• Retrato Detalhado Facility Services LDA (8/5): Agradável. - Iluminação e localização, o anfitrião foi solícito também. Por ser um apartamento de curtas estadias, achei que a cozinha era pouco munida de itens básicos para cozinhar por exemplo, tivemos de comprar itens básicos como azeite, guardanapo, papel higiénico.

• Eva Belop (10/5): Me faltaron días - Un apartamento precioso, muy bien decorado, mucho gusto y muy bien elegidos el mobiliario y los detalles. Al entrar dio sendación de paz, espacioso, camas muy cómodas, sofá y mesa comedor. No apetece salir. Me encantó. A la cocina no le faltaba detalle. Y la mesa de fuera es un extra, desayinar con el sol saliendo es un lujo. La cocina tiene demasiado menaje, tanto que no deja espacio para poner nada. Eché en falta algún espacio vacío. Usé la mesa y la parte superior del frigorífico. El menaje estaba muy sucio. La cisterna dejó de funcionar. Pocas toallas para 5 personas. El tendedero y las sillas del balcón necesitan ser cambiadas

• Karol (10/5): - Podobal mi sie rozmiar pokoju i wyposażenie. Duży plus za dostęp do basenów. Skorzystaliśmy z basenu krytego. Duży plus za parking.
• Ana (8/5): - Gostámos muito da localização, da piscina interior e jacuzzi, do campo de ténis, as camas eram super confortáveis, boa exposição solar.resumindo uma boa experiência 🙂! Precisa renovação nos móveis da cozinha e casa de banho!

• Cláudia (7/5): - De tudo. Os quartos e o sofá tinham algum pó. Infelizmente, com uma família de alérgicos, não correu muito bem mas no geral foi bom.
• Kateřina (10/5): - Čisté pokoje, pohodlné postele, hodně polštářů pod hlavou. Plně vybavená kuchyň. Využili jsme k vaření. Zima v pokoji, nutné využít přimotopy. Delší dobu jsme hledali náš apartman. Chybí přesné označení, kde se jednotlivé apartmány nacházejí. Při zapnutí více spotřebičů vypadávají pojistky. Neni problém otevrit pojistkovou skrin a znovu zprovoznit.

• ronald (9/5): A well kept and tastily equipped apartment located in a peaceful and serene estate - Nice apartment. Very clean. Beautifully decorated and well provided with amenities. Located in Oasis Parque, which is an approx. 30 year old estate development, but still expanding. This apartment most likely dates back to the start of the development but is well maintained. We liked the upkeep of Oasis Parque too. It gives an overall peaceful and serene feeling. It is very centrally located to all that Portimao has to offer, like, large XL grocery stores, markets, Decatlon and the main malls (all within ± 3 km). Being winter and fairly cold, the large (±18m) heated indoor pool and excellent jacuzzi was a blessing. Again extremely well maintained and clean. Being an older dwelling, there is no central heating, as is typical for that time period. Three portable electric heaters are provided to heat the rooms you stay in. Furthermore, these houses and apartments do not have any ventilation at all (inbuilt, natural nor mechanical), and are therefore very humid inside. The walls are moist saturated, the windows are wet from the inside and your towels will not dry at all. Many owners have installed AC systems that improve the health and wellbeing inside to some extent, and this is a strong suggestion for this owner to consider. It would bring the score to a close 10 out of 10.

• Maria Jose (9/5): Recomendable - Lugar muy tranquilo. Estupendo poder disfrutar de la piscina cubierta y las pistas de tenis. El apartamento está limpio y con todo lo necesario. Con estufas y calentadores para este tiempo. La propietaria ha estado muy pendiente en todo momento. A la playa hay que ir en coche, pero se tarda solo unos 10 min.

• Patrícia (6/5): Enttäuscht - Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit dem Auto nicht weit vom Einkaufszentrum Aqua / Continente entfernt ca. 5-10 min. Portimão Strand ca. 10-15min. mit Auto. Lotte 2 /Ap. M - Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin (Helena Gonçalves) war katastrophal! Sie reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten und ignoriert Kunden, 4-5 Nachrichten, keine Antwort. Ich fand es respektlos. Wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht, aber es gab nur Handtücher für drei und es wurden außerdem drei Eintrittskarten für das Schwimmbad bereitgestellt. Die Betten waren furchtbar und unbequem! Das Kopfteil roch stark. Die Reinigung der Zimmer, der Küche und des Badezimmers lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Im Abfluss des Waschbeckens befanden sich Haare. Die Dusche war in einem schrecklichen Zustand, das Wasser lief an der Wand herunter. Vor dem Haus lagen Katzenkotreste auf dem Gras verstreut, und es roch stark, Katzen sind überall! ( We love cats, but not the mess!!) Die Wohnung ist nicht schallisoliert, sie liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ist aufgrund des Verkehrs sehr laut. Und im hinteren Gartenbereich ( Zimmer / Balkon) wurde die ganze Nacht von Hunden gebellt, wir mussten mit dem Nachbarn reden. Wir litten mit den Tieren; es schien sich um einen Fall von Tierquälerei zu handeln. Der Pool ist weit vom Haus entfernt und wir vier können ihn nicht benutzen. Die Haustür lässt sich nur mit Kraftaufwand öffnen sie ist defekt, aber sie schließt! Das war unsere Erfahrung.
