• Grzegorz (10/5): Super, chętnie bym wrócił - Prywatna plaża, miła obsługa, możliwość zaparkowania samochodem, czysto. Łazienka z własnym pokojem na plus. Byliśmy w 8 osób i każdy czuł się bardzo komfortowo Ciężko było ustawić ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem.

Personal muy atento: nos permitieron salir más tarde y estuvieron pendientes de una pequeña avería. El parking es incómodo. Faltaría equipar un poco más la cocina para 6: vasos, copas…
• Alba (6/5): - Té tres wc, un per cada habitació. Tens la platja just al davant de casa. L’allotjament posa que té parking privat però no és cert. L’aigua no es regula gaire bé. O surt molt calenta o molt freda. Erem 7 persones i no hi havia gots per tothom.
• Claire-Louise (1/5): Awful, had to leave it was not liveable and not the area it states it is on the map, we felt cheated - There was nothing to say that we liked about the property unfortunately We we shocked when the taxi driver went the wto g way from where we had pinned on the map, this property is listed at a completely different part of Taormina, NOT the part of the town that you see on Booking.com. Upon arrival the assistant tried to charge us double the amount of city tax and refused card payment for it. There was not enough cutlery or plates or glasses for the 7 people it states they can host. There was no loo roll on arrival.the bedsheets were filthy covered in white stains, pretty disgusting. No plug dockets worked, tv didn’t work, there was a travel kettle only which filled one cup and was placed on top of the microwave, the internet took the only other plug so couldn’t plug to in at same time, the table was small with only 4 chairs, it promised a sea / balcony view- there was no balcony or sea view. The towels were filthy, one had brown hand stains on. The sofa bed in kitchen was an old heavy metal contraption and offered no comfort. There was no washing up liquid and only one tea towel. The path to the beach is very dangerous as washed out and full of holes in the stones.

• Cecilia Pia (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza a Taormina insieme alla nostra famiglia e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti della struttura. La casa era pulita, curata nei dettagli e in perfette condizioni, esattamente come descritta. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente, ma il personale si è dimostrato immediatamente disponibile e professionale: appena contattati, sono intervenuti subito per risolvere il problema in modo rapido ed efficiente. Non solo, hanno anche provveduto a offrirci un rimborso, dimostrando grande serietà e attenzione verso il cliente. Questa esperienza positiva ci porta sicuramente a dire che sceglieremo di nuovo loro in futuro, proprio per la loro affidabilità. Consigliamo vivamente queste strutture a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

• sigrid (3/5): Skuffet - Fine store rom og flere bad Utrivelig kjøkken/ stue. Beskrivelsen av beliggenhetene stemte ikke med hvor leiligheten var. Mye lengre å gå til byen, og utrygg vei til fots pga mye trafikk. Var oppført med privat parkering, men parkeringen er langs en smal gate
• Martin_L (6/5): - Poměr cena a místo, ale špatná dostupnost do centra. Musíte taxi nebo bus. Jedná se o bytový dům. špatně uvedená adresa, na ulici jsou podobné domy s číslem a je rozlišeno jen písmenem, hledali jsme o 4km vedle. Přímo u cesty, nebezpečné pro chuzi.

• Giuseppe (4/5): - La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole andare a mare. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno (un gruppo di 6 persone) è stato rovinato da diverse mancanze. Acqua Calda: Il problema più grave. Solo due persone su sei sono riuscite a fare una doccia calda decente. Per una casa che ospita gruppi, è un disagio inaccettabile. Parcheggio: La descrizione menziona "parcheggio", ma si tratta di un semplice parcheggio in strada su striscia continua. Questo non può essere definito un servizio della struttura ed è fuorviante per gli ospiti. Pulizia e Comfort: La pulizia era superficiale, con ragnatele evidenti negli angoli. Inoltre, il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi singoli uniti anziché da un materasso unico, risultando scomodo.

