- Gary (10/5): Great location and would definitely book again - We were alittle early and the property was open. No issues. Perfect little sized bungalow and so quiet. Great wood walk close by for our little spaniel

- Charlotte (10/5): Idealic place … location amazing and Margaret was a superb host. - Beautiful location…. Picturesque cottage Nothing
- Louise (10/5): -
- CH (10/5): -
- Melanie (10/5): - Service, location, kind host, comfortable accommodation, cookies, baby supplies, option to charge the car. If I have to choose something. The WiFi only works in some parts of the living area. This did not bother us at all however.
- Lindsey (10/5): Amazing tranquil find!! - The annexe was very homely, comfortable, well equipped and a beautifully quiet location with amazing views. Nothing we didn’t like.
- Shakira (10/5): Enjoyable and peaceful stay! - We wanted a little peaceful break after our wedding and it was just what we needed! We loved it!
The cottage was beautiful and peaceful, the views were bliss, the host was really lovely! We loved the little touches such as; the dog treats, bowls, paw cleaner, towel, blankets for our dog, the home made biscuits, milk, orange juice..etc. We felt very welcomed and at home during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was clean and well looked after! (I loved the decor!)
The cottage had everything in it (more than we were expecting).
Our dog also felt very welcomed. He loved going outside on the grass area!
Lovely scenery around the cottage and easy drive to beaches and local walks.
Our favourite stay in a while, we will definitely come back and visit, and recommend to our friends and family! Thank you 😄 The road lanes driving to the cottage were a bit narrow, but we didn't mind this at all. The host gave us really helpful instructions prior to our stay. Easy to find the cottage!
The check in felt a little bit later than most places (from 5pm), and the check out seemed a bit earlier than most stays (before 10am), again, we didn't mind this as it meant we were able to get up and out, and enjoy the good weather. In the morning, the host did say that there was no rush to leave by 10am, which was very kind and thoughtful.
We would have signed the guest book and shared our enjoyable experience, however, we could not find a pen to write in the book!
Nothing that we didn't really like!
- Williams (10/5): Birthday Getaway in the Tamar Valley - Such a beautiful place! With stunning rural views and a stylish interior we felt we had struck lucky. Great nights sleep on a really comfortable mattress, and also very comfortable seating (and we’re in our late sixties!) Our dog was also made very welcome with treats, bowls, poo bags, towels and throws - and even a Mud Daddy to wash off dirty paws. There was a grassed area in front of the cottage to take her for a morning and evening stroll too. Lovely terrace overlooking the gorgeous views, and the owners who live on site are lovely - friendly and very helpful. We really hope to come back to explore this gorgeous area some more. Nothing!
- Ruth (9/5): Beautiful quiet retreat hidden down country lanes. - Location quiet and peaceful with lovely views and access to local walks. Host excellent and welcoming flat very well equipped.
Although cottage is down some small country lanes it was good location to access most areas of Cornwall easily. freezer space would have been useful for freezer packs in the hot weather.
- Anne (8/5): Very good - Beautiful cottage in very peaceful setting with everything we needed including for the dog.
Would comeback and recommend Nothing
- Wallace (9/5): The bungalow was perfect for our 2 night stay and had everything we needed - N/A N/A
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julian (10/5): 4 night stay in Cornwall - The cottage was really good and was located in the lovely Cornish countryside and was perfect for us and our dog. The hosts met us on our arrival with a nice welcome and were available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended and is easy to get to around from we visited Tintagel, Looe, Launceston, Liskeard and Polperro with ease. Nothing it was perfect for our 4 nights away.
- Deborah (10/5): A lovely place to stay. - The property was lovely. The outside area and inside were both very well maintained.
The cottage was well equipped with everything that we needed.
The hosts were very friendly- and knowledgeable about the local area. We had a lovely stay. Nothing.
- Sandra (10/5): Highly recommended - Lovely location , very comfy and amazing hosts Nothing
- Barbara (6/5): Ideal for a quite getaway for a few days - It was selef catering, lovel views of the country side The cottages was quite remote and road very narrow
- Blake (9/5): Superb -
- Jackie (9/5): Fantastic stay and near to family - A stunning cottage with gorgeous views. The view from the patio was breath taking. Very Friendly host would recommend. The only drawback we found was the lane leading to the property was very challenging at night. Not something the owners can do anything about. Would have liked a freezer if staying longer than a weekend.
- Walker (10/5): Excellent. Would definitely stay there again. - A lovely, well-equipped and comfortable cottage. The hosts were welcoming and had recommendations of places to visit (Kit Hill was magnificent) and places to eat. Gloriously quiet and peaceful with amazing night skies.
- Jowett (9/5): We have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking forward to coming back. - It’s self catering and the kitchen was well kitted out. The location is very much in the countryside but central for either coast. The host was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. The sofa (for us in our sixties) was too low and the cushioning could have been more supportive/firmer.
- Shona (10/5): Perfect peaceful cottage - Lovely host, lovely little cottage very peaceful location
- Ballysall (10/5): Perfect, peaceful, glorious surroundings. Prefect location for 2. - Very friendly, helpful, and left us a lone to enjoy our holiday Nothing

