- Joris (8/5): Ruime suite en ruim terras met weids uitzicht over de zee. - Zeer ruime en gezellige suite. Ruime slaapkamer met veel opbergmogelijkheden. prachtig uitzicht over zee vanop het terras Niettegenstaande het mooie uitzicht op het terras was het er erg winderig en hadden de ligstoelen gebreken. Heel kleine douche waarbij de uitgang werd belemmerd door de bidet. Zeer zwakke wifi. Op een dag met extreme regen vanuit de zee kwam het water in de salon.

- Gerda (7/5): Geweldige plek ook als uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes naar plaatsen als Lucca en Florence - De locatie is prachtig, de zonsondergang is vanaf deze locatie geweldig. Het is buiten erg ruim met veel ruimte voor je eigen ligstoel en tuintafel De ruimte binnen was ietwat vochtig, waardoor het soms wat muffig rook

- Sascha (10/5): Traumhaft schön und entspannend. - Das weitläufige Areal, das freistehende Objekt und die wunderschöne Lage hat dazu geführt, das wir direkt 2 Tage verlängert haben. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden. Tolle Küchenzeile, großes Bad. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt, und haben dort sehr entspannt, in dieser ruhigen Lage. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Livorno, aber man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum. Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Über eine Treppe kommt man direkt ans Wasser. Dort entlang erreicht man auch Möglichkeiten, ins Wasser zu gehen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Sonnenuntergänge ein Traum. Der sehr freundliche Kontakt vor Ort runden die schönen Tage ab. Wenn ich wieder Livorno besuche, ich komme wieder. Aus Livorno raus, kommt man auf eine Schnellstraße. Das Haus liegt in einer Kurve, und man ist daran schnell vorbei gefahren. Mein Navi, führte mich am Haus vorbei. Man muss die Straße lange fahren um wenden zu können.

- Susanne N. (7/5): - Die Terrasse und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Es wurden jeden Tag 2 Liegen bereit gestellt. Der eigene Zugang zum kleinen Steinstrand ist kurz über eine Treppe erreichbar und sauber. Das Bett war sehr weich, aber bequem. Man hatte unterschiedliche Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend für 2 Personen eingerichtet, aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
- Deborah (7/5): Nice chill out - well appointed rooms - The apartment was well appointed although one window facing sea was blown which impaired view. Bed a little low but comfy, warning though for those with knee/hip issues it may be difficult. But was clean and well kept. Coffee machine didn’t work but was fixed /replaced as soon as mentioned. Would advise people to take supplies of tea/basics for arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful to bring chairs /loungers. We used the next door campsite for mini market and breakfast/evening as little else was open in walking distance - that too was its last day on 28th September. Lot of locals come and use the loungers etc like a little community quite nice to see. Great sunsets and to sit and chill with glass of wine watching it go down. Did not use the cooking facilities so can’t comment on that - there were two hobs with pots and pans, plates and glasses. Access is just as dual carriage way ended so have to turn right out of property then drive until you can find space to do a U turn on busy road if want to go back to Livorno/Pisa. I’m guessing we were the last clients, before venue closes for winter. the description says bar/snack bar. However there was nothing available when asked for snack. Fitness. We assuming the climbing type frame in front of building so maybe more cross fit. (Not traditional bike /weights ). Beach you will need wet shoes to enter very rocky shoreline and access is down wooden stairs which my husband could not negotiate.
- Gerh.B. (8/5): - Lage und die Parkplätze! Auch die Wohnung mit Terrasse zum Meer war in Ordnung! Badezimmer sehr klein und um in die Dusche zu kommen muss man sehr gelenkig sein! Hätte auf das Bidet verzichtet man könnte besser rein kommen! Wäre auch nachträglich noch zu machen! Außerdem wird es als Hotel geführt und da erwarte ich tägliche Reinigung und Handtücherwechsel! Reinigung 1x pro Woche aber die Handtücher konnten wir nach Rücksprache jeden Tag wechseln! Aber im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden! Auch das Personal war sehr nett und haben immer geholfen!

- Fabio (10/5): Refreshing seaside experience - Beautiful location right at the sea side, with beautiful sunsets. Quiet and chill with enough space and sunbeds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they did everything to make us enjoy our stay. A broken bathroom ventilator was fixed the same day.

Location is far from the town but good bus connection with Livorno. Bus stop nearby. Bus trip takes like 25mins. Amazing view! Good contact with the hosts. Recommend!
