• Glenn (10/5): Fantastic two night stay - Very modern interior. Well kept and clean. Master bedroom is quite large with plenty of space for luggage and room to get ready for the day ahead. Large fridge freezer. TV in every bedroom, and in the lounge. Given the price, it’s pretty much unbeatable value.
• Nicola (9/5): Perfect stay for one night, would stay again - Location was perfect, was good for the night There was food splatters in places including the cutlery drawer and we had to wash the pots we used before as it didn’t look like the previous people had done this properly
• Victoria (6/5): It’s a nice place and the site is quite to say it’s next to the villager pub, but it needs a better clean - I liked that the property was in a nice place and near to the areas we visited When we got there at first we thought the cleaners hadent been the shower had all sand in it and also a dirty sponge, and the sink tap had white marks on so I had to go and buy some bleach to clean the shower out with. the beds had stains on them and also the bin hadn’t been taken away /emity and then on the day we left after we left we got a message from them saying we had slept in the beds with no covers on which we had covers/sheets for the bed and that we hadn’t taken the rubbish when the rubbish that was there was the ones that had been there befor we got there, we booked for 1 night originally and then decided to book onto for a extra night and due to us having to book it separately we had to pay a double cleaning fee which came to £60 as it was £30 each night , we did message them about the bins and shower and all we got was sorry I would add more photos but I can only put 4 on

No WiFi, no netflix, heating and fire didn't work, and when I brought this to the attention of the owners I got told I was being rude, I chose this van because of the WiFi, netflix and Dvd player, it had none, then on the few chilly nights we had, there was no heating, then owners wanted me to stay in van and wait for gas man, but looking back on reviews the gas heater and fire hadn't been working for previous customers. So why hadn't it been sorted out before, and why advertise free WiFi, netflix and Dvd player when there wasn't any? Total rip off for the money I paid. The owners blamed Booking. Com for not removing the said facilities. Van wasn't very clean either, kitchen was sticky, had to wash things before we used it. Not worth the £500+ I paid.
• Billy (10/5): Perfect holiday home - The caravan was spotless, smelled clean. Living room is very spacious and both bedrooms. Had all the utilities. Caravan site was quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here, great value for money and a lovely caravan.

• Rebecca (8/5): We booked this stay last minute after having a week in Mablethorpe. The hosts was brilliant and kept us upto date with c - The caravan was beautiful, had everything you needed. Will definitely rebook. Only thing we found was we couldn’t get the right temp for the shower, which isn’t really an issue for my husband and I but was too hot for my 12 and 4 year old

• Paula (1/5): Avoid - Nothing The fact that the owner promised the cleaning fee back as the place was very poorly cleaned with poo in the toilet, dirt and hair all over the beds, dirty sticky floor, bin and fridge full of old tenants leftovers, smell of dog and damp (which you can find on curtains). Very bad really.

• Laura (5/5): Passable - Clean and spacious caravan, easy to locate and location was close to all amenities and fantasy island. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage in main bedroom with double wardrobe and kids room with single wardrobe. Plenty of spare duvets (need to bring all own bedding). Dining area comfortable and outside seating was available. Shower was bigger than expected and bathroom is a good size. Communication was hit and miss. No WiFi as advertised and only made aware after i contacted the day before arriving for the WiFi password, no available channels in main lounge TV as advertised (were available only in main bedroom), no DVD player but we had to buy one because of previous reviews advising there was not one, no bedding, no hand/tea towels, not even 1 toilet roll for arrival (not expecting a full supply), lamp in living room not working and no spare bulbs, no batteries in kids remote and no spares. Also old cereal and prescribed medication found in kitchen cupboards. Owner was not aware of issues and when contacted again on departure was advised they are abroad and cleaner deals with things. Issues resolved and partially refunded within 48 hrs. Would stay again now aware what we would need to take. If no WIFI / lounge TV channels available this should not be advertised as people then can choose to book or not if aware it is not available.

• Donna (6/5): Lovely and spacious , but cold and no dvd player as it stated in description - Lovely and clean, lots of colouring books and a board game for the kids, and a selection of dvds , spacious caravan , modern and nicely decorated, cute little cups for the kids to use. Lovely location close to fantasy island. Lovely veranda with fake grass and outdoor seating. Difficult to locate, dvds but no dvd player. Couldn't get the heating or electric fire to work TV in kids room had no channels working Couldn't get on to netflix to stream a film at night. No pillow cases or quilt cover or bottom sheet

• Molly (3/5): Dirty !! - The area and that it was big Very unclean, when we arrived there was popcorn all over the floor and the table was sticky so had to spend time cleaning, there was no bedding on any of the beds just the quilt and pillows with no sheets and covers, so you had to sleep on the mattress which was very dirty. Thank god I had a blanket in my car to put on the bed as I could not have slept on this. It also states on booking.com that there is free WiFi at the property but when messaging the host about a password I had no response, I messaged twice but got no response either time, this was definitely the right number as I had previously message them about the location and got a response. I wish I took more pictures before I cleaned just to show how dirty it was !!!

• Jody (5/5): Made the best of what we could - The location was the best thing as it was central to everything Lady messaged me the day before saying her cleaner had gone awol asked if I would like to cancel but my kids were excited so said I would see what it was like. It wasn’t too bad so I cleaned everything. Had to take bedding and wasn’t aware until the day. Arrived and there was no WiFi. I have autistic twins and rely heavily on WiFi. She said the cleaner was supposed to be there for WiFi to be installed. Was told I would get a part refund and asked for my details. Still waiting 2 weeks later. The gate at the side was broken which is one of the reason I chose this caravan as I knew my kids wouldn’t be able to wander off but couldn’t give them the terrace to play on either.
• Skye (5/5): Disappointed - It was very close to all amenities. Upon arriving it was clear the the previous guest had smoked within thr van and that the van hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to open all windows and doors to air out the smell. The carpets and floors hadn't been hoovered or mopped, the kitchen bin was left full, and dishes left on the sidem I had to clean prior to being able to unpack and enjoy the holiday. There were full damp traps scattered around that were discoloured and appeared to be left for a while. I attempted to call the property numerous times to enquire about the cleaning with no luck. It is advertised as having WiFi throughout and dvd player which it doesn't. The bed in the main bedroom had slats that were broken which made the sleep uncomfortable. The shower would only run hot, which with no contact to the owners we couldn't rectify meaning we had to wash the children via a flannel which isn't ideal. The light fixture was missing its cover in the bathroom which left it all exposed.
