• giselle (6/5): Acceptable. Very expensive for the condition of the room. - The staff is friendly and they resolve any issues very quickly. It's two and a half blocks from Termini station. They store your luggage upon arrival and departure. Hot water is always available. I wouldn't recommend this area for women traveling alone. The "beds" were sofa beds. I booked according to the photo, 3 single beds, and received a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. The furniture and bathroom were very old, and the toilet seat was very awkward. It needs some updating and would be much better. Breakfast is served in a separate, very basic building; they don't even offer boiled eggs. Check-in is in another building across the street. We were given a bathroom with a bathtub, which is very dangerous for elderly people.
• Noelia (1/5): Sucio, cutre, viejo y descuidado - Lo único que me gustó del alojamiento fué cuando nos fuimos de ese lugar. Para empezar todo el edificio está en unas condiciones similares a un vertedero, suelos, paredes y todas las zonas comunes llenas de capas de polvo, telarañas y mugre, por no hablar de las hormigas, arañas y mosquitos. Quitando la suciedad, cuando consigues encontrar las recepción del lugar, que está señalada con otro nombre, te mandan al edificio de la calle de enfrente el cual está en las mismas condiciones o peor, con un vestíbulo sin nadie para atenderte. Nuestra habitación no se parecía en NADA a las fotos proporcionadas en Booking, estaba todo en unas condiciones de los años 60 como mínimo, peste a sucio, suelos pegajosos, olor de las cañerías insoportable, el agua caliente duraba 3 min y tenías que esperar a que se “recargara” el agua caliente, todos los enchufes e interruptores rotos sin apliques, dentro de la ducha al descubierto cables eléctricos, marco de la puerta despegado de la pared con su criadero propio de arañas. El espacio para moverte era nulo, tan nulo que tu cara estaba al lado del wc al acostarte. Pensábamos que lo peor eran las condiciones de las instalaciones rotas, sin cuidar y la suciedad del lugar, pero peor aún era el supuesto “desayuno incluido”. Era una máquina de café con sabor a quemado, bollería industrial seca, no había ser humano que pudiera desayunar algo decente allí, bueno, podías coger un plátano y una manzana llenas de polvo, eso era el desayuno incluido. Pero peor aún que la suciedad, las instalaciones y el desayuno, fue la atención al cliente. Cuando nos quejamos de la habitación sucia, enana y para nada como en las fotos, su única solución fue pasar una noche en ese zulo, para darnos una habitación “”mejor””, la habitación mejor que nos dieron al día siguiente, era más grande, pero igual de cutre, tapa del wc roto, ducha con media puerta corredera rota y media cortina de tela, la cama “doble” eran dos camas individuales literas juntadas que cuando te movías de separaban y se te metía medio cuerpo entre las dos camas… en general una experiencia que no le recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo.

• Gonzalez (3/5): Não vale a pena, só a achei a localização boa - A localização é bem próxima ao Roma Terimini Tive problema com vários pontos: a água quente do chuveiro só durava 4/5 minutos, o Wi-fi não pegava dentro do quarto, o banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim muito forte e por fim tive problema com o barulho de outros hospedes o qual a recepção não conseguiu solucionar.

Ηχομόνωση δεν υπάρχει. Περίμενα 15 λεπτά να έρθουν για να μου δώσουν το κλειδί. Σε όλη την περιοχή υπάρχει παραβατικότητα και περίεργες φάτσες.
• Stanisław (10/5): Jesteśmy zadowolenie z pobytu w tym obiekcie. - Z tego co wcześniej czytałem to takie typowe włoskie śniadania. Ale można popić kawy i pojeść rogali i pieczywa do woli. Nikt tam nic nie wydziela. Dla mnie takie śniadania zupełnie wystarczają. Wszystko było zgodnie z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Nie mogę nic złego napisać.

• Gabriel (10/5): Hotel perfecto para visitar ROMA en pareja - El hotel, de pocas habitaciones se encuentra dentro de un edificio historico, a pocos metros de la estaciñón de trenes de Termini. Llegamos caminando o en metro a cualquier punto de la ciudad de forma muy facil y comoda. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y el tamaño era adecuado para una pareja. Dejaron pequeños detalles , como galletas, tes, cafes y agua. Limpiaban la habitación a diario, cambiando toallas cada día. Lo mas destacado fue el desayuno, no esperabamos grandes cosas, pero lo cierto es que tenian una maquina que hacia un cafe excelente y traían bollería fresca cada día, asi como fruta y yogurt. Unicamente comentar que el agua caliente en ocasiones se gastaba pronto.

