Guest Reviews
- Colleen (10/5): It was lovely! Great host, great space, great location. - We liked the access to the firepit, grill, and outdoor space! The host let us borrow an axe to chop wood and she provided us with anything we asked for, as well as offered extra items! The sleeper couch doesn't really fit two adults, unless they are both pretty small. It might be better for two children and not advertised as for 2 adults.
- Verdene (9/5): I needed some time to work on a project without distractions. It was a perfect setting for that. -
- Ryan (10/5): Absolutely fantastic!! - This place is simply amazing!! I could not be happier with everything here so willing to help and accommodate!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone Not a thing wrong
- Hannah (9/5): Cute, cozy, simple cabin. - Cute, cozy, simple cabin.
- Byron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sheila (10/5): Comfortable stay in an accommodation comfortable for my family - Beautiful cabin on a gorgeous property in Maple Ridge.
- Larissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephen (9/5): Location was great only 4klm from relatives - Location was great close to relatives No small saucepan but micro wave sufficed for what we needed no hand towels
- Sheila (10/5): Pleasant stay - Cute little cabin, clean, comfortable beds, coffee/tea and sugar available, washer/dryer, kettle, coffee maker and all items available for cooking. Beautiful property with a nice covered outdoor seating area that has tables, a bbq and a fire pit. Owners kept checking in to see how our stay was which was nice. We stayed for four nights and there were two other groups staying in the cabin beside us, but we never heard any noise. Nothing.. just to know that there is only a standup shower for anyone who may be looking for a tub, but that wasn’t an issue for us
- Nancy (8/5): Great for a quick one night stay! - The property was easy enough to find via google maps but we had to call the host to confirm the exact location of the unit and where to park. She was very quick to respond and met us personally to explain! It was a good stay for a one night pass thru; I wouldn’t have wanted to make a weekend out of it.
- Anne (10/5): Comfortable cabin with good kitchen facilities and friendly hosts - Two bedrooms, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a good night’s stay.
- Ehsan (7/5): Good -
- Patricia (2/5): Shack in the weeds rather than beautiful cabin in the woods!! - Bedding was wet on the beds, we had to strip them and put all the bedding in the dryer. Kitchen was very poorly equipped. The barbeque was disgusting, filthy dirty and we refused to use it during our stay. The outside area was very unkempt with rubbish, dirty ashtrays and broken items lying around. We booked in for 4 days but left after 3 and found alternative accommodation
- Larissa (10/5): Relaxing outdoor cool vaca ! - Really wished I could have stayed longer as there is a really cool fire pit and bbq n out door area that I would have really liked to been able to enjoy !! No dislike, everything was great and the host was very friendly and accommodating!!!
- Sayma (9/5): Superb -
- Vivien (6/5): Pleasant - The cabin seems new and is adequate for a short stay. Bedrooms are spacious and beds compfy. Property entrance is somewhat hidden and exit from the drive has poor visibility.
- David (10/5): Very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. - The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. It was dog friendly which was why we chose the property. The host is very responsive, checking in by messaging, but allowing total privacy. A little hard to find on the hwy. A distinctive sign or ornament in the driveway would be helpful to see the turn into the driveway more easily.
- Brad (10/5): Warm and inviting. Host was super nice. Nothing bad to say about staying here. - Good Location. Nothing
- Sarker (6/5): Pleasant - Like the property Not like homily. Need fench , limited light outside, wild animal protection need.
- Chris (10/5): It was an affordable property that provided averything we needed. - Spacious, clean, well supplied with the essentials. No complaints.
- Zoe (9/5): Easy check in, all info given ahead of arrival, didn’t meet the hoast or any staff - Excellent location for the first night of our road trip,
Had everything we needed
Bed was super comfy There was Nothing to not like
- Amelia (10/5): A lovely cabin to spend some time with our family and hike. - It was located very close to lots of beautiful hiking trails. We had all the appliances we needed for cooking and doing laundry. Everything including the door was convenient! We could hear the mild traffic from the cabin, but it was quiet.
- Richard (8/5): Very good - The privacy compared to staying at hotels
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional. Beautiful property owned by people that clearly care about this business. I would 100% recommend and book i - Good location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Close to beautiful golden ears provincial park as well. Rooms were very organized and clean. Kitchen was neat and tidy and came with everything you would have at home. Bathrooms were clean with good shower pressure. Wifi was fast as well. Pillows are slightly too soft, but this is personal preference.
- Regina (9/5): Very pleasant - It was very clean and quiet
- Anthony (5/5): I would not recommend this nor would I book it again. - The location was good for what we needed it for. The fact that they had tea available but no coffee was a disappointment. Looks like it went through some kind of flood, unpainted doors and floor boards. The leather couch had a smell. Walls are thin, heard from the other unit a lot of banging of doors, talking when they arrived late at nite when we were in bed. Woke us up it was so loud! Not very disrespectful! Also they should have some kind of fenced yard for pets!
- Cheryl (10/5): It was a wonderful stay we where down for bc summer games our daughter was a athlete if I where to ever come back to map - Nice and quiet Out of town very peaceful
- Jacqueline (9/5): Fantastic place to get a good sleep and have some outdoor space when travelling out to the coast. - Nice and quiet . Comfortable bed! Paper towels instead of real hand towels, kitchen towels and cloths.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Henok (8/5): Very good -
- Emilio (8/5): Very good -
- Gabriele (8/5): Everything you need in the kitchen was provided. I have been there with a friend and my dog and it was ideale for us. - Comfortable, good beds and very friendly hosts A wardrobes and maybe a shelf in the bathroom would be nice
- Marie (10/5): Very friendly hosts, everything you could need was there. Bed was super comfy! - Bed was very comfortable, washer and dryer came in handy and had detergent available. Coffee maker also had coffee available. Having a full size fridge/freezer was also welcome, I kept my ice packs in there and The hosts were friendly, easy going and accommodating. Each room had it's own heater and they all worked well. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!
- Trista (10/5): Great getaway - Simple small home with everything you would need.
Please respect the pet rules with no dogs on the beds. There are so few places that are pet friendly.
The beds were very comfortable! Finding the home was a bit tricky, helpful with gps, maybe put a statue or small flag near the driveway
- James (9/5): Superb - Very nice, comfortable cabin. Super quiet location. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
- Leslie (8/5): It was a nice clean quiet and reasonably priced place to stay. - No breakfast was available. More towels and extra bedding for the pullout couch.

- Danielle (10/5): Cute Canadian cabin. - The cabin was very comfortable, the host was nice & easy to communicate with. Peaceful setting. Conveniently located, too. The shower stall is a little small but works just fine.
