Wlan & Dusche aber gut. TV ohne Empfang. Zimmer recht klein, Handtücher leider nicht sauber/ frisch und fleckig. TV Empfang aktivieren.

Gli host sono molto gentili e riservati, ci hanno dato libero accesso alla loro cucina, se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. Self check-in, il codice per il lockbox viene inviato la mattina stessa. Molto vicino a supermercati e ristoranti nei dintorni. Camera piccola ma molto pulita. Ideale per una notte.

• Seamus (8/5): Good value for a stay close to the city and don't like hotels - Friendly hosts and on arrival and chatting about essentials, I was offered tea - there are no in room facilities for the single room. I booked to be able to take the 8am ferry from Larne and it is only about 20 mins away, so, it was convenient. There was a garage with low price fuel at the top of the road and other shops. I was told that places to eat were near by as well. It was easy to get to, by car and to return to the motorway (5 minutes) but the home is in a quiet residential street. I noted on my satnav a large supermarket nearby, if needed I have no complaints about the place but it is on-street parking and the road being narrow, all the residents park on the kerb and often near someone else's house. I was aware of other people in the house, I think children? There were kids shoes, stored tidily by the door. Again it was never an issue but I think customers should be made aware of this, especially as there is a shared bathroom.

House difficult to find as each side of the street had a different name so there were two number “25’s” on the street. Host was irritated that I was frustrated. No “extras” in room like water, kettle for tea, washcloth.

Matratze unbequem ; ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle im Zimmer wären toll auch wenn es raummäßig noch mehr einschränkt ; keine Ablage am Bett ; kaum Steckdosen.

Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home, and we had such a lovely chat with them that made the stay even more memorable. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a restful night. The location is excellent for exploring Belfast. This was truly the perfect stay in Belfast - warm hospitality, a great room, and thoughtful touches throughout. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would gladly return on our next visit.

Lo spazio in camera è piccolo, la cucina e il soggiorno (spazi condivisi) erano sporchi e disordinati. Nel complesso sufficiente, ma il contatto con gli inquilini é un po' troppo ravvicinato.

Csak autóval megközelíthető könnyen, egyébként Belfast és környékének megközelítése nem igazán kényelmes. A konyhai tisztaság lehetett volna jobb. És ha az emeleti szobát kapjuk....ugyanis több szoba is ki van adva alkalomadtán.
• Frances (8/5): A room in a family home - We received a warm welcome. The room is small, with a bed up against a wall. It was adequate, though, for our needs. There is a separate access at the back of the house. We were welcome to make a tea or coffee, and we chose to have dinner up the road at the Khayber Restaurant (delicious!). You would need a car for this location. Note: There were no breakfast options, and nothing was open nearby until 9-10 am. You would just need to plan for this.

• Lynsey (6/5): Simple and comfy - This is a plain and simple single room which is freshly decorated and cosy. There's a bed and a small desk, an electric blanket and a bedside lamp. The shared bathroom is roomy and nearby. It's a few minutes walk from a row of takeaways (KFC, Subway etc) and I had a really good pizza at Pizzarella
• Roger the Lodger (9/5): House with all mod cons - House lovely and quiet for a uninterrupted good night sleep. Near Tesco and KFC and there is a cinema across the way too. Bus stop into Belfast is just metres away. Scored 9 instead of 10 just because of the price per night.

• Davnrob (7/5): - We decided 2 days before to add an extra night to our Belfast itinerary. We needed parking so this was a good option at the right price. Great shower in a good sized bathroom. Bag storage was limited but enough shelves. We didn't make use of thd shared kitchen. An information sheet would have been helpful.

• Dara (8/5): Nice quiet spot, a bit out of the way - Family lives upstairs so saw in kitchen area - very friendly and welcoming. They brought me an extra heater so I wouldn't be cold which was lovely. And there was already an electric blanket on the bed. They also accommodated my late add of my sister with extra pillow and towel. There was a great pub nearby - Crown and Shamrock? - that had live trad music with about 12 young people - and it was midweek! The code for the key was ON the code when I arrived (although family was home). They did not empty the trash cans and seemed like a cursory wipe of the toothpaste off the mirror.

The owners were absolutely tremendous, couldn't have done more for me. Made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and made it the most welcoming. I stayed New Year's Eve! Which was very unusual for me, it was quiet and so so nice. Heated blanket was a bonus!! I accidentally left my shoes behind and already had flew home, so they posted them out to me at no extra cost! They definitely went above and beyond. I took a walk to the local shop which was in walking distance! I even used the bus routes which was fantastic and advised in the booking. Was literally a great over night stay at a fantastic cost! I will definitely stay again if i'm ever in Belfast. I'm crew for an airline so I have recommended it to my crew members if they need somewhere for the night!
