The mattresses are old and not at all comfortable, the fourniture is a little bit dusty, the kitchen is not well equipped, and the toilet is very small. Given all this, the price of this property should be at least 30% lower.

- Werner (9/5): Superb - For us the apartment was just perfect. It is located close to the Medina but shops like bakery, supermarket and Bars are also around. We had a super night as street and house were quiet and bed was OK though a bit low. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and almost fully equipped. Kitchen we wan't rate as we did't cook though it was everything there for breakfast or a salat. A big plus, the kitchen and shower had hot water. We had nothing to complain about.

- Mohammad (7/5): An affordable decent flat in a very good location - The flat has everything you need: hot water, towels, blankets, and kitchen stuff. The location is very good: within walking distance of the Medina, the beach, and other central locations in the city. The living room is quite beautifully furnished and decorated. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The beach is also a walking distance. The host was really friendly and flexible in terms of check-in and check-out. Overall the flat is quite OK. The flat doesn't have much natural light, especially in the bedroom and the kitchen. This might be a problem if you're staying for an extended period of time in winter. Additionally, the internet got really slow at certain times during the day (esp. in the evening). The host told us then that there was a general problem with the internet in the area. Finally, while the kitchen is generally well-equipped, some of the stuff there wasn't in a very good condition.
