• Rebecca (9/5): Great place, very comfy, clean and close to centre, would recommend to anyone fully mobile. - Really clean, very comfortable and perfect location, little cosy home from home! The only minor fault was stairs, which the reviews mentioned but wasn’t aware they were split and currently I have a broken shoulder so struggled slightly!

• Anthony (9/5): Neat modern cosy apartment close to city centre - Great cosy good-sized apartment. All the necessities incl welcome pack. Close to the town centre. Paid parking nearby. The hand rail leading up to the mezzanine bedroom area. It touches the wall so you cant get your hand around it - a clear safety error for a steep stairway

• Rosemary (7/5): How are you with stairs? - The position suited us well. Half tread stairs to reach bedroom. I think this should be clear in the publicity, as they could be dangerous for people whose mobility is limited and others may also find this challenging.
• Jakki (10/5): Gorgeous loft style apartment - Great central location, easy self check in, car park opposite £8 for 24hours. Secure entry and CCTV in all corridors were very reasuring. Apartment is spacious, New York loft feel. Nice touches with soap, tea and coffee, shower gel etc provided, and milk in the fridge 🥰. Bed mezzanine level was beautiful, the stairs were a bit daunting / steep but got used to them. Loved my stay. I struggled to find anything i didn't like so would suggest the following to enhance the stay. The corridor and room doors are self closing, but they slam anytime anyone goes in or out, 2/3 doors banging. The apartment had some signs of wear and tear (marks on sink drainer, bannister, and walls). Overall tidy and clean, but could do with floors being cleaned up to skirting, shower door seals a deep clean and a really long duster to reach high ceiling and window cobwebs.

• Andrew (10/5): The apartment is situated perfectly for everything you need. Would recommend getting the train. - Everything was perfect, location to City Centre and the train station. The apartment had everything we needed. The stairs to the bedroom are extremely steep. But we love a challenge.

The windows and blind are too high to access. The shower sealing would benefit in being refreshed and the toilet flush occasionally got stuck

• Jo-ann (9/5): Great stay, great location and price. - The location was fab. Ideal for the shops and restaurants. Was very clean and tidy. The only problem was the stairs as I am waiting for a knee replacement and I don’t think the pictures convey just how difficult they are to get up or down. They are very awkward. The handrail could be better too as you catch your fingers pulling yourself up.
• Sarah (10/5): This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Sullivan house and it didn't disappoint. - Perfect location being in the town centre and having your own kitchen and lounge its like a home from home. Just the stairs but that doesn't put me off staying again.
• Shaun (4/5): we would not go there again or recommend it. - location good, very clean access to bedroom is okay for the agile. Ultimately the stairs are dangerous. I could have done with a set of tall steps to open the windows & close the curtains as window ledge is just over 6ft off the floor so you cannot see out of the windows. we had to sleep with a down stairs light on so we could negotiate the stairs if we needed the loo.

• William (5/5): It was a clean place however very little cooking equipment and no parking. - It said there was parking on the adverts for this place and a day before I got there. I had a message saying there was no parking but I can pay for parking in the multi storey across the road. Not happy at all and will have to leave a bad review as this affected me a lot as it added an additional £70 for 5 days of stay!
• Shreya (8/5): Great location but not the best sleep due to soft springy bed.0 - Just as is in the pictures and even though near to pubs, it was relatively quiet. The bed is really uncomfortable.

• Carol (9/5): Great little apartment for visiting Hereford - Beautifully clean and well appointed apartment, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Conveniently located directly opposite a multi storey car park that offers long stay parking. Stairs to the 1st floor mezzanine level are very steep and need care to negotiate.

As there was no information pack the heating was running most of the time.We either had to have it On or Off and the flat became too hot.

This place may not be for light sleepers staying for longer than a few nights. Apartments upstairs might not be the same so it’s worth asking.

• Paulo (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in the center but very quiet at night. Apartment was extremely clean and equipt with everything you need, including washing machine, loundry drying station and iron. Steps to the bedroom are a bit steep.

The location, the equipped kitchen, the responsivness of Katey, the decor and the overall feel of the place. We visit Hereford 2/3 times a year to visit family, we will be sure to be re booking. The property doesn’t have a dishwasher ( but it’s not advertised with one!) The stairs.

• Henryk (7/5): Very convenient for a Hereford stay. - Excellent location just to the north of the city centre. Easy access to cinema, shopping, supermarket and many restaurants, The flat is a box. The window is well above human height increasing the feeling of being hemmed in. Vert steep steps up to the mezzanine bedroom. No welcome pack or instructions on how to use the appliances. No parking.
• Bottomley (8/5): Lovely apartment, great location. The steps to the bedroom were too steep. - The location was excellent. The communication with the host was prompt and detailed. The apartment block was clean and new. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and new too. The furniture was great quality. We had to stand on a chair to open the window and to shut the blinds. It was very warm with no ventilation The steps to the bedroom were extremely steep.

• Wallis (9/5): Enjoyable, comfortable stay - Location, lay out and decor of the flat. I liked tea/coffee and milk being provided and well equipped kitchen area including washing up facilities. Comfortable apartment and quiet. I think it would be useful to emphasise the steepness of the stairs up to the bedroom. It would also have been helpful to have a short manual explaining how to use the hot water system.

• Armond (10/5): Great location and size - A very clean and spacious apartment, right in the centre of Hereford (fantastic location). There is a cheap multi storey car park opposite the flat if you're driving in. The flat is modern and with good furnishing. I highly recommend.

• Helen (9/5): Apartment 6 - Loved the location and that it was so quiet despite being in the town centre, so easy to get to everything. Everything seemed brand new and it was SO clean 10/10 We didnt like the stair bannister up to bed,we lost count of the number of times we trapped our fingers going up and down, also we couldnt reach the blind string without tiptoeing on a chair, the apartment was quite warm but had no clue how to get to open the window.
