- EUGENIA (10/5): - Великолепные радушные хозяева. И шикарный вид на город. Сам номер милый. В нём всего достаточно. Не самая лучшая звукоизоляция. Соседи были довольно тихими и это не мешало.

- Oksana (9/5): - We stayed in this guest house with a friend back in July. It is located in a historical building in the very centre of the city (5 min from the Dry Bridge). The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a beautiful view on Tbilisi. The hosts are amazing, a true example of Georgian hospitality. We had a very warm welcome and were even treated with a delicious dinner on our last night there. Thank you very much! Didi madloba! The only disadvantage is that the rooms are located on the rooftop, and in the middle of the summer it's very hot there. The rooms cool down quite easily with the help of the AC, but the corridor, where the kitchen is also located, remains quite hot all the time. The rest was fine.

- gülce (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a very central location. At first, I was hesitant because the exterior of the building was unfamiliar, but it's one of the traditional Georgian houses in the area. The owners are truly wonderful people who go out of their way to help.

- Ayakoz (10/5): - Все очень понравилось,жили мы с подругой 4 дня в этом доме,хозяева очень добрые,хорошие люди,помогали со всем,чем могли,давали очень полезные советы,которыми мы воспользовались,комната была очень чистая,приятная,брали номер для некурящих ,так как не переносим запаха сигарет и в комнате пахло всегда свежо и приятно,были все необходимые принадлежности.И еще дом был не так далеко от центра все дни ходили только пешком,так как не было прям далеко .

- Giovanni (10/5): Exceptional - Very good price for Tblisi. It is a true guesthouse in a local resident compound. If you like this type of accommodations , you love it. Don’t be put off by the entrance and the external facade. The lady host is very sweet and very nice. She was there to greet us at 4am! We returned to the same place when back from our tour. Parking is available You will need to climb 3-+1 stairs just be advised. Room is basic but comfortable, has TV and Fridge. Great view Stairs are quite dark during the night but the area is very safe.

- David (10/5): Exceptional - This is more a family guest house than a hotel. The family are below at the entrance and there are 3 rooms and a small kitchen on the top floor. Kind of the very top. The family are lovely and very friendly. Very kind people. The rooms are lovely, warm and the views of Tbilisi are amazing. It's in an old courtyard, so those that love old traditional Tbilisi buildings will love it. I loved my stay here and I will definitely return. Highly recommended Nothing. Everything was great.

The host is super responsive and the lady who looks after the property is truly welcoming and very helpful. The stairway leading up to the guest house is not well looked after but once you are inside everything is modern and spotlessly clean. We liked it so much, we stayed twice! Nothing

We stayed many days there and had a great time. Separately I want to say about the location, it’s ideal in terms of quick walking distance to any cafes, coworking, subway, attractions and parks. Quiet place despite being close to everything. Special thanks to the owners, wonderful people! Nothing serious to mention, sometimes I needed higher or more stable internet connection for video calls, but I used my phone to share hot spot and it was ok!

- Daria (10/5): A very cozy place with super-friendly hosts - I stayed there for a week with my mother and we totally loved the looks of the room and outside of the window; the amenities and the hosts' friendliness; how cozy and good located the apartment was. The sound isolation was a bit of an issue when some guests in neighbouring rooms were too loud. Apart from that everything else was simply great!

- Valentin (9/5): Perfect base to explore Tbilisi - Awesome location. Very friendly family trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Excellent value for money. The bathroom is a little strangely constructed as it’s flooded completely when you shower, not too big of a problem though
