Me permitieron hacer el check in antes, ya que había llegado muy temprano a la ciudad. La habitación acogedora, contaba con: un espejo de cuerpo entero, tv, toallas, ventilador, una silla, un mueble, un secador de pelo y un calefactor eléctrico de buena potencia. El alojamiento incluía desayuno, el cual me gustó bastante, sandwich de jamón y queso, huevos revueltos, panqueques, un plato de frutas, y a elección: avena, yogurt, jugo, te, cafe. Bastante completo El personal, excelente la chica que trabaja ahí es muy simpática y atenta. El baño es amplio y cuenta con jabón, shampoo y acondicionador.

• IAN J (10/5): Home away from home😊 - Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, safe and friendly . Just like 'home away from home' Kimberley makes the best pancakes and scrambled eggs for brekfast, always with a smile Supermarket, fresh fruit & vegetable market, cafes and restaurants all within 1 or 2 blocks easy walking distance. Zero complaints. Closest metro is a 15 minute walk or catch a bus for 5 minutes.
• Peña (6/5): Suficiente - La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir caminando a los bares de Manuel Montt, la calle es en general silenciosa y se siente segura. Patti es muy amorosa y accesible, y nos ayudó cuando lo necesitamos. Si bien en general cumple con lo básico, más parece una pensión que una hostal y no era lo que nos habíamos imaginado sólo con las fotos. El desayuno es suficiente pero un poco pobre. El patio trasero es amplio e iluminado, pero tiene algo de desorden con cachivaches que visualmente lo hacen ver más sucio de lo que realmente pueda estar. El piso del segundo piso, al ser una casona antigua, cruje bastante al caminar y se escuchan los pasos y movimientos de los otros pasajeros.
• Felix (8/5): - Frühstück war gut, Kemberlyn war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nach ein paar Minuten Fußweg kommt man mit der Metro recht komfortabel überall hin. Obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, dass das Zimmer eine Waschmaschine hat, gibt es "nur" einen Wäscheservice, der natürlich extra bezahlt werden muss. Hat dann immerhin gut funktioniert, dennoch waren die Informationen hier etwas irreführend. Uns war nicht klar, dass eine Katze in der Unterkunft herumläuft, das wäre für Allergiker sicher interessant vorher zu wissen.

O café da manhã é ótimo! tem muita variedade, ovos mexidos, sanduíche, iogurtes, sucos. A área externa tem um ótimo ambiente para relaxar. A gata Tigresa é uma distração a parte. =) Localização excelente, da pra ir a pé ao Bairro Itália. Ficaria mais com certeza. O quarto é um pouquinho apertado, mas é uma casa antiga reformada, e nada que atrapalhasse. Mas vale muito a pena, pois tem um ótimo custo benefício!

• Aleksandra (9/5): We exchanged money during the hottest part of a day but we didn’t have Chilean currency, so we had to walk to a working - The property is located in a safe and quiet part of Santiago, about 3 km from the city center, which is important since the center is not the best area to stay. Uber is fast and cheap. Breakfast was good, and there is a laundry service. We chose a room with a private bathroom. The housekeeper, Kem, was excellent We had to exchange money during the hottest part of the day. It was Sunday We didn’t have Chilean currency, so we had to walk to a working exchange office. The owner did not agree to leave our passports as a guarantee
• Dovilė Čibiraitė (10/5): Amazing place to stay with perfect breakfast - Kemvirlyn was an amazing help for our stay and showed us around. Also she accounted for our needs and let us check in a bit earlier. The breakfast was amaizng! The room was fine for one night stay. The inner jard is very cosy and relaxing. There was also a lovelly cat walking in the jard that slept in our bed - almost like at home!

Además, cada vez que me comuniqué con ellos, siempre estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades y respondieron de manera oportuna y cordial. No puede aplicar al comentario.

Quarto confortável e café da manhã gostoso, servido no quintal da casa. Cozinha dispensará o hóspede preparar suas próprias refeições. Valeu, ótima opção em Santiago! Chegamos a noite, e para entrar já não havia funcionário para nos receber. Recebemos a orientação para entrar com senha mas foi um pouco confuso para localizar o quarto. No final deu tudo certo.

