Mayra (8/5): It was a very nice apartment and well furnished with oceanfront view but need more cleaning. - Oceanfront, spacious apartment beautiful ocean view condo and very private, secured and quiet place to stay. Charged for wristbands, and parking, and the apartment that I stayed in wasn’t clean properly floors were dirty wasn’t not moped or swept. Very Dusty and bathroom need more cleaning. Also jet jacuzzi weren’t working and a lot of lights from the entire apartment were out.
Pelayo (10/5): Overall, beautiful conso - Penthouse was large, excellent ocean views, clean, with nice interior design. I visited during NYE and weather is cold. only one out 3 jacuzzi were turned on. Unfortunately it was the Jacuzzy furthest froom our tower. Pools are not heated. I guess it would be noce to know that during winter pools/jacuzzi were not accessible or heated. The other problem is that it took us 30-40 minutes to "check in" at the gate. You have to wear a wristband fhe whole time you are there and they charge you 5 dollars per band.

Samantha (7/5): Good - View and cleanliness I took my kid with me & wasn’t told about the rules about the pools. Pools are major in our vacations & wasn’t able to enjoy the pool with my family all together because of age regulations. Felt like security was constantly following us & made us feel uncomfortable.
