• Yuliia (7/5): - Для отдыха компанией идеальный вариант Много комнат, по 2-3 человека в комнате, общая кухня, 2 душа и туалет Из достопримечательностей все рядом В душе сломана ручка, для такой квартиры, где останавливаются группами это неудобно) Я читала отзывы и задала вопрос хозяину, работает ли плита, он сказал «да», но она не работает Стулья в разводах и двери в некоторые комнаты сломаны.
• Mineva (8/5): - Este foarte aproape de orice obiectiv turistic ( 15 min de mers pe jos). Am avut intimitate toatala. Caldura si apa calda fara probleme. Pretul sejurului pentru apartament a meritat din plin. Daca nu sunteti foarte pretentiosi merita sa il rezervati. Prima impresie a intrarii in cladire a foat dezamagitoare, fiind clafirea veche si ne ingrijita . Tencuiala cazuta si neingrijita. In camere nu exista televizoare si oglinzi. Un singur tv in sufragerie.

• Alicia (5/5): Piso Bonito Pero Sensación Amarga - La casa está muy bien. La ubicación es buena y tienes cerca restaurantes, un 24h y varios sitios de ocio. Lo malo es básicamente que te prometen que vas a tener buena comunicación con el anfitrión o alguien para poder ayudarte en caso de que pase algo y nada de eso. Se nos partió la llave por la mitad, tardó 1 hora en responder para solucionarlo. Nos dió la llave de repuesto y no era la del piso nuestro. Le seguimos hablando tanto por Booking al dueño, como al supuesto número que nos dieron de contacto para emergencias. Nadie respondió ese mismo día y tuvimos que alquilar otro piso para una noche. Un dinero extra el cual no tendríamos que haber gastado si el propietario no hubiera tardado desde que le enviamos el primer mensaje 12 horas.

• Onur (8/5): A good place for a decent accomodation - For an erasmus project, we have stayed in this place earlier and our participants were happy. For the second trip, we chose this place again. Everything was good and they were happy. Attila, helps a lot about any detail. Thanks for all.
• Samiha (7/5): Plaque de cuisson défectueuse de - Appartement spacieux et propre un très bon emplacement même si au premier abord l'entrée de l'immeuble et la cage d'escalier ne sont pas à l'image de l'appartement Plaque de cuisson défectueuse impossible de cuisiner nous avons dû prendre de la nourriture préparée à l'extérieur ce qui à engendrer des frais supplémentaires et la plaque de cuisson nous a fait sauter le disjoncteur électrique obligés de se débrouiller seul le soir pour retrouver de l'électricité ,il manque aussi le plateau du micro-ondes
• Storm (3/5): Misleidende titel zorgt voor veel te warm en vies verblijf - De locatie Airco’s werkten totaal niet (28 graden binnen met airco’s vol aan), bedden waren heel erg vies, lawaai van buiten maar raam moest open door hitte, badkamer niet netjes afgewerkt en vies, keuken valt half uit elkaar, vaatwasser werkt niet

• Arvid (1/5): We were robbed here - We came home one night to find out somebody had entered the apartment with a key and stole jewelry, perfume, underwear and other things from us while we were out to dinner. We did not recieve a full refund for our stay. We only got a refund for the nights we did not stay in the apartment because we checked out directly after the break in
• Nino (1/5): Terrible - I am very dissatisfied: the place is not clean, there are spider webs, the bathroom doors don’t lock, the stove is not working, and the entrance is extremely dirty. The person who greeted us is not responding to anything. We wanted to cook, but the conditions are not suitable! They are not responding in a timely manner!!

• Emma (7/5): Very Central... but not NEW! - very central location. beds very comfortable. good apartment if all you intend to do is sleep and not spend much time in. staff very friendly and quick to respond. decor tired, broken shower over bath, one bathroom didn't have a lock. very dark and stuffy with lack of windows in communal area. had to contact owner to ask for more cups and tea towels, which they did deliver. no iron (apparently a fire hazard) there is an induction cooker, but none of the saucepans provided are compatible for an induction hob. need new saucepans!
• Savva (8/5): Very good - Was very good in general Smelled a lot of mold in some rooms. And the one toilet smelled really bad. Plus heaters were not working in all rooms
• Hayes (5/5): Passable - Location, comfy beds, good wifi, nice bathrooms The AC wasn’t very good, one room didn’t have AC. The stove and dishwasher didn’t work. The electricity cut out one afternoon/evening, which took a while to get help with as it was confusing who to ask, messaged 3 different people. The phone number to call for help didn’t work. Only had one key for 12 people. Not enough cutlery for 12 people.

• Катерина (8/5): Very good - The apartment is with good location, close to the public transport, yet close to the center by walking. However, we had a problem with finding the apartment and when contacted the assistant he did not help us much. It was obvious that the heating was working only for few hours, as it was cold first hours. There were no terraces, but the so called terraces were in the corridor of the building where is permitted smoking area. The apartment is OK, however and we had a good visit
• Gordon (8/5): Excellent! - A great location and a well sized clean apartment for a larger family group, with comfortable beds, kitchen and table sitting area. It can be noisy outside in the evening / night at the weekends, due to the location but this wasn’t a problem for us as we liked the central location. The actual building looks aren’t great when you first work in but the actual apartment is very modern and lovely, with all required amenities. All in all a great stay in this apartment in Budapest and we would use it again. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly but not sure if this was user error - maybe some instructions in the apartment manual would be useful.
