- Bich Phuong (10/5): - Located near the city center and a park, offering a variety of rooms at good prices, with friendly staff and a kitchenette on the balcony. I hope customers will maintain a minimum level of awareness when they come here. Specifically, me. Thank God.

- Mike (2/5): - Hardest bed ever.
- Phuong (2/5): - Đến nơi mới thông báo hết phòng sau đó nói đợi và kêu dắt mình qua cơ sở 2. - Charlie (7/5): Cheap but rock solid beds. - It was exceptional value for money. They let us check in at about 3am which was nice. The shower was hot and very high pressure. I had to go on a wild goose chase to find some towels for our room which ended up being more tea-towel style. The place wasn't spotless but we can't really complain for the price. The beds are basically rock-solid.

- Robert (1/5): This place is a scam--stay away. - Not much. The location and street were okay. I booked a deluxe double room which was supposed to be a private room with a double bed. All of the photos on the website for that room featured a big, spacious private room, but with more beds than what I booked. I figured the room would be the same but just with one bed. When I arrived they brought to a room with 4 tiny 3M2 cubicles they had built and they called one of them "my room." If i wanted to stay in a dorm I would have booked one for much cheaper. The cubicle didn't have real walls and I could hear people on tiktok all night next to me. When I told the staff I had been given a different room and showed her the photos she said "no that's the family room for 800k." I told her it's dishonest to list the wrong photos and that they should show pictures of the tiny rooms they are offering. Nothing has changed on the website. Also, the towels that are provided don't fit around your waist and are usually used to wipe your feet when you exit the toilet. There is one shower and bathroom that is shared by 8 cubicles so it's often being used too. Don't rent from these dishonest people. It's a scam.

- Vener (5/5): Passable - Kind staff Noise
- Hoang (10/5): Green Homestay is located in Ngọc Hà, just a short walk from B-52 Lake and close to Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Our homestay of - Good location, local food perfect…..
- Hoang (10/5): Exceptional - During my recent trip to Hanoi, I stayed at a charming homestay located on Ngọc Hà Street, just a short walk from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a quick drive to West Lake. It was an incredible experience that made my visit even more memorable.
The homestay was beautifully decorated with a traditional Vietnamese touch, while still offering all the modern comforts. My room was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. I especially loved the little balcony overlooking a peaceful garden — a perfect spot for morning coffee.
The location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet and safe, yet so close to many major attractions. I could walk to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, explore the Botanical Gardens, and easily get to West Lake for a relaxing afternoon by the water.
The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. They recommended great local restaurants and even helped me arrange a scooter rental. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
- Carlos (1/5): Bad -
- Hoang (10/5): Exceptional - Im book homestay many time im realy like it , clean, cheap many local restaurant around here near the lake, park

- Hoang (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, quiet the room clean, balcony so beautyful near the park very fresh air, cheap price... around homestay many local food im will comeback next time
- Nguyen (10/5): I love this place, the landlord can speak English, they are friendly. - Clean-affortable-friendly N/A
- Guillaume (1/5): Bad - The owner of the place canceled on me 3 minutes before I arrived walking with me bag from the other place of town. She gave the bed to someone else and smile at my face when I arrived, rude, do not recommend
- Thing (10/5): Nice Trip - My stay at this homestay was truly amazing. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their kindness made the experience feel so personal and comfortable, like staying with family. The space was cozy and well-kept, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay One small but noticeable detail at a homestay could be the dimness of the bedside lamp. While it's not a major issue, it can make reading or relaxing in bed a bit uncomfortable, as the light might not be bright enough for certain tasks.
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is good
- Clem4485 (7/5): Good -
- C.m. (4/5): Disappointing - It is close to Ho Chi Minh 's mausoleum, quite a long hike to the Old Quarter (can be overcome by taking a taxi or moto 1,5 /0.7 € a ride) Rock hard bed, no mattress to speak of.
Bathroom filthy (I guess they were trying, but the filth
was too ingrained to ever get it clean)
- Thar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karthikeyan (5/5): Passable - Not bad Rooms
- Luciana (10/5): Really comfortable, clean room and helpful staff - Really clean room, we had the dorm room to ourselves. Balcony and quiet at night. Good air con and fans. Close to botanical gardens and palace. Staff really friendly and helpful. We didn’t mind that it was a good 30 min walk to the old quarter It could be a bit far out of town for some, but we didn’t mind that as we took different routes by walking so got to know Hanoi.
- Jane (10/5): Exceptional - service, room is very comfortable. owner is very enthusiastic. near historical sites, crowded, full of amenities. will come back
- Denis (8/5): Very good -
- Jonah (10/5): Exceptional - Tiny but cosy room, not much bigger than the mattress on the floor. Loved the balcony with great views. Check in was a little confusing, but it was not a problem. We enjoyed the location. Recommended.
- Renea (4/5): CAMERA ROOM - housekeeping girl so friendly ROOM HAVE CAMERA NO PRIVACY smelling room, the owner spoke loud and asked about is someone use the beds is not the hostel of photos, door can't close don't liked it and mattress soo hard i prefer sleep on the floor
- Abdul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karl (3/5): Poor - The location was good for seeing the area but it was very noisy. Dirty and very uncomfortable bed, lost of noise from outside, cold room, noisy roommates, the toilet was outside and downstairs.
Oh, and the first 3 floors smelled like sewerage. It was rancid.
- Sidecar (8/5): Very good -
- Trung (8/5): Not too good, not gonna choose this - The location is perfect: close to the mausoleum of pres. Ho Chi Minh, there are also a pretty fresh and spacious park, bus stops, good places to eat porriage, noodles, banh cuon and banh mi on doi can street, pretty close to the old quarters,... Quite at night (except for waste collection at around 11pm), clean properties I had to climb like 5 levels to reach my room (this homestay is on level 4&5), the stairs to level 5 were pretty dangerous and i would not recommend anyone who is not physically adequate to book this homestay. The private room for 1 person is pretty small and there's only 1 bathroom on level 4 so it's pretty inconvenient to use. I wish someone had mentioned me this when i booked this room.
The room is also not well soudproof, i could literally hear every single vehicles on the street, especially the trucks. This upset me a lot.
I was uncomfy with the attitude of the homestay manager. One night when i came back late, the door was shut and i couldnt open it so i called for help. He literally scolded me with a pretty harsh accent so i had to figure out myself how to open the door. I felt quitely disrespected and can assume the manager was not helpful at all.
- Lachie (5/5): Passable - The price Up five steep flights of stairs to get to the room, shared bathroom was on another level, and no towel provided
- Nazrie (8/5): Very good - nice place
- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Good for budget travel, good location, owner very helpful. The dorm has a balcony with a very nice view. Thank you!!
