• Flora (8/5): Good Value Home Stay - Location is nearby CFO office ,so,if you got an appointment there, it's just few blocks away. And also they have accommodating and friendly staffs .

• Adrian (1/5): Not impressed - The location Trash left inside the unit. Electric sockets loose on the wall. Hot plate was black with burnt stuff on it and unless you put something under it the plate wasn't even level. Place wasn't clean. Whenever you plug something in you got sparks out of the socket. One small air-conditioning unit upstairs so downstairs was really hot.

• Macalipay (1/5): Bad - I like that it is spacious There's flies and the hallway smells bad and the bathroom drainage is jammed it takes time to drain it,and There's TV but can't access netflix.

• Timo (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment, not the newest building anymore but clean room and spacious enough also with big luggage. Note that the bedroom is upstairs. The communication with the hosts was easy and we also liked the location, lots of shops nearby. They have a reception in the lobby which makes the building feel safe. Everything was nice, good value for the price

• Angelica (9/5): Superb - Everything was fine. The owner and her niece were very approachable. Feels like home, especially the bedrooms upstairs. The bldg elevators are slightly swaying, bad smell from the garbage chute.

• O'sullivan (6/5): Very nice and clean place to stay, affordable and very good location. Owner is very friendly. - I booked this place for 2 nights 1st to 3rd October 2022, for my sister and for her daughter Natsumi because it is very close to the One Executive building JAMS Agency and also it was a very good location. My sister and Natsumi, they really liked the place, very clean and there is a shop inside the building which is very good for them. Piece of advised though, book this place early so that someone can meet you up and will give you the key and write a note if you are arriving very late at night because if you don't leave a note. You will end up staying next door. In fairness to the owner, she called my sister the next day and she apologies and she is very lovely. I can highly recommend this place. Thanks, owner. Where having issues contacting the owner's number, she apologies because that time she said that she was out of town, and she had a very poor signal. That is why, we can't reach her that time.