• La (5/5): Una sensación rara, te pierdes al principio porque la dirección no coincide. - Sólo que al tercer día pude comunicarme con 2 pasajeras. Que la sra de limpieza durmió en la habitación del pasajero. Nunca visto.
• David (7/5): - Breakfast good as was the location near the RR station, pleasant eating room We had 3 days here to start the vacation and 3 days at the end in two different rooms in the same annex of the parent hotel. Both rooms were poorly lite, so that one could not plan an itinerary at the table provided or read a book. Both had a light bulbs missing. One had a lose toilet seat, and the 2nd had none till we demanded one be installed, which it was the next day. TV when it worked had only one station as the remote would not change channels even after repeated talks with management. However on the second visit the manager recharged the remote batteries and for one of the 3 days there we had channel choices till it reverted to only one channel mode.

• Belinda (4/5): The accomodation is cheap, well located but v poor quality/unprofessional when something went wrong - The accomodation was in a fabulous location and well priced. The room was clean enough but smelt stuffy and somewhat mouldy. However, the main problem was that while we were out in the afternoon of the first night of our stay, staff had left a tap on in a nearby utility room. We came back to our room being flooded and clothes in backpacks saturated. It took 2 staff over an hour to mop the room dry (fortunately tiled floors) while we sat outside the room around dinner time. We couldn’t use the room but couldn’t leave because we were unsure how long it would take. One of the staff was very apologetic but when we asked if we could change rooms or have our laundry costs covered, they said there were no other rooms and they would have to speak to a manager. Their manager said the same thing. They would speak to a manager. Nothing resulted from this. No formal apology, offer to at least cover laundry costs.

• Natalia (10/5): - Pokój był czysty jak na Włoskie standardy. Duży plus za lodówkę, butelki wody i kapcie. Codziennie sprzątanie, świeża pościel i ręczniki + dokładany papier toaletowy na zapas. Nie było problemu z bieżącą woda (zarówno temperatura jak i ciśnienie wody) Łatwy check in możliwość zostawienia bagażu bezproblemowe wymeldowanie Głośna toaleta (napełnianie wody do spłuczki) Bateria przy umywalce działała bez zarzutu natomiast była ona nieproporcjonalnie mała w stosunku do umywalki i woda rozlewała się na blat Łączone materace (jeden był wyżej, drugi niżej)
• Karolina (8/5): - The bigges pro is the location. It's next to Termini so you have all the conections you might need even if it's easier to walk everywhere. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. There is a club downstairs so it's very loud in the evenings. It could use a luggage storage.

Poco espacio en la habitación. 4. Tener que ir a la calle de en frente a ser atendidos y desayunar. 5. Solo había un bote de gel. 6. La tapa del baño se caía constantemente. 7. Había pelos de otros huéspedes. 8. El desayuno sólo es bollería y para el pan sólo mermelada o nocilla. 9. Un día me doblaron mi toalla húmeds y la colocaron encima de la cama doblada como si fuera una nueva. 10. No había WiFi en la habitación. 11. Casi no llega cobertura en la habitación.

Un punto muy muy negativo, tenía que usar el baño muchas veces aguantando la respiración. NO HAY WIFI!!!! y lo comenté a recepción pero no hicieron nada. Hay un router fuera de la habitación cuya señal se corta una vez entras por la puerta de la habitación, y la cobertura no es la mejor para usar LTE. Un punto negativo. La cama estaba a 2 alturas. La cama doble estaba formada por 2 colchones a distintas alturas lo que hacía muy incómodo dormir en pareja.

