• WJ (2/5): Dramatisch - Dat de kamer schoon was Gedateerd gebouw, gezamenlijke keuken nauwelijks voorzien van keukenspullen, verwaarloosde serre. Tuin helemaal verwilderd, gras niet gemaaid. Appartement op de begane grond geen zeezicht door beplanting buurman. Geen eigenaar gezien, sleutel via kastje.
• Aaron (5/5): - The pool was great. The room was small but clean upon arrival. Very private and quiet. The internet didn't reach the rooms. I had to move to the non aircon reception to get internet access. I mentioned this to staff and nothing happened. My towels or bedding were not changed until I requested. (I was there for 19 days) The walk up the hill kept me fit.
• András (1/5): - A szállás csodás helyen van, gyönyörű kilátással, megfelelő berendezéssel és tisztasággal. Két éjszakára foglaltunk szállást, sajnos már első este nem volt sem melegvíz, sem fűtés a fürdőben. Ezt jeleztük is a következő reggelen, de a problémát nem sikerült elhárítani, így még egy estét nem maradtunk ott. Panaszunkra semmilyen érdemi visszajelzés vagy kompenzáció nem érkezett, teljesen érdektelen hozzáállást tapasztaltunk, ami nagyon kiábrándító.
• MALGORZATA (5/5): - Lokalizacja, basen i nowa klimatyzacja to największe i jedyne zalety tego obiektu jak dla nas. Nieprawdziwy opis oferty, brak prywatnej łazienki i miejsca parkingowego jak to bylo w opisie. Brak oswietlenia w lazience, jedyne światło to była żarówka amatorsko podłączona do kabli, które z kolei były wpięte do gniazdka. Brak kontaktu z obsługą obiektu.

Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür, so konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen

• Sylvia (9/5): - Tisztaság, elhelyezkedés, parkolás, kilátás. A lépcsőházban a szenzoros lámpa egyfolytában ég,mert a közös konyhát, fürdőt folyamatosan használják, akiknek nincs saját fürdője. Mivel az ajtó fölött ablak van, egész éjjel le föl kapcsol a lámpa és a fénytől nem lehet aludni. Ha pihenni jössz ez nagyon dühítő. A konyhában nincs ajtó és nagyon hangos, minden szekrény nyitást, csukást, zajt nagyon be lehet hallani.

Autót se kellett használni A szobánk picike volt és zsúfolt, az ágy recsegett ropogott és nyikorgott, igy az alvás nem volt annyira pihentető mint szerettük volna. A szobánkhoz tartozó fürdőszoba a folyosó végén volt. Egy picike ablak volt rajta egyedul ami sajnos semmi szellőztetést nem biztosított. A bent maradt pára miatt penész foltok voltak a mennyezeten ami elég lehangoló volt.

• PIROSKA (10/5): - Gyönyörű helyen van,szép kilátással,közel a központhoz, a strandhoz. Nekünk az ágy kényelmetlen volt,túl puha,rugós. A szoba nem igazán volt szellőztethető,mert egy zárt előtérbe nyílt.

• Florian (4/5): - Ausblick von der Terrasse & Lage Bereits beim Betreten des Badezimmers fiel der muffige Geruch auf – und bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckten wir Schimmel an der Decke. Auch das Schlafzimmer war enttäuschend: Die Matratze war völlig durchgelegen und extrem unbequem. Insgesamt wirkt das Apartment stark renovierungsbedürftig. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Iváncsics (4/5): Érkezéskor jeleztük e-mailben, hogy nem azt a szobát kaptuk, amit a foglaláskor a fotókon láttunk! - A szoba mérete. A közösségi terasz. Kértük, hogy tengerre néző (látni lehessen a tengert!) szoba legyen, amit meg is ígértek e-mailben. De megérkezéskor tapasztaltuk, hogy a tenger helyett, csak a a rendezetlen kertet és az ember magasságú sövényt láttuk a földszinti szobánkból!!! Nem volt mikro az egész házban (amire szintén rákérdeztünk, hogy van e, természetesen igen választ kaptunk)! Telt ház volt, de a konyhákban a konyharuha egy hét alatt egyszer sem volt cserélve, sem a mosogató szivacs!!!! A fürdőszobában folyamatosan hangyák jelentek meg! A parkolók nagyon kicsik, ennyi autóra nehezen használható! Jelezték, hogy 400 méter a tengerpart távolsága, csak a nagy szintkülönbséget nem írták!!! Összességében csalódtunk a szállásban! Úgy gondoljuk, hogy a leírtak alapján jogosultak vagyunk kompenzálásra!

