- Federica (8/5): - Posizione ottima, vicino a Liverpool Street Station che è una buona base di partenza per raggiungere qualunque luogo. Appartamento carino dotato di cucina e fornito di the, caffè e cialde della macchinetta. Rispetto al prezzo medio degli appartamenti ritengo sia stata una buona soluzione. Il divano-letto non era stato preparato ed era stato fornito un lenzuolo con angoli troppo piccolo che non era sufficiente a coprire l'intera superficie del letto: i bambini la prima notte hanno dormito per metà sul lenzuolo e per metà sul tessuto del divano (non pulito). Scritto al proprietario, la mattina dopo ha fatto arrivare un lenzuolo più grande. Seccante dover mettere in lavatrice tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani usati prima di fare il check out, come richiesto dal proprietario.

- Louise (8/5): Lovely! - Lovely little apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. A fan or air conditioning unit would have been great to have as temperatures exceeded 30 degrees celsius during our stay! Also more toilet paper would have been very handy but we were able to buy more in a shop nearby.
- Ln (6/5): Excellent location and spacious but hosts are unreliable and check in time was 90min late - The location is excellent and very central, approx 10min walk from Liverpool St station and Shoreditch. The apartment is relatively big for London and compared to a hotel room. The price is cheaper than most 4 star hotels, and there are kitchen facilities and a washing machine. A good option if you need more space and laundry/kitchen but not very convenient in terms of hosting. - The apartment was not available at the advertised check in time, it was still being cleaned and it was not ready until 90min later and they did not let us know in advance. This made it incredibly inconvenient for us as we had planned our transport and socials around a specific time.
- The check in details were supposed to be provided 60min prior to check in but they were not sent, we had to contact the hosts multiple times while waiting nearby - they did not let us know that they were running late to allow us to change our plans. The hosts request you to send in advance, passport/drivers license photos + a photo of you holding the ID as well + a deposit - this can be really inconvenient compared to a hotel where you can do this easily when you check in.
- They have a heated drying rail in the bedroom which the cleaners hang the linens from - note that they leave this on and it makes the room incredibly hot.
- They require you to do all the dishes, take out the rubbish and put everything away. This is common now in many AirBNBs but seems silly given you PAY a cleaning fee.
- They won't let you store bags earlier/later so this can be inconvenient vs a hotel (there's baggage storage at Liverpool St station though)
- Despite confirming twice that this would be done, they did not make up the sofabed and we were required to find linens and do this ourselves.
- While the hosts are very communicative and send alot of requirements for the visitors, they were not very responsive when it came to letting us know about the delayed check in.
- Not a negative but just note: The apartment in on the 4th floor with no lift. It can get hot in summer and there is NO aircon (only heating), only windows. It can be noisy Thu-Sat until about 11pm as there are bars directly downstairs.
- Cavit (3/5): Poor - Location All the pillow covers and the bed covers were smelling very bad. Water supply was very weak, it was a real hassle to take a shower.
