Keys can be picked up at our Hostmate office at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a few steps from the Central Station. The service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After picking up the keys, you can go to the apartment to leave your luggage. Please note that access to the apartment is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m., when the apartment will be ready and clean to welcome you. We cannot guarantee that the accommodations will be available before that time. Upon request, it is possible to book by 6:00 PM the day before key delivery directly at the apartment starting at 3:00 PM. This additional service is subject to a surcharge, calculated based on the time of arrival. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at a cost of EUR 15 (VAT included). Check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at a cost of EUR 20 (VAT included). Check-in from 9:00 p.m. to midnight at a cost of EUR 40 (VAT included). Please note that lost or damaged keys will be charged. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you have any special requirements or would like additional services, please let us know in advance: we will be happy to accommodate your requests to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