• Klára (4/5): - A terasz ugyan nem a szobánkból nyílt,de az élvezhető volt. A szoba sokkal kisebb volt mint amit vártunk. A foglalásnál nem tájékoztattak minket,hogy a wc és a fürdőszoba szobánkon kívül lesz amit mindig kulccsal zárni kellett és lépcsőzni. A kis szobában egy hatalmas tv.volt ami csak a helyet foglalta,mert nem müködött.Az egyik éjjeli lámpa szintén nem müködött. A zuhanycső mindenfele spriccelt. 1héten keresztül ugyanaz a konyharuha volt kirakva a mosogatószivacsról meg ne is beszéljünk.

• Kinga (10/5): Breathtaking view, super clean room, free parking, very close to city center. - The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center and Central Beach. There are many restaurants and bazaar stalls nearby. The view is stunning, directly overlooking the sea. Spacious common areas, multiple kitchens, refrigerators, and a fully equipped kitchen. The host responded to messages very quickly and was helpful with everything. We had a great time and will definitely return.
• Kinga (10/5): - Nagyon jó a hely elhelyezkedése, gyönyörű kilátással. Kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt. Közel van nagyon a központhoz és a tengerparthoz, viszont nagyon meredek út vezet le a parthoz, ezt érdemes figyelembe venni. Nem volt ilyen.
• Ruth (5/5): Clean but a disappointing room and basic kitchen area. - It was clean and when I asked to sort out the fridge it was sorted in a couple of days. The fridge bleeped for two nights but this was replaced. There was only one small window which if opened was a view of a persons balcony. So we had to have the window and shutters closed for the 3 days we stayed there. There was no plug socket for the kettle in the kitchen. Hardly any space for washing up and no replacement t towels. The air con was good but even when we turned it off we needed more than just a sheet at night. A spare blanket would have been nice. The pool area needs some care, the bench was broken and it needed a bit of upkeep. The fridge was replaced after two nights which was good but it was annoying for two nights.

• Andrzej (5/5): Obiekt pozostawiony sam sobie - Dobra klimatyzacja oraz piękny widok z balkonów i przestronna łazienka. Basen lekko zaniedbany sami musieliśmy sobie go wyczyścić z liści i os i innych owadów. Połamana ławka na pół przy basenie która powinna być usunięta ponieważ może stwarzać niebezpieczeństwo. Niewystarczające liczba miejsc parkingowych w obiekcie a właściciel sugeruje parkowanie na płatnych parkingach. Obiekt jest daleko pod górę od plaży i centrum. Pokój który wynajęliśmy był czysty i posiadał dobrze działałającą klimatyzację nam minus tylko robaki i owady.

