Kimberly (1/5): I would never stay or suggest this place, even if it were free. - What I liked about the property was the location. CAUTION: AVOID BOOKING THIS HOME! My experience was far from what the pictures portrayed, with numerous issues such as stained rugs, broken blinds, and a toilet seat falls off on the first day. Despite prompt repairs, the cleanliness was lacking, soap scum thick on shower liner,marked by scratches on furniture and signs of wear and tear throughout the property. The broken AC vent and non-functional patio furniture and the world is yours was not working added to the disappointments. The owner's response to my concerns was unsatisfactory, and their handling of the situation left much to be desired. From broken blinds to damaged furniture, this property fell short of expectations, making me regret my decision to stay. I strongly advise against booking here, as there are better-maintained options available that match their descriptions accurately. Moreover, the additional $500 security deposit they require is unjustified, especially considering the property's condition although I was refunded my entire amount. My experience with this booking has led me to reconsider private property rentals, as the owner's behavior and lack of care were unacceptable. It's disheartening to see the property's potential wasted due to neglect and poor management.
William (8/5): This was a wonderful, 1st ever “away” Christmas and family reunion. - Location. Convenient to downtown.! Great size and room layout. Host was easy to reach and quick to respond. A couple of isolated cleaning issues.
