• Valeria (10/5): The perfect stay in Tbilisi - The place was so cozy and well designed. The area is honestly the best, we said multiple times, how lucky we were with the location. Everything is close by! The owner and her mother are the sweetest people. I am 100% returning and recommending this to my other friends. There is really not one point, that I can think of, that I didn’t like.

Мы срочно искали жилье в Тбилиси, так как другое бронирование нам не подтвердили и здесь нам подтвердили заселение мгновенно❤️‍🔥 По приезде нас очень тепло приняли, предложили чай и кофе. Сама квартира очень удобно расположена на тихой улочке, но при этом в центре. Удобно добираться до самых злачных мест в Тбилиси🇬🇪 Стены квартиры пропитаны уютной, светлой энергией, все сделано со вкусом, с душой! Чувствуешь себя как дома. В каждой комнате есть кондиционер, что очень спасает в жару. Прекрасная ванная и удобные кровати. И все идеально чисто!!! Все соответствует фото в объявлении. Если хотите проникнуться атмосферой настоящей Грузии, то вам однозначно сюда! Хозяева - потрясающие, доброжелательные люди с большим сердцем!❤️ Мы остались в восторге от пребывания здесь и если еще приедем в Тбилиси, то будем останавливаться только здесь!🙏🏻🥰 Желаем всех благ Кушки и ее семье❤️
• Свиридов (10/5): - Расположение. Буду честен, мы бронировали в самых некомфортных условиях. Мы ехали из России на автомобиле, 12 часов добирались до границы, потом 15 часов проходили границу, я к моменту заселения уже больше суток был за рулём, жена устала не меньше. И мы хотели хоть какой-то угол, чтобы просто принять душ и отдохнуть. И были приятно удивлены тому, что мы забронировали. Комната в очень спокойном и тихом месте старого города. Очень аутентичные дворики. Удобное спальное место. Достаточная для такого пребывания кухня. Стиральная машина. Кондиционер работает очень хорошо (в дни нашего пребывания было очень жарко, так что оценили). Близко до станции метро Марджанишвили. До Площади Свободы две станции. В шаговой доступности круглосуточный магазин Fresco. Недалеко Кура и замечательный мост через неё. Нам очень понравилось. Душевные хозяева, Нино и Тамара, спасибо вам за гостеприимство. Если ещё раз соберёмся в Тбилиси, без сомнения остановимся здесь ещё раз, если не будет занято)) Да особо ничего такого. Ну. возможно, в душе пол не совсем качественно выведен, воду нужно после принятия душа собрать. Но нас это совсем не затруднило

• Sergei (10/5): - Идеальное место для того чтобы остановиться в Тбилиси: удобное расположение в тихом районе, рядом магазины и достопримечательности, 15-30 минут прогулочным шагом. Апартаменты чистые, уютные, с современной мебелью и всем необходимым — Wi-Fi, стиральная машина, микроволновка и т.д. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, оперативно помогали с любыми вопросами. Рекомендую для комфортного отдыха в поездке! Оценка: 6/5 😁 Обязательно сохраню контакты и вернусь снова