The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable - our room was spotless and the common areas were meticulously maintained. The rooms are generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The Mediterranean view from our room was absolutely fascinating - we spent hours just watching the Adriatic Sea and enjoying the panoramic coastal scenery that makes Portorož so special. The kitchen facilities exceeded our expectations with everything we needed for meal preparation, making it perfect for extended stays or families who prefer to cook. One of the highlights was definitely the large common terrace. It’s a fantastic space to socialize with other guests, enjoy meals outdoors, or simply soak in the beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere. The terrace really adds to the overall experience and creates a lovely communal setting with those gorgeous Adriatic views. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, space, and breathtaking Mediterranean coastline views in beautiful Portorož!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ However, one significant drawback is the location’s elevation above the coast. Walking back up from Portorož’s waterfront to the hotel becomes quite challenging during hot summer days - the uphill trek can be exhausting in the heat. This might be something to consider if you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach or coastal attractions. Pasamos 4 noches y para empezar después de la hora del check in la habitación no estaba preparada y nos hicieron esperar más de una hora. Edificio viejo con grietas, totalmente descuidado y nada limpio. La habitación...una celda! 2x3 metros con vistas a las patas de una silla de una terraza. Sí pero con piscina! Ya llena de moscas abejas y bichos muertos! Con una vegetación descuidada que no se podía ni andar. Y con cocina? Sí encender 2 fuegos y saltaban los plomos. Situado en una cuesta con 75% de pendiente e imposible de aparcar! Todo esto por el módico precio de casi 100 eur la noche!! De locos!! Ni se os ocurra asomaros por aquí!!

Une seule chambre disposait d'une machine à laver et elle était déjà louée... L'accueil est très mal organisé Le frigo de la chambre était minuscule type minibar et n'était guère efficace Nous avons fait une réclamation à booking pour le remboursement du supplément mais à ce jour aucune réponse.

Even from bed we could have the same view. The room was big and nice, huge bathroom and a washing machine :-) I didnt have anything to mention.

• Valentina (1/5): - Pessima accoglienza con una signora che non parlava una parola né di italiano né di inglese. Non ci è stato dato alcun consiglio sulle cose da fare né sui piatti tipici. Ci è stato assegnato un appartamento al piano terra con affaccio sulla strada principale di passaggio delle auto e privo di zanzariere per cui per i tre giorni del soggiorno abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire di notte in quanto assalite dagli insetti. Posizione scomoda, in cima ad una salita molto ripida che collega la struttura al centro di Portorose. Rispetto al soggiorno a Lubiana, il prezzo è decisamente eccessivo per la qualità del servizio richiesta. Il bagno era dotato solo di asciugamani ed asciugacapelli, per il resto abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto. Pessima esperienza! Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

• Sonya (8/5): - The room facilities were excellent. Clean. Arrival was difficult as no one was there to tell you what to do or where to go. Better instructions in an email would have helped. The outside areas could do with better care and attention as it is all a little overgrown. Our room (gound floor) was supposed to have a seaview but you could not see it for all the bushes. All in all a folder with more information about things would have helped with info on what to do with keys when you leave for instance. We were there 4 days and our bins got very full information on what to do with rubbish could be an idea. Also we made the booking for Old Road Rooms but the sign outside says Old Way Rooms.

• Eliška (4/5): - Parkovací místo, bazén, lokalita a výhled z terasy Zaplatili jsme si pokoj se soukromou koupelnou, ale dostali jsme pokoj s koupelnou na chodbě. Nikdo s námi před příjezdem nekomunikoval na chatu, až v místě jsme se dozvěděli, že se musíme zaregistrovat přes online platformu, abychom dostali pin pro otevření krabičky s klíči od pokoje. Během tohoto vyřizování jsme dostali asi 10 píchanců od komárů, objekt totiž není vybaven ani jednou sítí proti komárům, která byla naprosto nepostradatelná. Bazén není večer nasvětlený, vedle něj je prasklá lavička. Záchod s koupelnou na chodbě je ve špatném stavu, dveře sprchového koutu na mě dvakrát spadly, poprvé díkybohu nerozbily celou místnost. V koupelně nefungovalo světlo, byla tam provizorní svítilna. Nedostali jsme klíče od bočního vchodu.

• Ognjen (7/5): ⸻ Das Apartment liegt in Strandnähe auf einem Hügel, der Rückweg ist daher etwas anstrengender - Die Lage des Apartments ist nicht weit entfernt, aber es befindet sich auf einem Hügel. Zum Strand kommt man schnell, aber der Rückweg zur Unterkunft dauert etwas länger wegen der Steigung. Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts haben wir kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. Niemand hat uns beim Check-in empfangen. Die Handtücher, die bei unserer Ankunft da waren, mussten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts benutzen – es kam niemand, um sie zu wechseln. Außerdem hing ein Hinweis, dass das Frühstück morgens von 8:00 bis 8:30 Uhr sei. Es gab jedoch überhaupt kein Frühstück.

