Wendy (5/5): Passable - Communication was good, near a tram stop, washing machine, fan broke but repaired a day later Too hot, little ventilation, no living room just a bedroom and a kitchen. The corridor from kitchen to bathroom was an enclosed balcony and your only source of fresh air. The bedroom window opened onto the enclosed balcony so little air making the flat very hot.
Morgan (8/5): Very good - The staff were amazing! They were very nice, easy to contact, and quick to respond to any questions we had! We had to have the modem on the wifi reset, and they showed up within 10 minutes! You pick the keys up from the real estate office around the corner from the building-- Simona is wonderful! The location is great! About 3 minute walk to the Poggetto train stop. 6 stops from SMN--, which takes about 8-10 minutes. If you're looking for somewhere just to stop in at night, you will be fine-- or if you are visiting in the cooler months of the year. There is no working air-conditioner. There is a unit on the wall, but the owner said it was not working. Which is stated in the information. We did not realize how HOT it was going to be in the bedroom. The bedroom only has one window that opens up into the hallway to the bathroom and does not get much air flow. The kitchen and bathroom and hallway are a wall of windows and kept fairly cool, tho. There is a washer-- but we had to go find some close pins to hang clothes on the line outside the windows. The price is acceptable for what you are getting. The pictures are very accurate. When we come back in the cooler months-- we would stay here again-- or contact them to see if the air is working.
Brian (9/5): Highly recommend this accommodation, it’s bang for buck and really clean. - We loved the location and the facilities. Super easy to get around with the tram stop just down the road. Had 0 issues with the accommodation. Doesn’t have an Air-Con.
