Guest Reviews
- Euan (10/5): Will stay again hopefully. - Great value for money had the best time I could have asked for location was phenomenal. We had a little difficulty with bedding but got it sorted.
- Illanes (3/5): - The location When we entering the apartment, we found it not very clean. The dishes were on the shelves, but poorly washed or dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the toaster doesn't work, the main bedroom furniture was dusty, and there were traces of hair on the bed and sheets.
There was a flowerpot full of spider webs inside the room and I had to take it outside the window.
They do little maintenance and the smell is unpleasant.
I've asked for my receipt for my stay several times, but they never send it to me.
- Fay (10/5): - location nothing was perfect
- Kearan (2/5): Very poor - Location Train noise all night long , Netflix not working ,
- Tracy (4/5): Disappointing - Nice short walk into the centre, perfect location Keys broken on arrival, I’m sure no fault of host but speed to resolve was slow and delayed the start of our stay.
Property needs updating - too many corners and edges poor quality unfortunately
Cleaning was poor - the more we looked the worse it was
WiFi went down and so was unable to use from our 2nd day
No mention of the proximity to the metro - very loud and continuous
- Daniel (8/5): Another good stay - Second time I’ve stayed here as it’s ideal for my work. Some more products like condiments, tea, coffee and milk sachets this time (and now chopping board!) which what you need. The communication is good and receptive. There is key storage so easy in/out and allocated parking space. Didn’t work out as great value for me (but would do if you used the other bedroom and sofabed in the sitting room). It’s a little “rough round the edges” and not for everyone one but ideal for me.
- Daniel (7/5): Probably not for everyone but good for me - Quiet area. 10 minute walk into the City Centre. Free parking. Decent shower. Lots of space.. There is a small second bedroom with single bed and also sofa bed (I think) in the living room. Shower was fine and flat was warm. There was an instantaneous response when I had a question about how to access. It’s basic and a bit “rough round the edges” or “studenty” so won’t suit everyone. Don’t expect a welcome basket. But I was happpy there. There were plenty of towels and loo roll and in the kitchen all the essential equipment except chopping board or sieve/colander. You’ll need to bring all food inc tea, coffee, salt and pepper etc. If you’re “picky” then it’s not for you. But I liked the independence of being able to cater for myself. It should work well and also be good value for a small group or family who just need a base so they can explore a great city.
- Usman (5/5): Passable -
- Sass (1/5): Bad - Really sad to say this was not positive. The owner had no idea cleaners had not cleaned properly. The whole place needs to be re painted and a big clean. Communication was poor, eventually we got our money back. It was over priced and ruined our trip. I'm sure owner will learn from this. I don't like to leave a negative review, for that I am sorry.... Sometimes it's good to be honest to protect the next person. I hope they clean up thier act and pay for professional cleaners as the location is great. Good luck.
