• Shane (9/5): We’ve booked again for next week. - Lovey little house. Everything was clean, kitchen was good, bathroom clean and water hit! The only complaint is that the bed in the back room didn’t have a brake on the wheels so it would move when getting in and out. Potential for a fall.

Beds very hard and no fan in the 3rd room. Other than that, we enjoyed your place. Great facilities in the home to use. We enjoyed the stay. No fan in 3rd room. One air con not working, beds are way too hard.

• Caitlin (8/5): A great cosy home away from home - Great space for everyone to hang out together and have time to themselves, easy to find and follow instructions to get into. Very hospitable staff who provided everything we needed for the stay. Kitchen was mostly good, just a bit difficult to cook in due to the bench space. We managed though. Also, we were missing some utensils and found it would have been great to have bigger bowls for mixing food in. Otherwise it was great.

• Jacqui (3/5): Well overpriced for what it is. - It was in Seymour which is where we needed to be. The ease to get in with a coded door lock was great though it was very loose and threatened to fall off. Where do I start. It was unfortunately a very hot few days for our stay. They had two old air conditioners that we used. One dripped water constantly inside and soaked the lounge carpet. Heaven forbid this happened before and explained the musty smell. I’d say the carpet would now need replacing as it was beyond repair due to potential mould. We turned it off and notified the owner who came to look. She said put some towels down and continue to use. The other was above the front door was at least 40 years old and poured water on the front doorstep. Not ideal. There were fans in two of the bedrooms which was great. The layout of the house is weird with the toilet being at the back of the house and nowhere near the bathroom to wash your hands. The linen for our bed was so old and floral from the 70’s. The doona definitely needs to be thrown out. It is so lumpy and the stuffing goes straight to the bottom. No top sheet for hot nights. It wasn’t overly clean and I pointed this out to the owner when they came the second day unannounced to pick up a trailer. This house is old and is ok to stay in and they try. But it needs some more refining and for the price charged it is way too much for what you get. I am currently staying in a 5 star hotel suite in Melbourne for less than I paid for this house. I have clean, comfy bed, a bath and all the amenities. Joshi Villa is not worth more than $150 a night maximum.
• Colin (10/5): Comfortable, spacious, excellent - Was exceptional accomodation, exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Absolutely nothing, everything was excellent
• Samantha (4/5): Disappointing - No breakfast included - but didn't matter as the team went out for this. The layout of the house - the toilet was at the back and to wash your hands you have to go through the house to the kitchen or laundry area. The shower is towards the front of the house so its a very odd layout. the hairdryer didn't work and the cupboards were not very clean. It needs a good dust. It was very pricey for what it was but it was the only property available for that period. Good location for us.

Had enough rooms and beds for 6 family members. reverse cycle air con for heating and also had heaters in two of the main rooms, great for the back room especially. House has only 1 toilet and 1 large shower room but this wasn't a problem for our family. also equipped with large fridge and plenty of crockery and cutlery and a washing machine. N/A
