• tom (7/5): Big house but basic great for family getaways - Great size house and lounge was fantastic. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Reasonable price for you get. Suited out family of 7 perfectly. It’s wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of dust. Could do with a good clean as we found old beer box cartons behind washing machine. Kitchen was reasonable equipped but could do with larger pans and trays as it sleeps so many. Please bear in mind that the courtyard is shared and country views are only from the upstairs bedrooms. Not as rural as you might expect.

• Priya (8/5): Good house for a group - The house was indeed massive and had a great living space, including a cosy kitchen diner and a big living room. Plenty of bathrooms for a group of friends and lots of lamps in the bedrooms and living room. The hosts were also friendly and helpful, and there was off street parking. The kitchen had sufficient equipment for our 2.5 day stay. The house is part of a complex with two other houses attached, all in quite close quarters (e.g. a shared courtyard), this could probably be made clearer in the listing. The oven was very slow, which doubled cooking time

• Alison (6/5): Family wedding accommodation - For our needs, the size was good, as was the location. Whilst we appreciated that the owners only took over late last year, the property was tired and a lot of updating necessary. The windows all needed cleaning inside and out and the entrance to the property needed more upkeep; the driveway and "security" gates need cleared and made more presentable. The door to the property should just be more welcoming as opposed to covered in cobwebs and peeling paint. Some form of outdoor seating would be nice

Very spacious and well appointed... very clean, very comfy beds and lovely to have 3 bathrooms! Also, within walking distance of local facilities and places to eat It was all perfect! Loved it all!
