• Fawaz (9/5): ممتازه - المكان لايوجد به افطار ... شقق فندقية الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة جدًا ومناسبة للعائلات والأطفال، لكن هناك بعض التحديات مثل الضجيج لوجودها أمام السوق القديم وبجوار حانة ليلية حتى الواحدة صباحًا، إضافة إلى صعوبة مواقف السيارات حيث قد تضطر للبحث بعيدًا بما يقارب 10 دقائق مشيًا.

• Dino (10/5): Perfekt läge, precis i gamla stan och du ser gamla bron från dörren, personalen var trevliga och flexibla med inchecknin - Bra läge, vi fick rummet utan utsikt över stan men inte hela världen. Fanns inget jag inte gillade, allting var toppen.

• Aisha (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful view!! Perfect location for stepping in and out of old town. Supermarket just a few seconds away. Gorgeous balcony with table and chairs. Modern fixtures including bathroom taps, aink, kitchen, kettle and toaster.. Floors weren't cleaned, v dirty. I spent the first hour after arrival cleaning the floors. Lots of noise at night due to location.

• Qudah (4/5): Honest Review - Location and cleanliness I don’t understand the high rating for this place. While it is clean—which should be standard for any accommodation—the rooms themselves are very basic and offer only the bare minimum. The “toiletries” they mention turned out to be just three tiny bottles of poor-quality 2-in-1 shampoo/shower gel, and there was no complimentary water or anything else provided. As for the customer service, it was quite disappointing. On the day of our checkout, they have a policy requiring guests to leave by 10 am—which is unusual, as most places have a 12 pm checkout. I was very sick with severe food poisoning, and we politely asked if they could extend the checkout for just one of the three rooms we had booked. They refused to cooperate and only allowed us to stay until 11 am. Even then, when we finally left at 11:30 while waiting for our driver, we noticed the cleaning crew wasn’t even there, and no new guests had arrived—contrary to what they told us. We also requested to change one room into the apartment, willing to pay extra, but he told us that there are people already there, which turned out not to be true. The only real positive is the location, which is convenient. But since there are many other hotels nearby in the same area, this isn’t exactly a unique advantage. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation given the lack of hospitality and very basic amenities.

Clean, awesome location, KILLER view, well appointed, great value, great hot water/pressure, smart TV with all the apps, strong WiFi, fun hip charm, and right around the corner from a grocery store/taxi stand/restaurants of all budgets! And the hosts are amazing people!

Great location, less than 5 min walk to the old town. The bar downstairs is a bit noisy at weekend nights, but there are earbuds provided in the common area.

Would highly recommend this stay. Sometimes the old town can get noisy at night particularly on weekends but the property provides free earplugs for the noise!

My bus was delayed in Dubrovnik so it was totally out of my control. I kept the host update along the way so this was a bit disappointing.

The view from the apartment overlooking the old town was simply magical – it felt like being in the middle of a postcard. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, and clean, with all the amenities one could need. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and unforgettable experience.

We had the most amazing stay here, and the decor in the building and apartments is so modern and chic, and feels brand new! So beautifully decorated and the space is so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Would definitely return here if we ever visited Mostar again! Although the location is great, and by no fault of the hosts, the restaurant/bar opposite played very loud music until 2am every night which made it difficult to sleep!

The hosts were super friendly and made me feel at home right away. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the old town and walking distance from amazing restaurants and the Old Bridge. The place is recently renovated, beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotless. It has a really nice boho-chic vibe that I loved. The high-speed internet was perfect for working, and I was glad to have a washing machine and dryer to use free of charge during my 4-day stay. If you're heading to Mostar, definitely stay here. Thanks for an unforgettable experience! The stay was great.