Basterebbe poco per renderla veramente gradevole. Il balcone con una vista mozzafiato, ma condiviso con la camera affianco, quindi si doveva tenere chiuso per la privacy. Le prese accanto al letto non funzionanti. Il pomeriggio in cui siamo arrivati il telecomando del condizionatore aveva le pile scariche, non permettendoci di usarlo... e la risposta è arrivata solo l'indomani mattina, per fortuna abbiamo risolto da noi. Insomma, peccato...

Altre camere sembravano molto più belle della nostra. Basso prezzo. Parcheggio stretto all'esterno, non è assegnato un posto privato. Stanza con una finestra che dà sulla veranda da cui si entra, con diverse ragnatele e ragni per cui impossibile da arieggiare. Bagno non in camera ma nel corridoio, senza finestra e diversi ragni. Lenzuola rovinate, vanno assolutamente comprate nuove. Camere per nulla insonorizzate, si sentiva il vicino che russava.

• Ildikó (9/5): - Csodás kilátás a tengerre, mindennel jól felszerelt. Az árnak megfelelően komfortos. A tenger megközelítése rövid, de meredek úton. Parkolás megfelelő. Hosszú hétvégére foglaltuk. Jó kiindulási pont kirándiláshoz, városlátogatáshoz. Nagyon kedves, segitőkész szállásadó.

• Zoltán (2/5): - The private bathroom has no window, no heating on, musty smell, toilet paper ran out in one day... Ants appeared in the room after 2 days. Never again, I would not recommend it to anyone. Sorry. Did nőt have a chance to change the room, however the house was empty.
• Zsolt (8/5): - Szép kilátás volt a tengerre. Sajnos a szobában nem ment a fűtés máshol meg fülledt meleg volt az ágy feletti dugaljok nem működtek. Wifi qr kód nem megfelelő az azért mert az a jel nagyon gyenge volt.

La piscine était mal entretenu, froide et la filtration ne fonctionnait pas. (Location début Septembre) Beaucoup de dénivelé entre l'appartement et la plage.

• Věra (9/5): - Krásné ubytování personál jsme žádný nepotkali, výhled z balkónu je dokonalý, jen nás překvapilo, že balkón je otevřeně propojen pro dva pokoje. To bylo jeniné, ale čitelné mínus pro pocit soukromí. Spojený balkón pro dva pokoje.

• momeni (6/5): Mittelmäßig - Große Küche mit Esstisch und Klimaanlage. Mit Meerblick. W-LAN sehr schwach, Zimmer ohne Kühlschrank, Parkplatz sehr eng. Den Manager haben wir nie gesehen. Der Rand vom Gefrierschrankstür sehr schmutzig. Wir mussten immer wieder die verdorbene Lebensmittel von anderen, die mit der großen Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht mehr im Haus Waren, entsorgen! Alte Möbel und religiöse und unpassende Bilder an der Wand. Zimmer ohne Sessel. Klimaanlage sehr alt.

• Tommaso (5/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend - Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war sehr schön. Bei auftretenden Fragen oder Problemen war der Manager Drago sehr hilfreich. Noch einmal ein Dankeschön an Drago. Die Lage des Apartments hat uns nicht gefallen, da das Apartment an einer Straße lag, mit dem Blick auf den Parkplatz.
• Kevin (9/5): Fair price/quality and well equipped apartment that we would visit again. - Beautiful sea view from the balconies and the terrace. Spacious bathroom with two wash basins and a corner bathtub. Really well equipped common kitchen with fridge, washing machine, oven, kettle, coffee makers, herbs and spices, etc. Only downside were the beds. The double bed meant two separate beds pushed together, which slipped away from each other very easily, creating a gap between them. Also, the mattresses creaked very loudly, waking up the other at night even with the slightest movement.
