• laurence (10/5): Villa de rêve - Un endroit assez loin du centre . Tous les équipements y étaient. Très beau . Tou était parfait.. On a pris des scooters pour pouvoir se déplacer Je cherche mais je ne trouve pas quoi dire pour moi tout était parfait

In a good position near the Lio beach complex, and we really appreciated the guide the team have prepared for scooter hire, restaurants, laundry and just about everything else you could need. Staff were responsive at all times.

• Indrė (7/5): - The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and luxurious, but the location is very poor – you have to walk through slum areas and garbage dumps to reach it, which completely ruins the experience.

• Roland (7/5): Nettes Haus in authentischem Wohnquartier - Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und offen gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend geschmackvoll und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Villa befindet sich mitten in einem Wohnquartier, die direkte Umgebung ist nicht touristisch. Durch die offene Gestaltung des Wohnbereichs sind ausschliesslich die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Ebenfalls kann es vorkommen, dass über Nacht Lebensmittel angeknabbert werden. Die Umgebung ist ein Wohngebiet mit entsprechenden Emissionen (Geräusche wie Hähne oder Rauch durch Feuer in direkter Nachbarschaft). Das Housekeeping erlebten wir als sehr passiv (kein Wechseln der Tücher oder auffüllen von Verbrauchsgegenständen).

• AYMEN (10/5): Très bon séjour - Très bon accueil de Stephanie qui a été adorable. Bon emplacement, (le centre n'est qu'à 10 minutes en tricycle et les plages ne sont pas loin non plus) le voisinage est très accueillant, la piscine et la maison sont régulièrement nettoyées. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants, il y a de l'espace, la piscine est top et il y a même des jeux de société, nous avons passé deux ou trois journées entières dans la villa sans regret. Il aurait fallu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine, surtout pour les familles de 4 ou 5 personnes. Et puisqu'il n'y a pas de four, un micro-onde aurait été le bienvenu.
• Koen (8/5): Prachtige villa, maar wel met beperkingen - Het is een prachtige grote villa met eigen zwembad, heerlijk om te relaxen. De eigenaresse is goed bereikbaar via Booking.com of Whatsapp of allerlei zaken te regelen. Je leeft wel echt buiten. Er zitten geen deuren in de villa, behalve boven bij de slaapkamers. Voor de rest kun je dus ook niets afsluiten. Het voelt dan ook niet altijd veilig om te slapen (tenminste, dit gevoel hadden wij). Omdat het zo open is, moet je wel tegen (heel veel!!) mieren, muggen en gekko’s kunnen. De villa staat niet op een mooie plek, dat is erg jammer. Staat tussen “ouwe krotten” waarvan de mensen en kinderen (onze kinderen hebben er mee gespeeld) heel aardig zijn. Hierdoor echt wel erg veel lawaai rondom het huis, erg veel hanen en honden. Er liggen niet voor niets oordopjes klaar op de nachtkastjes. Wij slapen gelukkig niet licht en hebben hier geen last van gehad, maar voor de lichte slaper is het wel een uitdaging hier. Bij aankomst vonden we iets erg onaangenaams onder het bed, maar dit is door de eigenaresse erg snel en goed opgelost. Tip; afsluiten opening naast het hek, want alle buurtkinderen gluren er constant doorheen (wij hebben het for the time being afgeschermd).
• Deryk (10/5): A perfect place! - Great design and quality build. Quaint location with kind locals nearby. The pool was so refreshing. A great feature to cool off. The entire place was really well equipped and the hosts were easily available. They also helped us with scooter rentals with a very good local company. Beds were comfy and housekeeping came by regularly to clean the villa. Great water pressure and hot water shower. Top notch villa!
• Mayke (10/5): Aanrader! Wat een prachtig luxe verblijf op een kwartiertje scooteren van El Nido - De villa is prachtig, erg groot en luxe. Het privé zwembad is geweldig. Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. In de straatjes eromheen woont de lokale bevolking en dat vonden wij erg leuk. Alles was echt super!

• Carrie (10/5): Would 100% recommend this accommodation to people looking for a relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle of El Nido. V - Gorgeous property, facilities were incredible. Service was next level, fantastic to get breakfast delivered. Not an issue but have to remember to close the doors for the mosquitos - of course this is part of the indoor outdoor style.
• Ash (10/5): Beautiful new villa near Lio beach - Beautiful newly constructed villa. We absolutely loved the private pool. Our hosts Dim and Steph went above & beyond in making our first stay in El Nido so easy. They provided a comprehensive PDF guide for the villa, all the best things to do in El Nido & helpful tips for getting around the island. They helped book our activities & massages too. We cannot thank them enough for all their help! The only bathroom & toilet to the property is located downstairs with all bedrooms being upstairs, not a big deal, just a personal preference to have easy access for late night bathroom needs. The bathroom also doesn't have any cooling system. Most people won't have an issue with this, but as I suffer from hyperhidrosis, I prefer to not become sweaty again straight after taking my shower.
• Sara (7/5): Considering the price (AUD 470 per night), we expected a more polished and serene experience. While the villa has some e - We recently spent 4 days over Christmas. The villa itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a good-sized private pool that was perfect for relaxing. Everything felt fresh and new, which made our stay comfortable in many ways. Additionally, the host was very accommodating, helping us organise breakfast, scooter rentals, massages, and local experiences, which added a thoughtful and convenient touch to our stay. The only bathroom is located downstairs, and the steep, slippery stairs make nighttime trips, especially during an upset stomach, quite challenging. The villa’s open design, while aesthetically pleasing, invites bugs and insects inside. Additionally, the bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant sewage smell, which was a bit off-putting. One of the double bedrooms faces the neighbor’s backyard, where we experienced smoke from burning plastic, loud music, and a puppy barking ALL NIGHT, making it hard to enjoy peace and quiet. The road leading to the villa also flooded during the rain, which added inconvenience.
• Valeriya (9/5): Very pleased - The property looks incredible, very stylish, the pool is of a good size, the open plan kitchen is nice and comfortable. Short ride from the airport. The host responds REALLY quickly and does his best to solve all sort of problems. The Internet is a bit slow upstairs, no mirrors in the bedrooms, no second bathroom upstairs.
• Maxime (10/5): Fabulous Villa - Stunning villa, exactly like the photos ! Very spacious, peaceful and private. What a fantastic stay we didn’t want to leave. The aesthetic design is simply amazing, creating a relaxing environment. I have to say also everything was very functional too and the bedrooms are so cozy and quiet. Location is great, close to Lio Beach. 100% recommended
• Bal (10/5): Just wow! - The villa is brand new and we absolutely loved it! The decoration is amazing, from the kitchen to the bathroom, there are beautiful pieces of art. The location is good, few minuts away from the airport and from Lio beach, in a quiet area of El Nido. We really loved the place because it’s not in the noisy center town of El Nido but in a local atmosphere closed to the school, basketball ball court and the market. But it’s also fast to reach the town It was really nice chilling in the comfortables sofas, and the pool was just perfect! I wish we can stay longer next time. Highly recommended !!