• Tobias (6/5): - .It was great to leave the luggage there. We can not understand and agree with the previous high ratings. We had room 8 which is on the 2nd level facing towards the street. Way to loud and too hot since they get hot direct sun from sunrise till late afternoon. The fan is way to strong even on the lowest level so it does not help with the noise. House is badly soundproofed so we heard everything and everyone (watching TV all night, showering at night). Breakfast is very simple fruits, eggs and sandwich. As we speak low to no spanish there was no real conversation with the staff. We just had a very warming goodbye from Patti. Probably the rooms facing into the courtyard are better

• Silva (10/5): Maravilhosa - Hospedagem muito confortável, ótimo café, boas instalações e limpeza. Sentimos muito acolhidos por Kemberly, sempre muito solicita e atenciosa. É um pouco distante do metrô, mas nada que prejudique demais, 10min. de caminhada. Próximo a estação Manuel mont na Providência, linha 1.
• Laís (7/5): Poderia melhorar em alguns aspectos - O café da manhã era muito bom e os profissionais muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Durante o proceso de reserva, apesar de pelo site do booking já estar confirmada a estadia, a dona do B&B me chamou no WhatsApp pedindo que fosse feito um pix para poder confirmar a reserva. Essa não era uma condição da reserva e não constava essa informação em nenhum lugar. De todos modos fui obrigada a proceder com o pagamento, caso contrario ela não me enviaria os códigos de acesso a casa e eu chegaria de madrugada, momento em que não haveria ninguém na casa para abrir a porta. Além disso, achei a acomodação diferente das fotos, tudo muito antigo e algumas coisas bem sujas e degradadas do tempo. O ralo do banheiro não funcionava bem e alagava. Por fim, a proximidade com o metrô não é tão vantajosa, não compensa a estadia de o intuito for visitar os pontos turísticos da cidade.
• Pamela (9/5): Buena experiencia - La habitación era lo que mostraban en la fotos, la ubicación es bastante central y se puede llegar caminando a varios puntos de interés. La sra Pati muy simpática y tanto Diego como Kem muy atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar si teníamos alguna duda o requerimiento. Los desayunos bien contundentes y tuvieron la disposición de prepararnos un snack un dia que tuvimos que salir muy temprano por que teníamos programado un tour. En resumen, una muy buen experiencia y definitivamente un lugar donde nos alojariamos nuevamente..

Algumas comodidades anunciadas não se concretizaram: frigobar e vista para cidade. Com o piso em madeira, se ouvia o caminhar dos hśpedes do andar. Pessoas fumando no pátio interno.

Llegué tarde en la noche y tener autonomía para el ingreso y la salida me facilitaron las cosas. Sugiero que se informe previamente que hay un gato en el Hostal. Yo soy muy alérgica a los gatos y además me dan un poco de susto. Tal vez decía en alguna parte y yo no me di cuenta. Me gustan los animales, no obstante mi cuerpo reacciona mal a los Gatos.

• Valentina (9/5): Agradable con ambiente familiar - Muy amables con un ambiente bastante familiar, fui porque estaban haciendo arreglos en mi domicilio y necesitaba un lugar para hacer teletrabajo. Para teletrabajo no es la mejor opción ya que no tenía escritorio y la mesa que tenía la pieza era muy baja versus la silla. Tiene lugares cerca (menos de 200 metros) con cowork así que pude ir ahí para trabajar más cómoda.

Café da manhã saboroso, apesar de não ter muitas opções para veganos, oferecem frutas variadas, pão com avocado/palta, café feito na hora e a gata Tigresa pra fazer companhia. Pouco espaço no quarto para as malas, para pendurar roupas e itens pessoais.
• Jonathan (9/5): - Excelente localização. As instalações são boas, o quarto tem um espaço bom, uma cama enorme de casal, com ar condicionado e banheiros com toalhas limpas. A limpeza do quarto estava ótima. As funcionárias são excelentes, muito simpáticas, solícitas, e dispostas a ajudar. O café da manhã é muito completo, com frutas variadas e bem doces da estação, panquecas, doces, queijo, presunto, café, leite, chocolate, enfim, um ambiente agradável.
• Bruna (10/5): Voltaria mil vezes. - Amamos a estadia na casa de Pat. Tudo limpinho, confortável e elas são extremamente acolhedoras. Nos deram lanche quando saímos muito cedo e atenderam nossos pedidos. A localização é ótima também, pertinho de muitos restaurantes, mercado e farmácia. Recomendo demais.
