect design. Living, dining, entertaining on the ground floor - bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful beaches in walking distance, sunshine coast destinations all close by.
• Jeanette (7/5): Good - Check-in process went well and the house is great, but then as we went around the property we noticed the outdoor patio and the Pool ( lots of sand and foliage) where not cleaned. We contacted our host straight away along with photos of the Pool and we understand the weather has been inclement but the housekeepers had only just left as the tiles where still damp. His response was the pool gets cleaned every fortnight, but the water would be fine. They did not rectify the issues so I then proceeded to wash down the patio and used the broom that was left on the patio to clean it. The Outdoor area is a big plus for this property on the Sunshine Coast and we were very disappointed it wasn't clean for our weekend. When you pay the $ we paid for 2 nights you certainly expect much better.
• Marie (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay again as I’m sure the Host will rectify the cleaning issues. - Modern and comfortable. Short walk from the beach. Several lamps/lights with blown globes. Couldn’t use balcony off main bedroom due to a build up of bird faeces which had been there for some time and on furniture there as well. Half eaten food left in bedside table and pool was dirty with a lot of sand etc. Cleaning let this property down.

• Lauren (9/5): Lovely big house, good value for money, would stay again. - Really lovely big home at base of Mount Coolum. The house not only had four bedrooms, but three different living areas and a study! In a gated community, walking distance to a beach (although it wasn’t very swimmable when we were there). The pool was a bit dirty (could do with a cover) and one living area smelled like animals so we closed those doors and have fed it back to property manager. Not much!

• Vicki (10/5): Beautiful house with a lovely pool to enjoy the perfect timeout - The house was set up with everything you could possibly need for a relaxed stay. Lovely furniture and decor with muliple living rooms to relax in if needed. We spent alot of time in the pool which was lovely. There is a bbq with the outdoor area which was very convenient. Overall a very relaxing space to chill out and would highly recommend.
