Priyanka (1/5): It was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone - the location of the property The room, bathroom and the entire lobby was stinking! the bedsheet and towels had stains on them which was disgusting. We did not find anyone from Nexx Field available on desk ever. To top it all, our room was unlocked from outside by the manager at 11.45 pm, in the middle of the night due to some misunderstanding on their end. THIS IS NOT SAFE. it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone to stay here!

Nurul (3/5): It was super disappointing while the room is nice but the service provided is bad. - The location and view were amazing You can see klcc, kl tower and trx from the room We arrived at 5-6pm only to be given a non prepared untidy room. The staff at counter left me standing waiting while she speaking at phone and don’t even bother to ask me to sit while she handle the issue. The room was super basic with no kettle or iron prepared. No hook in the toilet.
Saundarya (6/5): Water heater doesn't work - Close to the Monorail, compact design, great view and comfy bed. The water heater wasn't working throughout my stay, texted the management but they just ignored my text. I showered in cold water. The toilet has sewage smell, quite bad. There are still constructions going on outside the room but they only do it in daytime. The walls are very thin, cannot even play music as the neighbours will complain.

Aylwin (7/5): Cheap, new, clean and quiet. - Stayed there 4 nights. Very cheap. RM120pn. Intro price and may not last? 5 mins to monorail. 15 minutes to KL Sentral transport hub. Lots of buses. Plenty of Indian food nearby. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet, secure. Big rooftop pool with great views. Sauna. Gym. Work stations. All open 7am till 10pm. Manned check-in counter from 3-6pm. Brand new, so some teething problems. Like no towels or soap. TV and fridge not working. All fixed within 2 hours. Bathroom has no wall, only frosted glass panels. Turning on light may disturb sleeping partner, as it lights up whole room. Bathroom has nowhere to hang clothes. Had to put them on top of toilet seat. Suggested to manager Kay that clothes hooks would be good, but her response was, Sorry, we don't provide them! No cups, plates or cutlery, or waste bin provided. Strange then that they have a kitchen with hotplates and sink. Hallway was a bit dusty due to construction work in other rooms. Only 4 lifts, one of which was out of order for many hours. Long wait times. No on-site parking provided.

Ain (9/5): Will Tell My Friend! - Room is clean and nice just like the picture..Really strategic and well located, close to monorail station easier to travel (bukit bintang, central market and kl sentral), only one station to kl sentral. The best part is they have the infinity pool at the rooftop!! The view was superb!! There is no parking provided, have to park at free space at your own responsible or pay prking but so far..no plate, mug or cutlery, or coffee or tea provided. The building is also still under construction.. so during the day is a bit noisy but its ok la, cause there is no disturbance during nightime.
