• Sabine (10/5): Jeder Zeit wieder!!!!! - Alles war zum Besten und ist auf unserer 4 wöchigen Schottlandreise nicht übertroffen worden. Es war für uns eine Freude die Gastgeberin kennenzulernen, freundlich, zuvorkommend und ein morgendliches Lächeln im Gesicht. Eine 100% Weiterempfehlung für Reisende! Es gab nichts was man beanstanden könnte aus unserer Sicht.

• Ellen (10/5): Fijne plek op doorreis - Lekkere bedden, ruime kamer, prima douche, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Goede ligging als laatste stop richting Newcastle voor de boot. Er is in het plaatsje zelf niet veel te doen. Bij de plaatselijke pub contant betalen. Maar daar kan Debbie niets aan doen.

• Tara (9/5): Great value and welcoming,,we loved it! - Debbie was very understanding that we arrived late and helpful with recommending somewhere we could get food, quite late in the evening. The room was comfy, very clean and had a nice bathroom. We had some snacks thoughfully provided and enjoyed the night cap too! Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of products. Our dogs were comfortable too. Headed off to the Kelpies after we left and spent a good morning walking along the canal. Nothing, we would definitely be happy to stay with Debbie again.

We were made to feel so welcome it was like home from home, even our little Dog was made welcome. Debbie cooked the best breakfast in Scotland. Would highly recommend Debbie's accommodation and love location to tour the area.
• Mirjam (10/5): Adres om te onthouden en naar terug te komen. - Ontbijt in aparte eetkamer, was erg lekker, ruime keuze. Goede kwaliteit. Heerlijke bedden, fijne gastvrije host. Adres lag aan weg, maar geen last van gehad. Koelkast voor gezamelijk gebruik, heel handig. Wij kwamen vanuit New Castle en zijn langs Alnwick castle gegaan. Schitterend kasteel (bekend van Harry Potter) met prachtige tuin waaronder de Poison Garden. Volgende dag hebben we Falkirk Wheel bootervaring gedaan en de Kelpies bezocht en doorgereden naar ons volgend adres in Kinlochleven. Helemaal niets, we geven niet voor niets een 10 ;-)

• Duarte (10/5): A very comfortable stay a small way out of Stirling - The hostess was extremely welcoming, and the whole place was very charming. The room was cozy and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Honestly we did not dislike anything.

She warmly welcomed us and recommended the place to go for dinner. The room was very nice and cosy with tea and snacks available. The bathroom was fully equipped. In the morning a full tasty Scottish breakfast was waiting for us. Out of the six hotels we booked on our UK trip, this B&B was the best.

Location was perfect, just a 15 minute drive to Stirling where we got the train to Edinburgh, also close proximity to The Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel. We wouldn't have changed anything about our stay here.
• Elaine (10/5): Friendly and accommodating with a good location. - I like good food and Lowfield served good tasty food and plenty of it, nothing was too much for our host Debbie, who was pleasant and accommodating to our dietary requests. The room was lovely with a really comfortable bed, give this place a try you will not be disappointed. The place was convenient for our needs and close enough for the sights we wanted to explore etc, Falkirk. We decided to catch a train from the local station and have a relaxing hassle free journey into Edinburgh. One can get concerned about what their accommodation is going to be like but there really was nothing to dislike about this B&B i give it a 10/10 on all counts i.e. cleanliness, friendliness and location.

After a long day of sightseeing, she made recommendations for dinner and a place to go for an evening walk. Room was spacious and had a nice private bathroom and a beautiful garden. In the evening, there were light snacks available before bed to include gluten free options. Breakfast was a delightful Scottish breakfast to get you ready for the day. I highly recommend as it is so warm and welcoming.

• Ángel (10/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo - La amabilidad y hospitalidad de la casera es algo de otro planeta, ayudando hasta a aparcar el coche en su patio. Las camas, aunque eran separadas, eran súper firmes y cómodas. A la habitación no le faltaba nada de nada. Hasta TV preparada para ver Netflix. Toallas perfectas y todo súper limpio. Puede que este a medio camino entre Stirling y Falkirk pero súper accesible. No hay peros en cuanto a servicios y hospitalidad.

Une pièce est prévue pour dîner avec à disposition un micro ondes, un frigo et de la vaisselle, c'est très appréciable. Un grand merci pour les conseils pour préparer notre visite à Edimbourg. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et copieux. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Bref, il ne faut pas hésiter à y passer une ou plusieurs nuits.

• Rhina (10/5): - Absolutely everything. The place felt and smelled clean, the interior was very cozy and welcoming. Debbie the host made all 4 of us feel ‘at home’ instantly. The bedrooms is a good size, very comfortable to sleep in. I personally loved the slippers and bathrobes available in the rooms. Made it feel like a spa. After taking a hot shower in the very cozy bathroom (which both of our rooms had) you can slip into the bathrobe, lay in the bed or perhaps make a cup of tea, hot coco or coffee, then heat a heating pad and BAM, instant and maximum coziness. Don’t get me started on the breakfast. It had all the heart desired. FRESHLY hot cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and grilled tomato. Croissants, a variety of bread, all kind of cereals, some yoghurt and freshly cut strawberries and blueberries. There was juice, coffee and tea of course, and immaculate vibes. Nothing beats Debbie’s place, but SHE is the one making the place a perfect cozy place to stay. Would recommend 10/10. Her sweet and welcoming personality really is the best cherry on the top. Thank you for everything Debbie!! Nothing!

Would we stay again - Yes. We stayed here because it was close and convenient to get to the Bo'Ness Railway experience. Evening meal options are not really available in the village; one has to travel to Larbert (Station Hotel - very good) or Falkirk to get a decent meal. That may be inconvenient for some.