• Somil (9/5): Amazing - It was really very cozy and comfortable property. I would highly recommend this to all either couple or friend out there together. Room, bed, whole decor was amazing and insta worthy. You can everything in one room.
• Anton (10/5): Nice stay with great hosts - The room is fine, design is good, the room has everything that could be necessary during a trip, including a washing mashine. Location is great, 10 minutes by walk to metro, same to the Dry Bridge, the party place Fabrika is even closer. Also there is a parking option, which the host provided to us by request. What I liked most about this place are the people - Kushki and her mother Nana are warm and friendly and always ready to help, and it is a pleasure to communicate with them. Overall it's a nice stay, thanks Kushki! I didn't like the shower in the bathroom, because there were always a lot of water on the floor, but it's not a big deal.
• Sara (8/5): Overall enjoyed this place, but not really for anyone with mobility and/or age issues. - I love this area of Tbilisi, and the apartment was well-located overall. Right near an excellent restaurant, Shavi Lomi. The room was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen clean and well-supplied. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was quite small, with no living area - just the kitchen, with a table, - but for one person or a couple, just fine. Kushki lives across the balcony and is very accessible and helpful. She offers rides to the airport in the middle of the night for a reasonable price, too. There are steep and irregular stairs up to the apartment, with no banister and dimly lit. For anyone with mobility issues, or even just older people with bad knees or poor night vision, it's actually pretty dangerous. I highly recommend to Kushki that she have a banister installed, it would help a lot. Also, the bed is located up a pretty deep step in the apartment, and is on a very low platform, basically on the floor. Again - for anyone with mobility issues, very challenging. Last, the bathroom is a wetroom, meaning, no separate shower. The floor is not sloped and there is no barrier (eg, a low wall) between the shower and the rest of the room, so every morning you are going to have to spend time pushing water with a squeegee, or stand in it - those are the only choices. A bathmat would really help. I don't love this, but I will say the water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water!
• Vrushabh (10/5): Best accommodation near Fabrika area - Kushki and her mom are the best hosts we met in Georgia. Were very friendly right from the start, helped us with early check-in. Room has everything you require for the stay and the hosts are always up for help.

• Александр (10/5): Cozy apartment, great hosts - We spent 8 days in the 2-bedroom apartment at Kushki's home, and the hosts made us feel really special. I do not think such experiences would be possible in a hotel! Kushki's home made us experience real Georgian hospitality! We could not be more happy. The owner responded to all questions really fast, helped us decide on check in and check out time, and even offered a ride to/from airport (for a fee) - very special, given that it was the first time for us to visit the country. The apartment is cozy, with everything you need - a/c (in the bedrooms), fridge,  and a couple of burners for cooking. Pots, plates, silverware are provided too. There is a bathroom with shower; internet; washing machine, and even balcony with a view of Mtasminda. The house is in a quiete and safe area, about 7 min walk from metro station. At least two grocery stores (24/7) are nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. I think it helped us to learn more about true Georgia and it's wonderful people I was worried initially that my dad  (80 years old) would have trouble walking the flight of stairs to the apartment,  but he did just fine (it is just, maybe, 5 steps).

• Anna (1/5): Bad - We got an approval of the booking from the owner but an hour before our arrival we got a message that the room is not available. My phone was dead so we found it out only when we came to the place at 10PM. So we had to search for another accommodation urgently.
• Aidan (10/5): Homely. - The property has very nice decor. The facilities are as described and there are ample toiletries provided. The host was excellent and always available to help with any inquires. The location is good and there is a supermarket and restaurant nearby.

• Anonymous (10/5): Comfortable and Cozy - One of the best places to stay in Tbilisi - It was lovely staying at Kushki’s home. The apartment is located at a very calm and peaceful area and is not very far away from city centre as well. The facilities were as advertised and I really enjoyed my stay here since it was very comfortable. Both Kushki and her mom are very cool people and an excellent host. I will definitely be back here whenever I am in Tbilisi again. NA

The owner welcomed us very appropriately and gave us all we needed to make us as comfortable as possible. (She even fold our clothes when we washed and hang out them after our long trip). 10/10 cum laude! მადლობთ! Absolutely nothing.

Kushki and her mother who leaves next door were really friendly. You can enter by the code, but we met Kushki when we were leaving. Great contact via booking message.
• Nikita (10/5): Nice loft style appartments - Comfortable loft-style apartment. I was surprised that here was everything you need from cotton buds and a hair dryer, to a laptop stand for working on the bed etc. If suddenly something is missing, you can ask and this "something" will appear. Owner and her mother are very nice and hospitable. Just nothing else to add because nothing to complain about) Oh, one more thing - when we return to Georgia, we will stay here again
