• Risto (9/5): - Hyvällä sijainnilla oleva asunto kivalla parvekkeella ilta-aurinkoon osittaisella merinäköalalla. Loistava paikka autotallissa (iso) ja hyvä wifi yhteys. Ranta ja puisto lähellä, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.
• Henrik (9/5): Behageligt ophold i en god lejlighed - Lejligheden ligger i et centralt, men roligt område mellem togstation og strand i Benalmadena. Der er en god terrasse mod vest, så man kan nyde solen om eftermiddagen og aftenen. Der er to store soveværelser, to store badeværelser, en fin stue og et rummeligt køkken. Der var en del larm fra naboen, mens vi var der. Desuden er stole ved spisebordet ikke så behagelige at sidde på længere tid ad gangen. Ellers var alt som det skulle være.

• Ilya Yarshou (10/5): - Nice apartment in a very nice location. Very friendly and helpful host. I was easy to access the apartment. My 4yo daughter loved the park which is straight in front of the building.

• David (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped but a bit dated with a lovely pool and gardens. We had a great stay. It was uphill, so every day we got a taxi to the apartment .

• Caroline (8/5): - Apartment was spacious, everything u needed, the only problem was the ants, we bought spray and it was ok after that. Pool area and pool were great No water in fridge, and ants in the apartment, in bedroom, living room and toilet
• Indre (7/5): - Location and the pool, it is good for kids. Check in, based on communication and because no instructions how to collect the key was send in advanced, just information about the fines if we will be late for check in, I was expected to meet someone in the apartment, but nobody was there. I need to call to the host and ask for help, it was not easy to get in adding that the road to the apartment was closed as well.
• Corduff (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice and clean, however It's really not suitable for a young family as the patio door doesn't lock and it's on the third floor also.. Eventhough I requested a key to lock it, I was provided with the excuse that they don't provide a key as in the past people have rang them in a drunken state after locking themselves out on the balcony.

• Mandy (6/5): Nice Appartment, great location but needs a bit of TLC - The location of the Appartment is excellent. Right in the middle of the town and beach. The balcony was nice to sit out on. The pool was lovely. It was peaceful and quiet. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. It was also easy to get from Malaga Airport to Benalmadena on the train. When we arrived we had no hot water for 4 days. The lock on the patio door were broken so the flat was insecure. The microwave didn’t work. There was no working plug in the kitchen sink or a washing up bowl so we used a saucepan to wash our cups/plates. The appartment was very clean and tidy but could benefit from a little TLC.

• Alan (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely apartment; so well located for the Paloma Park, beach, 12 mins walk from the train and shops - exactly what we wanted. Nicely located around the back of a small block so road noise was almost non existent with view to the hills from the balcony. Nieves, our superb host was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around and kept in contact using WhatsApp. She very kindly was able to arrange a later departure time on our last day due to our late flights - she could not have been any more helpful. Nothing
• Louise (7/5): Perfect location. Lovely sized apartment. Could do with some repairs and more comfortable beds. - Location was perfect. The beds and sofa were very uncomfortable. The freezer was leaking so I had to make sure the water was dried up all of the time in case my children fell when walking to and from the kitchen. The bathroom off the main bedroom had some issues. The window is barely able to stay open: the latch is hanging on by a screw. My daughter popped her head out to say hello while I was hanging out the washing at the kitchen window and her head got hit by the window between the rim and handle. The glass shower shield is a hazard, it can barely be moved because of the grime underneath. So getting in and out it of the bath is a bit of a disaster waiting to happen. The sliding doors to the balcony cannot be locked. We tried several times. Of these issues were resolved the stay would have been perfect.

• Ingunn (8/5): We manage and had a very good holiday. - The flat was very tidy and clean. Location is good in Av. Gandhi no. 7. Not no. 9 that that you show and refer to in your advertisement. Thank you for the shopping trolley. The flat was very badly equipped regarding, toilet paper, cleaning stoff, waste bags and linnen. The single beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The oven did not work very well.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are comfortable for four persons. There is everything that you need in kitchen.. And I have no any word for terrace.,😀 Thank you!!! Nothing