• lanzini (9/5): - La proprietaria ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra. Ci ha consigliato dei locali in zona molto validi. La casa aveva un bagno per ogni stanza, perfetta per un gruppo ampio di persone. Rispetto ad altri appartamenti in zona la qualità prezzo è ottima. Un abbraccio a Katia!
• JIA (2/5): 如果你以为这间房子在地图中显示的位置，那你就大错特错了 - 位置离火车站比较近，设施比较齐全，3个卫生间都可以洗澡，只不过貌似共用同一个热水器 别的小毛病不说了，致命问题就是这家民宿在booking上面的地址是错的，距离真实地址有好几公里，我们打车到了错误地址找不到房子，经过大量沟通了解到真实地址后又打车过去一共花了130欧，而房东丝毫没有觉得自己在平台填了错误地址是错的，而说通过WhatsApp发送了对的地址他就没有任何责任了，而那个地址的链接点开是有好几个地点弹出来的，其中一个是对的地址，需要你自己去挨个尝试，请问这就是你所谓的对的地址？还需要我自己猜？ 另外，有两间房子非常的吵，一晚上都能清楚的听到汽车摩托经过的声音，有一个房间不吵，因为根本没有窗，客厅也很小，别被照片骗了

• Hanna (1/5): Bad - The sea view When I booked the host did not reach out to me. When I contacted the host he said the place had been double booked. I was offered a 2 room apartment as an alternative. I was sent a video and pictures and I was told it was nicer than the original booking. I wanted to cancel and find other accommodation, however, my friends were worried we would be unable to find something at such a late notice. When we arrived the door looked like it had been kicked in and poorly repaired. The apartment was very small and it did not match the pictures, which made it look cleaner and in better repair. The apartment was also in Naxos and not Taormina. So it was difficult getting into Taormina. The bathroom did not look clean and the hand soap at the bathroom sink was obviously watered down to the point it seemed like it was actual water. No parking was offered. We were instructed to use street parking, or a car park. I really wish i had canceled and found other accommodation. Do not recommend, or maybe I can say I just can't recommend because i didn't actually stay at the advertised apartment I thought I was renting.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 8 girls. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had no issues at all and would definitely recommend this place! Everything was okay

We had to park the car on the side of the state highway. There was humidity on the walls, especially in one bathroom. The smell was unbearable. The access to the apartment had many flights of stairs and they didn´t warn about that.

Katia was friendly and helpful; she also brought very good fresh cannoli for all of us. The location of the property on Bookings doesn't match the real location. No parking available (street parking is offered as "the parking", but it should not even be legal and requires to cross a very busy road). One of the rooms doesn't have a window. There really is no sea view.

There haven’t cleaned the apartment yet when we arrived, seems like there was a problem with the cleaning company but we left our luggage and they got it ready in a couple of hours.

• Dino (9/5): fabulous - Clean, spacious for 6 people . 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms. Marieteresa was a great host and very helpful. She checked in constantly to see what she could do to make our stay better. Highly recommend. Worry free. Bus was cheap and easy to take there and back to Taormina
• John (6/5): Very poor location - The apartment was very clean. There is an ensuite shower room with toilet and wash basin for each of the three bathrooms. The host was cheerful and responded promptly to messages. As the address suggests, the property is on a very busy road. There is no legal parking available, although people leave cars on the opposite side of the road. We saw one smashed wing mirror. It is extremely unpleasant and dangerous walking the mile or so to Giardini Naxos along an unlit road with no pavement most of the way. To get to Taormina is a ten minute drive with little chance of parking at the end of it. You can walk the very steep cliff path in 20 minutes, but this is only for the reasonably fit. The apartment is dark, being nestled into the cliff and has no view. There was no usable coffee maker. The available one was an environmentally wasteful Krups capsule machine, with no capsules supplied and not found by us in the distant supermarkets. Unfortunately, the gas cylinder ran out while we were there, meaning there was no hot water or cooking available, but the host resolved this the same day.
• Ken (7/5): False Advertising - Good Ptice The booking description said sea view and there was no sea view from the flat. The building was located across the street from the sea so you only saw the sea coming and going. It was very misleading and very disappointing. I would never stay there again.

• Fujisawa (3/5): We felt like the property was really misrepresented. - 3 bed 3 bath plus eating area was a good amount of space as a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. Crib was available for the little one. The location is not very good - it’s just after a blind curve on an EXTREMELY busy and fast road - and you have to either walk on that insane road (no sidewalk) or drive everywhere (parking in the area is insane). This is incredibly stressful (or in our case, impossible) with children and/or the elderly. Additionally, there’s no view at all from the property; the shower panel in one bathroom was missing and the recycling bin full of shattered glass (!!!); the floor was SO filthy; there is actually no usable garden as it’s completely unmaintained; and the A/C in one room wasn’t working.
• Linn (9/5): Fantastic stay! - The appartment is clean, very spacious, every room has a bathroom and airco and the beds are very comfortable. The host, Terry, is very kind and helps you with every question you have. She is very flexible (we arrived too early, but could enter the appartment anyway!) and was a great help in finding the best restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
