• Dawn (10/5): - Perfect location for exploring sardinia Most beautiful island. Supper friendly and clean ville del mar is perfect Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend. The most beautiful beach out the back gate a very short walk. One of so may beach's with clear water. Short walk away from town .your own parking with in gated front garden. And a roof top terace with panoramic view of sea and mountains missing it already.

• Olivia (10/5): Fabulous family holiday! - The location was great for getting to the beach, the local shops and town. We travelled with two young children so this was super important to us. There wasn't anything we didn't like but it would have been nice to have some furniture on the upstairs balcony.

• Marta (10/5): Super miejsce, warte polecenia. - Bardzo fajne miejsce na wakacje, przestronny domek z ogródkiem. Czysto i cicho. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, brakowało tylko zmywarki. Bardzo blisko plaży i centrum miejscowości. Klimatyzacja mogłaby bardziej chłodzić. Pralka- bardzo głośna, bałam się jej używać:)

• Zawada (10/5): Overall , a perfect stay! Truly a hidden gem! - It was an excellent stay! The property is in a perfect location – very close to the sea and the town centre. Inside, it had everything we needed for day-to-day living. I highly recommend this place – it’s probably the best property I’ve stayed in, and I travel frequently around the world. Truly a hidden gem! Also worth mentioning is Mariano – a fantastic host who kindly waited for us late into the evening on our first day to greet us and show us around. Overall, a perfect stay. Thank you!

• Marlena (4/5): Disappointing - Close to the city center and to the beach. Was too loud from the another flats. Very poor walls that you can hear neighbors all voices. No dishwasher.

• Tania (10/5): Amazing location, spacious house! - Everything was perfect, the house is much more closer to the beach than expected, 5 minutes (with kids). Spacious, clean, very well equipped. City center very close, excellent restaurants near by and a market too. You have everything you need for a perfect vacation! Very helpful staff too, they answer very quick to any questions about the house or city/beaches/buses 😄 Overall, a vacation much more enjoyable than expected because of this amazing location !

Lovely outdoor shower that we all loved. Super clean and everything anyone could need. Can also pay for sun bed hire and use pool at Bal harbour opposite!

• Eric (9/5): We had a wonderful and interesting time , our first encounter with Sardinia. - We stayed at apartment 4 in Via del Mare in San Teodoro in the middle of May 2023 for a week. The holiday season was just starting out so it was still very quiet, the beaches empty of umbrellas and deckchairs, the beach bars still closed. Therefore the walks along the beaches were very enjoyable. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from beautiful La Cinta beach, and close enough to the center of San Teodoro to walk there. The beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were fine, and there were enough dishes, pots and pans. It was good to have mosquito nets covering the windows. Mariano was a great host, friendly and polite who responded promptly when needed. We would have liked some dessert/breakfast plates and normal knives. Also, since there is no dishwasher dishwashing liquid and sponges should be provided. There was a broom for sweeping the floor but no shovel to remove the sand etc. I did miss an outdoor sun lounge.

Very easy to collect the keys from the reception office which was 15 mins walk from the property. Mariano was just very helpful ! Will come back for sure. Nothing
• Parid (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were really friendly and responded to requests very quickly. The villas were very clean. The kitchen appliances looked fairly modern and worked well. Large fridge freezer. There was enough outdoor space to be able to enjoy meals and bbqs outside as well. An air conditioner was present on every floor to help keep the levels cool during the heat. I thought the location was prefect for visiting both La Cinta and San Teodoro piazza by foot.