• Vladyslav (1/5): Крайне не рекомендую - Хорошее расположение, относительно недалеко от большинства достопримечательностей, близко к вокзалу, что позволяет увидеть не только Рим. Большое спасибо девушке в хиджабе на ресепш, она действительно решала проблемы. В номерах куча проблем, которые персонал обещает решить, но никто не приходит. Ежедневные проблемы гигиенического характера, у вас всегда будет одна или более проблем с чистотой полотенец и/или постельного белья. Если же вы захотите переселиться из-за проблем в номере или же получить компенсацию за них - единственное чего могу пожелать это удачи, она приводится, но не факт, что поможет: о переселении пришлось просить трижды, о компенсации 6 раз, по итогу главный по ресепшн попросту посмеялся мне в лицо и сказал, что компенсации не будет "у номера есть своя стоимость", при том, что этот номер попросту не должен быть доступен, он должен находиться на ремонте. Запрос о компенсации от Booking отель так же отклонил. Итог: Крайне не рекомендую данный отель к проживанию из-за отношения к гостям и состояния номеров.

• S.Carra (10/5): Todo Bien, Sin Sorpresas. - El desayuno esta bien, cumple. El lugar, cercano a Roma Termini tiene facilidad de transporte hacia toda la ciudad y ademas hay varios locales útiles cerca como lavanderías y comercios. No tengo quejas, es lo que dice ser ni mas ni menos.

Dårlige senge og dørene udgang og til værelset skulle lirkes op med nøglen. Ingen personale i receptionen, der skulle man på anden side af vejen og morgenmaden var dækket op i receptionen på modsatte side (andet hotel) Og ikke mindst var navnet på hotellet ikke synligt.. svært at finde. All the staff at the breakfast were kind, and especially Miliam, who kindly served breakfast even after the official time had passed. Her warm smile every morning was truly comforting. • Elizabeth (1/5): Horrible x10000 save your money and DONT STAY HERE - One employee was helpful and kind the day I checked in, there is an elevator as well. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a stay. Initially upon check in, no WiFi and no AC. The employee walked me a few blocks to the actual place you’re staying. Super weird. Room was filthy, Toilet seat broken, shower flooded when you use it, photos were nothing like what the pictures looked like on booking.com. The bathroom was moldy and smelled. The icing on the cake was the BLOOD STAINS on my sheets. I messaged about this and didn’t get new sheets until my last day. I called and the woman passed the phone to the man. He told me that this is a budget hostel and not a 5 star hotel. I told him that BLOOD STAINS are NOT okay! That’s horrendous behavior. He said he didn’t want to argue with me for 30 minutes and that I could stay somewhere else. Well, some of us aren’t made of money and can’t just rebook! Also, the phone call was 11mins. I went back to the room, and two of the other people staying informed me the woman who initially passed the phone to me had called me CRAZY… now I am NOT one to be unjustified with my complaints but this is wild behavior from grown adults. I addressed her when I came back and she kept interrupting and said she was sorry about this. Sorry does not cut it when you just berated me to my bunk mates. I will attach screenshots of the messages, photos of what the stay actually looked like and one of the blood stains. They were on the bottom of the mattress too. When my sheets were finally changed, she threw my items in my bed even though I explicitly said just bring a new sheet I will remake it, I was so upset and uncomfortable with this whole stay.
• Misterno2able (9/5): I would definitely visit again. - The staff was super helpful, always ready to answer any questions you have. Hotel was relatively close to all the important landmarks, which made visiting all of them easy. Our room was almost everything we expected it to be from the pictures we saw during the booking. The elevator is a bit older, and many times there was a situation where someone left the door open, so we had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor (not the biggest disaster).
• Bao (8/5): Good - Nice location, staffs are really helpful, price is good compares to others in the area. There's a really good and affordable restaurant next door. Next to a bar full of teenagers partying all night so it can be a little bit noisy at night. Floor is a bit sticky even though it's been cleaned daily.
• Lovesuju (1/5): I stayed for 1 night and there was no wifi and the staff just not telling the truth. Very uncomfortable. The check out t - No wifi
• Lutece (2/5): Bedbugs - THERE WERE BEDBUGS. I have to isolate all my stuff when I get back and I'm covered in bites. I caught them and the staff moved me to another room (which also had bedbugs) and then to another room, which luckily didn't have bedbugs. They seemed annoyed by the fact that I was complaining about it. I saw what they were doing for the clean up for the infestation and it wasn't nearly as thorough as it should have been. I would not stay here anytime in the next while, you're also likely to get bedbugs. But that's always a risk, I guess. (Also the mattresses excerbated my chronic hip pain but. That's hostels for you. I wasn't surprised about that.
