• mario silvio (10/5): Prezza di lago - Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno, munito di ascensore, in zona centro storico adiacente a numerosi ristoranti tipici di riva del Garda,si respira aria di festa, di estate anche a settembre Il materasso un po' troppo rigido per me
• FABIO (9/5): Riva del Garda con le twins 2025 - Posizione eccezionale, casa super pulita in in palazzo storico internamente ristrutturato con molto legno Host precisa gentilissima e disponibile a fornire consigli; rispnde praticamente all'istante. Purtroppo la mancanza di aria condizionata quando fa caldo caldo un po si fa sentire ma l'host ha spiegato che cinsta lavorando anche se il.contesto con i vincoli edilizi non è semplice. Cmq ventilatori, uno per stanza, sono presenti
• Maryenne (10/5): - From the very beginning, the host Constance was incredibly attentive and kind, sending us all the instructions in advance and always being helpful. We truly loved the place — everything was very comfortable and had everything we needed (and more!). We felt at home from the moment we arrived, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is also excellent, and we slept really well. Unfortunately, our time there was too short, but if we ever return to the area, we would definitely love to stay at your place again. Warm regards, It’s not something the host could do anything about, but unfortunately it was raining when we arrived, and although the parking was relatively close, with the luggage and a child, it was quite inconvenient to walk the distance on foot. But this is in no way a reflection on the host. It’s simply the location of the residence — which is perfect for those who want to explore. It’s close to everything: the restaurants, right within the tourist area, as central as it gets.

• Helmut (10/5): Perfekte, moderne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt am See - Wir wohnten 10 Tage in dieser sehr modernen, sauberen und großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet mitten in der Altstadt fast direkt am See neben der Piazza 3 Novembre, ein kleiner Coop ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt, ein sehr großer Supermarkt etwa 10 Minuten. Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es ein gutes Parkhaus für 18 Euro pro Tag (Monte Oro, Eingang A, Achtung, B ist nur für Anwohner), das allerdings immer gut gefüllt ist. Insofern ließen wir das Auto stehen, weil man perfekt alles zu Fuß und die wunderschönen Orte am See wie Torbole, Limone und Malcésine sehr gut per Fähre erreichen kann. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, nicht zuletzt auch dank der netten Vermieterin Constance, die jederzeit bei Fragen weiterhelfen konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
• Avram (10/5): Locatie excelenta - Locatia este de vis, mai central decat atat nu se poate. Atmosfera este superba in fiecare seara in piata din fata cladirii. Parcarea privata subterana unde am ales sa parcam masina este la 10 minute de mers pe jos "Terme Romane" (15 euro pe zi) si este foarte frumos amenajata. Recomandam restaurantul Bella Napoli ( la 3 minute) , Restaurante Sud ( cu rezervare) si cea mai buna inghetata la Gelateria Flora (aproape de parcare). Cladirea este superba , scara interioara e cel putin impresionanta. Apartamentul este curat, anenajat cu bun gust. Totul a fost ok

The apartment is located right in the heart of the city — everything is close by, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Inside, it’s impeccably clean, comfortable, and stylish. Every corner reflects care and attention to detail. A special thank you to the host — everything is arranged with such warmth and thoughtfulness that you don’t feel like just another tourist, but a truly welcomed guest. The host is fantastic. He provided all the information how to easily find the apartment. The communication was super easy and clear. We found salt, sugar, tea, oil, even pasta, and coffee for Nespresso! Felt like home!

• Mateusz (9/5): An excellent place to spend a vacation with many activities for active recreation. - Great location in the center of Riva del Garda, in a charming building next to the town square, but far enough away to avoid the noise of restaurants and music. The apartment was clean and very well maintained with a spacious living room, kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Regardless of the temperature outside, the apartment maintained a pleasant temperature. A huge plus was the helpful property manager. There are also plenty of restaurants near the property with excellent local food. The town square had cultural activities such as live music almost every day.

• Johanna (10/5): Just perfect. - Checking in and checking out was really uncomplicated. The landlord was very sweet and polite. Everything was really cozy, felt like home. The location was perfect. 10/10 The matress was quite bouncy but we still slept nicely.
• Alan (9/5): Great location for a couple's trip away. Amazing host! - Stefano's place was in a brilliant location near Lake Garda and by the shops and restaurants of Riva. Stefano was a great host who provided all information perfectly. Very easy to deal with in English & Italian. The apartment was secure, clean and safe. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee facilities and the complimentary drinks were very appreciated after a long drive to Italy! The flat is a lot bigger and modern than appears in the photos. despite being in the heart of the town centre, it was peaceful and quiet at night for a perfect night's sleep. The nearby secure paid car park was great. However, it was full on our second evening so we parked in one of the nearby free car parks which seemed just as safe. Overall we would recommend Dolly's House and we look forward to returning there very soon!