- Maria (10/5): Perfect cottage with amazing views - The cottage is beautiful, clean and quiet, the view is amazing, there is plenty of space and has everything you needed. The bed was so comfy
There was tea/coffee, milk and juice for us when we arrived and some home made biscuits.
Plenty of parking just outside.
Margaret is very easy to contact and very helpful. Nothing
- Jane (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (9/5): Comfortable peaceful well supplied with everything I needed. - Beautiful location and very peaceful.
- Tina (10/5): Perfect peaceful retreat in the countryside - I wanted a peaceful retreat for a couple of days, and I got a peaceful retreat :-) Lovely views from the cottage, very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the good quality bed linen made for a cosy sleep!
Good location for exploring - near Cothele, Gunnislake, and in 30mins you can be in Tavistock or on Dartmoor..... there's even a nice woodland walk from the doorstep.
- Rowan (8/5): Perfect cottage for a restful break in the country. - The views over the surrounding countryside were stunning, and the couple were incredibly helpful when they there was a storm. There are no suggestions for improvements. Thank you for looking after us.
- Alex (10/5): fantastic location, cosy cottage and I highly recommend this to anyone - I Really enjoyed my stay at the cottage, the owners were really lovely and really kind. I bought my dog to property and she really enjoyed the local walks and I was pleased the cottage was so close to where I was working for the two days. I highly recommend this accommodation. They Couldn't have been better hosts. Wifi struggled to work at times but was nice to not have the internet for once in my life . ha ha ha. so didn't Bother me really.
- Mike (9/5): Superb -
- Nicky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Costas (9/5): Peacful, pleasant and comfortable. - loved the little private terrace with the views. Kitchen was well equipped. There was ground coffee available as well as other hot drinks.
EV charging on site very useful.
Host was friendly. Shower was adequate, but size slightly small for a large person and it does go cold at times.
Perhaps, EV charging price could be more competitive.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location, and views, comfortable accommodation, very hospitable host.
- Jo (9/5): Superb - Margaret was very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. The place was spotless and very comfortable! All the facilities we needed. Would be useful to have provisions for recycling and dog waste. Otherwise everything was perfect!
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Clean quiet relaxing
- David (10/5): Great dog friendly clean character cottage, a hidden gem. - Peaceful, clean, useful location for sightseeing, lovely views, safe and secure parking, on the level, large tv, good WiFi, bath sheet towels supplied, comfy bed with plenty of pillows, powerful shower, Margaret and partner were welcoming and friendly. Lovely looking property. Lovely clean white bedding. Biscuits, milk and orange juice supplied was very well received. Supplied hair dryer. Good supply of mirrors in bedroom near to sockets. Nice to see usb sockets in bedroom. Shower cubicle snug, larger towel rail to help dry bath sheet towels when heating not on, up-to date leaflets for local attractions as some had vouchers but were out of date.bath towels had lots of snags in them(but was a bonus to be supplied though and clean ) Sofa was a bit low for anyone with mobility issues. Would of liked to see mattress protector on .

Everything spotlessly clean, very comfortable for a relaxing break.
