• Sharon (10/5): - Great little place - close to the train station and buses from Airport. Very clean and cosy. The little mezzanine Bed space was perfect but might be an issue if you're over 6 foot tall. Mind that head. Again no Problem for us :) . Perfect location for walking or trams to the hot spots in my definitely 100% will use this company again and have all highly recommend to friends the studio. Many thanks to the team The communication has been great :)
• HIROSHI (8/5): まあ良い - ロケーションも良く静か 朝からパン屋さんも二軒やってるので食事を済ませてから出発出来る 飛行機が一時間遅れたのでその分遅れたらアパートに入れず夜中一時間位外で待ちたまたま外出する人がいて事なきを得た。テレビの使い方がQRコードで見るのが分からない

• Nicole (8/5): Alles sehr gut, Lage und Unterkunft. - Die gute Anbindung und die Umgebung. Es war sauber. Etwas mehr Komfort in der Küche.

• Helga (10/5): - Gute, sympathische Lage. Im Apartment ist alles drinnen, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hineinkommen ins Haus war unklar. Wir wurden zum Glück dann von einem Bewohner eingelassen. Der Rest bis zum Apartment war gut erklärt und einfach.

• Gretel (10/5): Comfortable and nice. - The facilities were a plus. I enjoyed them so much. There was nothing I didn’t liked about it.

• Nicole (9/5): Leuk appartement, centrale ligging - Wij hadden bewust gekozen voor een locatie op loopafstand van het station zodat we makkelijk dag tripjes konden maken met de trein, de locatie was perfect binnen 10 min op het station, de buurt was rustig maar gezellig met veel leuke restaurantjes. Het binnenkomen in de hal ging niet geheel volgens de instructies maar we hadden het geluk dat er iemand anders naar buiten kwam en wij zo makkelijk naar binnen konden, de instructies naar de ingang van het appartement en het openen van de deur waren zeer duidelijk en eenvoudig. Het bed is niet geweldig.

• Leona (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. Room was modern and spacious, all the facilities we needed. Could of provided more bed linen and towels. Wasn’t any pillow cases to put on the second pair of pillows and the duvet cover had a hole in. Did ask for more linen but no reply. When arriving the intercom had changed from the video sent to me so we couldn’t enter the property. Host did answer straight away but it was 11pm of the night in a city we was unfamiliar with with our cases, and would take the host 30 minutes to get to us. Luckily someone was exiting so we was able to enter.
• Nikos (7/5): they don't pay attention to you, at all! - The check-in procedure was a disaster. Ther instructions they gave to us, were compeltely wrong, and the phone nr. they gava to us, was also not active! We by coincidence met the cleaning lady (she was a bit late) and we did manage to enter after 2 hrs. of waiting time!

• Apeksha (10/5): Loved it! - Very clear instructions for check in and check out. Incase you need to store luggage before check in or after check out they inform you of the luggage storage store nearby where you can store everything for a price. The place is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities. We loved our stay and definitely recommend it. The location is near the train station so it is rather central. It is a bit of a walk to the duomo but honestly, we enjoyed the walk and it was a great place to stay!!
